We were very urgently looking for an apartment near Estepona, unfortunately I was in the hospital at the time and my wife was on her own. Without Joanne from the Primrose real estate agency in Sabinillas we would have had a big problem and might have been homeless. Joanne acted immediately and got us a nice apartment straight away, and Joanne made sure that my wife was allowed to put our private things in the new apartment 3 days before the start of the rental period. Experiencia fantástica: Went to view an apartment, fortunately Lucy brought details of another 1 on the same urbanisation that was also for sale. After viewing the 1 we had arranged to see we were disappointed as it needed so much work so we viewed the other apartment that Lucy had set up for us and it was perfect we were lucky enough to buy it so a big thank you to the team at Primrose.

We (4 children) put my mothers flat up for sale with Primrose knowing this was going to be a tricky time for us all. My mother had lived in Spain for 23 years and didnt really want to return to England, needs must at 87 years old. All viewings were done with care and patience for my mother. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly with a great deal of communications going back and forth, plenty ofhelp and advice. In fac, Primrose staff went the extra mile in helping, at the last minute, with the removal of my mothers furniture due to circumstances preventing a family member being present on the removal day, an amazing help to us. Primrose does not have you registered as either a client, tenant or property owner with our Company. Equally, this statement is factually incorrect and an inaccurate reflection of the professional service our clients, tenants and owners would receive from our Company.

Experiencia negativa: DISGRACEFUL and DISGUSTING SERVICE - left me and my family without a holiday less than 3 weeks before we were due to go. I booked and paid for a rental managed by Primrose in October 2018 for 17 days in August 2019 through TripAdvisor. I got an inbox message less than 3 weeks before we were due to go saying that they 'TRIPLE BOOKED' this rental and have cancelled our booking. We have spent over £1,000 in flights with NO WHERE TO STAY because all the rentals are now fully booked! Was on the phone to the management agency (Primrose) and Tripadvisor for a total of OVER THREE HOURS with absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE with no solution provided. Avoid this like the plague - completely fraudulent.

We completely understand the frustration caused to you and your family due to this technical error which resulted in your specific choice of apartment not being available to you. After an extensive search of properties available in the area within both our agency and other agencies, a solution was provided to you in Urbanisation La Almadraba of similar characteristics to the original booking and equal, if not better location. We apologise and truly wish you and your family a pleasant summer. We remain at your full disposal should you need anything while in Sabinillas.
Experiencia negativa: No recommendation from us! After the purchase commitment, we and our lawyer were constantly pressed with the payments. Agent came to the notary only to grab her check before the signature. After signing we did not have any keys for the house and the agent was no longer available! In the office of the lawyer of our salesman we had to pick up the keys. No explanations like eg. the alarm system is off! Dishwasher, gas stove, oven and water tap were broken, although supposedly everything was functional! On request to the boss of Primrose there were only excuses. Sorry, but there are better agents in the area!
