Su esposo y su equipo hicieron un trabajo increíble al renovarla a nuestro gusto y en 2015 nos mudamos permanentemente, ¡nuestra 'aventura antes de la demencia', como la llamaban nuestros amigos! Sean nos guió en cada paso del camino, siempre disponible, servicial y con buenos consejos. Diez años después, es hora de nuevos comienzos. Sean y Sally hicieron un trabajo increíble con unas fotografías superb y una excelente presentación y, en poco tiempo, Ailis me encontró un comprador. Gracias, Sean y compañía. Experiencia fantástica: Conozco a Sean desde hace más de 5 años. Su servicio es excelente, al igual que el asesoramiento y el conocimiento de la zona en la que trabaja. Experiencia negativa: Compramos nuestra cueva a través de Shaun, muy actitud casual al ayudar, notario muy casual, sorprendentemente salió bien. Después fue muy preocupante todo lo que se suponía que debía suceder antes de tomar posesión, no había agua, aunque, debería haberse organizado. Se solucionó después de unas horas y esperando sobre la presión, lo que tomó varios días. No fue un buen comienzo. Como se prometió. De lo contrario, estuvimos satisfechos con su respuesta.

It's getting on for two years since we bought our property through Spanish Inland Properties and their service has gone way beyond what we could ever have imagined. Sean is an extremely likeable and incredibly knowledgeable guy, well-regarded by local people - English and Spanish alike - fluent in Spanish and passionate about the local area. He has provided an invaluable source of advice on everything from engaging architects to organising contractors, securing planning consent to getting the internet. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he responds promptly to emails, phone calls etc. We are hugely indebted to him and would wholeheartedly recommend his company to anyone considering buying in this beautiful part of Spain.

Experiencia fantástica: This estate agent is fantastic. They are knowledgeable and have a wide variety of properties for sale all over Andalucia. But what I really like about Sean and Matilda is that they really try to match you up with a property in your price range - whatever that range may be. We are not rich Brits but that didn't put them off and they kept us in mind when properties came up. I feel that they don't just work for the seller but that they really try their best for the buyer too - you would think all estate agents out there would do that but they don't! They are excellent at keeping in touch too.
