Negative experience: We used Homes 2x, part of the 72 sold company and they screwed us out of a lot of money. They initially bought our house and gave us the first check, with the house value at 515. The second check was supposed to be around 100 thousand or more but they kept lowering the price eventually to 450 thousand after only a couple of weeks. Then without telling us accepted an offer for 395 which makes no sense and now the second check is apparently 1400 dollars. Clearly a scam, in no world would anyone accept an offer that low unless something fishy is going on. I would not use them unless you like losing a lot of money.

Negative experience: 72sold, Citiea and Homes2X are a complete scam! Each company run by another Hague, will do their best to enrich themselves while you lose a significant amount of money! This is 100% true and accurate and I will do my best through legal remedies to prevent these shady characters from their morally bankrupt character. In September of 22, we purchased a home for $543,900. Near the end of last year, we were making an offer on another home and wanted a quick sale thus we contacted 72sold who of course had all sorts of guarantees (which never happen). They stated they would sell the home in 30 days or buy it from us at "market rate". In October of 25 they listed our home for $543,900 the same price we purchased it for 3 years earlier (this price was their suggestion). With no success 30 days later, they offered us $519k as their market value but then stated we would only get 70% of that up front and we would get the remaining 30% after they sold the home. After all of their fees, they gave us a check for $333k. According to their numbers however, after our second check, we would land between $450k and $490k which was well below our thoughts, but the quick turnaround sold us. They immediately began to reduce the price at record speed until it was down to $450k, nearly $100k below what I had bought it for more than 3 years prior! This was shocking since an inferior home in the same complex had sold a few months earlier for more than this price. Shortly thereafter, with NO COMMUNICATION, we received an email that we were under contract at $395k! We immediately stated that the price was unacceptable and we would never agree to that. We asked time and time again, what our 30% second check would be and they dodged the question a minimum of 5 times before we demanded an answer. Well... we finally received the answer and they told us we would receive $1,425 more. Thus, we would receive a total of $335k for a home that we bought for $543,900 3+ years earlier BRAND NEW. 72sold, Citiea and Homes2X who all made money, screwed us badly! Their promised communication was non existent. I have multiple emails from them stating what we would expect to get from this deal and they were not even close! We have been scammed out of between $150k-$200k any way it can be looked at. We are very curious, who did they sell our home to? We will find out! Please avoid these companies who practice gross negligence and willful misconduct! If you don't want to lose 40% of the value of your home, sell it ANY OTHER WAY, but don't fall for their commercials which should be claimed as pure fraud! We will do our best to make sure every person knows what type of individuals these are to prevent them from scamming others.

Negative experience: Do not sign a contract with 72sold realtor until you verify your home is qualified for the buy back program. They advise they will buy your home after 30 days, but do not advertise that they will buy if only if it is within their selling area. Be cautious of the false advertisement. You can use their realtor out of their area, but it will not be bought by them after 30 days. My advise is make sure it qualified in your area, and don't sign a contract for more than 1 month. I sign a year contract and found out that my home doesn't qualify. Needless to say I am not happy with this company. If I could choose less than one star I would.

Negative experience: This was just what all the competitors said it would be! Inspection was done so. They said they needed to hold back $50,000 for A/C, new roof and pool repairs? They held the first open house after pulling out a refrigerator and not even cleaning up? One weekend the flag was shredded and other open houses the yard looked terrible? The communication is nonexistent and they don’t get full value!!THEY LOWERED THE PRICE $85,000 AND RHE GAVE A $10,000 concession??? The expenses the “incurred” were in excess of $50,000 and they paid the buyers agent another $17,500? All which came out of my pocket!! Every time I see their commercials I want to puke! It’s a scam and they don’t care if they sell the house or not as long as they get something out of it? I should have sold it through a “REAL REALTOR”! Would have made more money and not had to do all the work.

