Fantastic experience: Janae is always friendly and welcoming. She's very knowledgeable, and I know she'll be able to answer my questions, or be sure to find the answers for me. A+ customer service from Janae, which is always greatly appreciated.

Negative experience: I set up auto payments for my HOA bill. We get a letter that says our payment is late and a lien may be issued. I see that my auto payment went through, but the HOA fees went up without my knowledge. NO letter was sent regarding the increase in fees and now they charged me an extra $140 without sending a notice out first. All because my auto payment was short $25. Very unhappy with CCMC not giving us a courteous and proper notice before increasing the fee and also charging an additional $140...

Negative experience: My experience with Capital Consultants Management Corporation has been extremely frustrating. Communications are tightly controlled through a single point of contact, with little to no direct Board engagement, even on governance and records-access issues. Requests for information are met with resistance, delayed responses, and technical interpretations that feel designed to limit transparency rather than promote it. Important questions around elections, records access, and policy interpretation have been deflected rather than addressed directly. Overall, the process feels opaque, adversarial, and dismissive of homeowner concerns. I would strongly caution HOAs to carefully evaluate expectations around transparency, responsiveness, and governance accountability before engaging CCMC.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Watler at Navarro Ranch deserves 5 stars for customer service. Jennifer just helped me with an access card at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday, and I think the last time she helped me with my access card was 7:30 a.m. Long hours, but it’s great to have someone helpful available!
Fantastic experience: Malachi went out of his way and assured my work request was input into the system and followed up with a verification email... Kudos!
Positive experience: Thank you to the staff at Devonshire community for supporting game night for families, and neighbors. It was nice to make some connections.
Negative experience: This review is for Paul F in my opinion he's extremely rude over the phone and whenever I send him a complaint form he refuses to do he's job. I don't even know why we are paying HOA fees in the Escalante community because our community pool is always freezing cold and it's never heated and our neighbors don't follow any HOA rules. Paul seems very lazy and doesn't want to do he's job.
Negative experience: Not satisfied at all with CCMC managing Mountain Bridge Community. Homeowner led survey of residents gave CCMC below 2 Stars. I give 1 Star.
Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer from this company. Their decision to change their auto draft amount at the last minute with no communication other than one email. When I finally got through after waiting almost 3 hours to speak to somebody, I was told that it was my responsibility to go in and change the amount that was taken out even though when I set up my auto draft, I specifically approved an entirely different amount to be taken out. This company has no concern for its customers in any way I would not recommend them to anyone.
Negative experience: Horrible association. We are paying full price in fees for nothing to be enforced. The common excuse is “the community is new”. If that’s the case, we shouldn’t have to pay our fees until the association is fully up and running and able to combat the issues/violations that arise.
Negative experience: Updated: Still the worst company in America. I hope only the worst for you and your employees. First they say i can only use a computer and now that doesn't work either and ive need on hold for an hour waiting to just pay my bill that they will say they cant make over the phone anyways. This should be illegal. customer service rep explained to me very rudely that they do not allow payments over the phone and you cannot log in using a cell phone even though the majority of the world uses their cell phone as their computer computer. I do not have a home computer and the only solution the rap came up with is to mail my payment like I'm back in the olden times.

