Experiencia negativa: Procare estates nos ha decepcionado mucho. Paul sabe más de perros, de lo que habla mucho, que de casas. Propuso un precio de venta de más de 100.000 euros por debajo del valor de mercado. Y no estamos hablando de una casa de un millón, sino de 350.000 euros. Insistimos en el precio que teníamos en mente. Por ese precio, la casa se vendió en menos de una semana. ¿Quería Paul comprar la casa él mismo? Le preguntamos varias veces que justificara su precio, pero nunca obtuvimos respuesta. Después, Paul fue muy rígido con su comisión, queriendo calcularla sobre el valor total de venta y no sobre el precio de la casa sin los muebles, a pesar de que la casa se vendió por una cantidad mucho mayor de la que él había propuesto inicialmente. Durante la discusión sobre esto, toda la comunicación desde Procare estates se detuvo. No recibimos más respuestas a nuestros mensajes, no estuvo presente en la entrega de la casa y no estuvo en la notaría. Nunca más supimos de él y la pregunta nunca fue respondida.

Gezien Wij een leek waren op gebied van aankoop van een woning kwamen wij in contact met ProCare Estate en met name met Paul uit het team. Alhoewel de woning niet in de portefeuille van deze makelaar zat werden Wij toch via ProCare eigenaar. Dus hierbij een tip Wanneer je iets vindt dat jouw aanstaat stuur dan de link naar ProCare Estates die het dan verder behandelen. Paul en zijn hele team zijn zo professioneel in hun begeleiding(documenten-notaris-advocaten...) dat Wij iedereen kunnen aanraden dit team aan te wenden bij aankoop van een eigendom. When we could get to Spain Paul met us & showed us around, because of the professionalism and knowledge we saw quality homes that would suit & which saved us time & effort that we didn't have. Beste Nathalie en Ed, Bedankt voor jullie fijne recensie. Het was een langer traject dan gewoonlijk vanwege de Corona situatie. Vanwege onze goede transparante eerlijke samenwerking hebben we de eindstreep positief weten te behalen. Jullie hebben een prachtige vakantie woning in Albatera en de verkoper is erg blij dat zijn huis 2 fijne nieuwe eigenaren heeft gekregen, tot snel om op jullie geluk te proosten in 2021 groet Patrick & Paul
Experiencia fantástica: Het is een fantastisch onderneming en Paul was vanaf het begin tot aan de overdracht erg betrokken en had alle tijd voor je en niets was te veel gevraagd. Ook nam Paul de tijd voor je en wat je ook vroeg was geen enkel probleem of te veel. Bijaankomst voor bezichtigen waren we aan de late kant waar Paul geduldig wachte zodat wij aan onze 5 bezichtiging konden beginnen en wel vanaf de middag tot laat inde avond. De volgende dag was Paul er weer voor de volgende bezichtigingen en uiteindelijk is die middag ook nog gelukt om een bod uit tebrengen en is geaccepteerd. De mooie Bungolow bevindt zich in Torrevieja en is dicht bij het strand. Bij thuiskomst hielden wij contact met Paul over de verloop en formaliteiten. Gisteren 02-02-2020 heeft Paul de sleutel in ontvangst mogen nemen namen ons. We zijn super blij ermee en danken Paul. Ja wij raden zeker deze onderneming aan.

Experiencia fantástica: Ik ben maar liefst een week met Paul op pad geweest voor de aankoop van mijn huis. Wat heeft die Paul een geduld en is hij eerlijk. Deze service is on Nederlands goed. Ook is hij en Patrick na de aankoop nog bereikbaar voor vragen, brieven ed. Wanneer ik nogmaals zou mogen kiezen voor een makelaar ten zuiden van Alicante is het Procare!

Experiencia fantástica: Voor de corona-uitbraak was door Procare Estates bemiddeld en een koper voor ons appartement gevonden. Helaas was het toen niet meer mogelijk om de verkoop af te kunnen maken. Gelukkig hield Paul Hendriks contact met de koper om zsm de deal af te kunnen maken als dat weer mogelijk zou kunnen zijn. Dat zit er nu dan ook binnenkort aan te komen.