He was great at helping stage the house, many showings that he always scheduled in advance and when first 2 contracts fell through due to buyer finance issues he was able to secure third contract in 3 days which insured that the house I had a contingency contract on was able to go through as planned. He was very organized, attended every showing ( even taking dog out while I was working)and was very communicative with texts, e-mails, and phone calls. Michelle showed respectful compassion knowing that I recently had been widowed. Her guidance simplified the entire selling process. Although I disagreed with Michelle's initial selling price, I decided to list the house as she suggested. The house attract ed many buyers on the day it was listed. It showed two days later ... by appointment only. Two days later, I selected an offer... which was considerably more than I'd expected ... and signed the contract. Fantastic experience: 72sold was the perfect choice and resulted in the best experience for my situation. I specifically recommend Thomas Crone. I was guided by Thomas and the supporting staff at Morris Tate Realty Group on how to best allocate improvement funds and hit the target price to clear a great return on selling my house. I had designed certain aspects of the house myself and Thomas was able to highlight those and recommend minor changes so the new owner would do whatever was necessary to get the deal closed. When there were challenges with the financing and getting the buyer over the finish line, Thomas and his staff never gave up, communicated regularly, and pushed the other side to make it work. Plus, I never had to worry about any of the contractors he recommended. They all put in the work and got the house show ready for me at a great price and in a timely fashion. 5 star experience with having someone that truly cared about my situation and not just getting a deal done to get paid.

We had our house on the market with a different realtor for almost six months- everyone kept saying “I like it but [insert their reasoning here]” and we never had any offers. We were needing to get rid of this house and considered OpenDoor but someone suggested 72sold. With nothing to lose, we gave 72sold a call and Cheri Johnson came out and talked us through it all. She asked us about the house and why we are needing to sell it and other information. Within 3 days, she did her miracle and got us three offers and it was above what the previous realtor had it listed for! Fantastic experience: OUR EXPERIENCE WITH 72SOLD From beginning to end, the experience and the process with 72sold was fantastic. Although our agent, Kim, lived on the other side of Florida, she was always there when we needed her to be. And when simple contact was needed, she was always available by text or by phone. I have looked at a lot of listings online, but the photos taken of our house weren’t done by a cell phone. Kim had a professional photographer come to the house and he took excellent pictures. If there was anything in a photo that didn’t belong, it was erased. The final product was fantastic. Once the photos were ready, Kim had the house listed on MLS. Once that happened, it took only a few days for an offer – and it was a very good offer, which we accepted. There was a bit of negotiating to be done to reach an agreement, and Kim was there every step of the way making sure we were protected financially. Once a closing date was established, our packing began. Kim even dropped off some boxes to help us! Then of course there were items we didn’t want to take, and Kim went to the trouble of listing them for sale online. And when an offer was made for an item, Kim wanted to be certain that it was OK for the buyer to come to the house – in case we were concerned about the buyer of an item to know where we lived. Again, protecting us in all ways possible. The bottom line in all of this is that 72sold, and Kim in particular, more than met our expectations in selling our home. Fantastic experience: Very positive experience with this real estate firm even though I was a bit skeptical at first; Jennifer Michaels is highly experienced and their whole team works to your benefit. Sold two rental properties with tenants in far less time than expected. Strong in communication, market knowledge and lower commissions. I particularly liked their sales model v the traditional stick up a sign and hope it sells. They are methodical, organized and strong advocates for their client. Fantastic experience: Everything that you see and hear about 72SOLD is true. We have bought and sold many homes over the years. When it came time to sell our last home, we dreaded choosing an agent because we've just been disappointed each time. The agents all want to list your home but then sit back and hope that another agent will come along and sell it so that they can collect their commission. Their marketing skills are generally poor or non-existent as are their salesmanship. Not so with 72SOLD. We decided it couldn't hurt to try it and were we ever glad that we did. Positive experience: The entire home selling experience went well. We were on the market for about six to seven weeks total from listing to closing, and our hose sold at market value.