Negative experience: 100% the worst management company in Arizona.... The board of HOA directors that are on salary at Cadence let the water bill be more than $200k+ expected for the year, and resulted in 4 straight years of increases to HOA bill. $120 to $230 a month for a horribly managed community.
Fantastic experience: I would like to commend JoAnne K. for her professionalism and exceptional customer service. She handled my concern with respect and courtesy, eased my frustrations with her calm demeanor, and even directed me to another contact for additional information.
Fantastic experience: Hanna Joyner is The BEST Director of Fun bar none!! She is always creating events to get the Nolina community together and interacting with each other. We all simply love her and really appreciate what she does for our neighborhood.
Negative experience: Called to pay fees on a lot (future build) in June. Rep could not find property (only found the one that had a house - I have two properties). November and I am sent to collections with a law firm with a 1000k plus in late fees, interest and legal fees. You have my number and email, why not call and leave a message. Even if you can't leave details, just who you are and to call back. Real poor communication, reps clearly can't use their own internal system. Also their system is a web of links opening in new tabs and not very user friendly. You can't even set autopay to just take what is owed. Kinda makes sense why their rep couldn't help me. If you are a decision maker, go with someone that has more up-to date tech and can help your patrons. Guessing you will have less issues from people who try to pay.
Negative experience: No experience working between communities, but experts in increasing the fees and hassle to presidents who live in community
Negative experience: Our HOA rules within our subdivision are not being enforced. We’ve had a matter that’s been going on for months and months. We get no answers but yet we still get our coupons to pay our HOA dues. How do we get go about getting a new management company? I guess that’s the next thing that we can look into because they’re doing nothing to return. Our calls giving us vague emails with no real answers. We are getting nothing for our money
Fantastic experience: I’ve had great experiences with notifications of car passes. Easy and quickly responded too.
Fantastic experience: Tammy is always in communication with me when I let her know that the tennis lights are not working or something needs fixing. I am sure she gets plenty complaints and requests for repairs. I appreciate that things get taken care as soon as possible. I think people need to be a little more patient and understanding about what she has to deal with on a daily basis. People can be so grumpy and mean sometimes! Be kind and kinder. Kindness goes a long way!
Fantastic experience: I reached out to the CCRA Community Standards coordinator about something I had noticed that needed attention. Cha'Maya Williams replied to me within a few hours and was very helpful. I am confident the issue will be dealt with in a timely manner.
Fantastic experience: HOA and Elizabeth (Beth) have been great with their follow up. What a great place to live! And great support staff for running a 1st Class Property such as Red Rock Country Club!
Fantastic experience: We are so happy with our home in the Nolina neighborhood. We love the activities they plan and we get to meet so many neighbors. It’s the best!
Positive experience: The ACC management staff is courteous, polite and knowledgeable. For the most part, their willingness to get along with the residents shines through in their every interaction. However, what is written in the lists and what is approved by the committee is, in large part, based on subjective rather than objective decision making.

Fantastic experience: The HOA at DR Horton Riverstone is amazing! I was having a lot of difficulty obtaining my amenity center key fob, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I got it. They are so incredibly kind and professional.
Negative experience: One of the worst companies I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. NOBODY has a clue what is going on. NOBODY returns phone calls or email. They promote illegal and monopolistic practices with materials, guidelines and favor certain contractors getting approval speedily while anyone else gets dumped. Submitting is constantly changing so when you submit something they now want something different. I had to point out inconsistencies in their guidelines more than once. They don't even know what is in there. They have contractors creating designs who are also allowed to do work in the community. Because of this monopoly the contractor can create a non-standard, weakened design and can charge double. Its obvious there are major backhanders money and favors changing hands while the homeowner gets screwed

Fantastic experience: The HOA Team for Redbird Ranch is amazing. They are always available to listen, timely with their responses to questions or resolutions. Negative experience: It took over 3 months to get anyone to respond to me. They put a lien on my house and I was only 30 days late with a VERY GOOD reason that had been explained. Can't wait til we move out. I will NEVER buy a house with an HOA again.

Negative experience: (Owner). The HOA was helpful when we first moved here in 2013 but now they only send violations repeatedly - one after another - sometimes two in the same week even if your cure date is not for another ten days out. This is not good relationship building experience for the home owners. It all feels punitive and like they only want money. If there is ever an actual problem, they tell you to call the police, so I see no benefit from the HOA anymore. The neighborhood has gone down in safety, security, and overall gross appearance regardless of whether or not someone mows their yard. A little more compassion and customer service centered approach would go a long way to rebuild what has been lost in my view.

Fantastic experience: The HOA at Country Place has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Every time I’ve called or emailed, they’ve responded promptly and professionally. Jocelyn, the manager, has been especially wonderful—always courteous, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s been a great experience working with her and the HOA team!

After struggling with a month-long access issue to my community amenities, Duncan stepped in and resolved it within minutes. What really impressed me was not just the speed, but the care—he patiently walked me through the entire process, making sure I understood everything and could successfully gain access on my own moving forward. That kind of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine support is rare these days, and it truly made a difference. Fantastic experience: Moved into The Heartland Community back in mid January, after 22+ years living in a community who's HOA lived up to every negative stereo type you've ever heard about; our management team here in Heartland has been a breath of fresh air. The friendliness, competence, and sense of community demonstrated from the new home owner orientation, to quickly if not immediately having answers to questions, a few staff members have even stop just to chat, at different times when seeing me outside, has been a welcome, and unexpected experience for sure. Recently submitted my first architectural review request with the team for a pretty substantial outdoor project. In less than 12 hours had communications with Operations Coordinator Catherine "Kitty" Kemp who spent 30 minutes on the phone patiently answering my questions about omissions in my submission, and diligently detailing for me want was needed from me to proceed. I resubmitted my plans later that day and less than 24 hours received approval to begin work! A quick turnaround like that was surprising, and very appreciated as it takes a whole lot of stress off the table, THANK YOU Kitty! Our First 8 months here every interaction with, and perception of this community, and the leadership team has been extremely positive. We're Loving it here in Heartland.

Fantastic experience: We moved into our very first home in Grace Valley @ Marion, Texas back in May 2024 - while we are new to living in an HOA community - it has been a new experience but we are blessed to have the best community reps that work for CCMC within our neighborhood. Lisa Young, our Community Manager is pleasant and helpful with any questions and or issues that we might have. Our requests are answered quickly and thoroughly! Our Lifestyle Director, Morgan Heinert is vibrant, young and so much fun when it comes to planning all of our activities that help bring all of our neighbors turned friends together! We have made so many friends through our events - we absolutely LOVE where we live! We post all the time about all of the fun things that we get to do with our neighbors/friends and all of our besties constantly tell us how lucky we are to live in such a fun and active neighborhood! Give these ladies a HUGE pat on the back CCMC - we honestly have two of the best right here with us at Grace Valley :)

Negative experience: POOR Communication with repetitive messages Nothing of any real / value or interest!!! When will the road /bridges on Town open??? People are using it now What's the story with Deer Park??? Nothing has been doe! Trash cans, Landscaping, dog parks...... please!

Negative experience: Property manager Shannon Cole ignored our request for a hearing, we even had to send her a picture of the „CC & R violation letter“ because she didn’t know what the letter said. Now she’s ignoring our emails and the office in Scottsdale doesn’t even answer the phone.

Negative experience: HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! I have been a resident for 5+ years in the Holbrook Farms community located in Lehi, Utah. I have reported several concerns related to homeowners not abiding by the rules and regulations pertaining to landscape guidelines (missing park strip trees, sod right up to the foundation, front yards lacking regular maintenance, etc), broke down vehicles parked on the street that haven’t moved in months, and even an unsold single-family home (still owned by the developer) with front yard weeds 5-feet high!! All within 2 blocks of my home. 24” weeds in the park strip, homes without trees in the park strip, and broke down vehicles are not something I like to see when leaving/returning home. I’m not sure what the role is of a community manager but actively driving through the neighborhood one can easily see for themselves that, even after violations have been reported, homeowners are not being held to account. The biggest reason I chose to live in a community managed by an HOA was the belief that the community would be ‘managed’ and the rules enforced. Management fees continue to go up, for what?? If anything, as the community has grown and fees have increased, the level of service has gone down. This management company seems only interested in hosting ‘feel good’ events at the local elementary school or city park within the community than holding homeowners or the developer (in the case of 5-ft weeds in front of the house) accountable! HOLBROOK FARMS HOA, DO BETTER!!

Fantastic experience: This review is solely for Copper Canyon HOA in Bulverde, TX. My husband and I have lived in the neighborhood for a year and although there are the typical irritations that come with an HOA community, the staff at the office is pretty great. The communication via newsletter is frequent and clear. Josette Kuykendall, Katie Harmon, and Cheney Walker make a great team. The events they put together are so much fun and well planned. They get sponsors to host movie nights, educational classes, casino nights, lotería! You name it and they’ve probably done it. They are always friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible with the resources they have. My husband and I always leave an event appreciating how hard the team works to make sure they keep the kids and adults entertained and safe in the community.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience working with Alex Morrow and the Johnson Ranch HOA. Alex is always professional, courteous, and very quick to respond to inquiries and requests. She is always helpful to find a solution, rather than an obstruction. Alex is a great representation of your organization.
Positive experience: First off, not cool to ask for ‘positive’ responses. Really unethical in the field of market research. My experience lately had been fair. Especially with contract overview. These contractors are running all over us as no one monitors them. Staff turnover is ridiculous.
Fantastic experience: We have bought and lived in 2 homes in our community in the last 4 years because we love it here so much. The amenities and activities are amazing. Danez is so wonderful at putting on events that the whole community will love. The rest of the Riverstone at Westpointe team is always hard at work keeping everything in order, spaces clean, questions answered and everyone well informed. Negative experience: I have been living in VERDE TRAIL for little over 2 yrs, I have done some work in and COREY was the property manager and he was very nice guy, very EFFICIENT, I found out that he left the company a few months ago and replaced him with some guy named WADE which hew was very bad at everything, never answers the phone, tex or emails, now I want to install tile floor by the main entrance so I spoke to SELINA and she has very BAD customer service, she is making it very difficult for me to get the tile installed, she wants color and measurements of the tile which it does not make sense at all, I HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO TALK TO HER EVER AGAIN, SHE IS VERY RUDE AND PROBLEMATIC, the worse part is, that we are paying these people to be rude to home owners, my neighbor just painted his home with a different color and installed very bright green doors and nobody does or say anything, but they do MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT MY TILES, good thing ALEX WRIGHT called me and was able to deescalate, unlike SELINA, she in defensive mode and argumentative right from the beginning,,,so SELINA ALEX
Fantastic experience: Juanita was very helpful and she greeted us with a smile! Don’t see that a lot now.
Fantastic experience: The events we have in the Trinity Falls neighborhood are spectacular! My family and friends look forward to events where we can have fun and meet new people. Alexis Agcaoili does a wonderful job interacting with residents. She truly seeks to understand what types of events residents want in the community. She takes the time to listen and hear feedback on each event. My family is grateful to have Alexis leading the way to get folks involved in our community!

Fantastic experience: Ever since Ms. Alex Morrow became our Community Manager of Johnson Ranch HOA, her humility and proactive efforts have not gone unnoticed and have been so welcoming to us and our neighborhood. Her proactive efforts whether it’s notifying our community of state law updates related to the HOA covenant, educating is us with practical knowledge of HOA processes, or community maintenance notifications, Alex is definitely a valuable member of our community and valuable people like her are so hard nowadays.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a resident at Riverstone at West Point for over two years now, and one of the things I love most is the amazing team at the HOA. Ruth, Denez, and Marijah bring such a strong sense of community — they’re always supportive, kind, and incredibly welcoming. I feel more like a friend than just a resident. They truly make Riverstone a wonderful place to call home.
Fantastic experience: I am not one to leave reviews, but I feel this experience truly deserves some positive attention in sometimes a negative perception of HOA's. We all have had run in's with HOA's and never seem to be good! I received an email in my inbox with the subject title "Holbrook Farms, my address and HOA. I immediately cringed, Only because we all know the BIG bad HOA. I thought to myself here we go! After reading thru the email concern with a small issue the management TEAM had with my property which was a small valid concern. I felt my issue to the rule warranted a conversation do to some previous issues with the city that has fallen on deaf ears. I was hesitant to paint my reply because again "THE BIG BAD HOA" after my reply I received a personal email from Claire Houck and her TEAM with in a few hours. I was shocked Claire and her TEAM listen to my WHY, assets my situation and made an exception because the issue is currently out if my control and they understood that this issue have exceptions. This is so refreshing. I felt Claire and her TEAM had my back and were willing to help me resolve my issue as well as help me move the needle with the city I have lived in Holbrook for 2.5 years and delt with the HOA multiple times while landscaped our yard. I want Claire and her TEAM to know how much and how refreshing it is to have an HOA that is not out to get the neighborhood, but rather be there for us and work with us in a healthy way. This HOA team is by far the best group of people I have delt with. Thank you again Claire and your team you have not only earned my respect but also earned an advocate for the HOA in a positive way. You have changed the way I view the HOA platform and if i was ever to move this experience would defiantly be taken into consideration and making that decision. THANK YOU AGAIN CAIRE, ANNE, CHELSEY AND KELLIE. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK KEEPING OUR COMMUNITY SAFE, CLEAN AND A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.
Fantastic experience: Ms. Ruth and the ladies are AMAZING! I we really enjoy community and everything Ms. Ruth does. Wherever we are unsure about anything or just need help with a silly question they are all there to help with smiles on their faces. Ms. Ruth and all the other ladies really make it home and we wouldn’t want it any other way!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate that our manager, Erin Stewart, always responds quickly when contacted, and she makes sure that action is taken toward resolving every issue. If there is a leak, a broken sprinkler, a toppled tree-- whatever the issue-- it gets dealt with quickly. Thanks, Erin!
