Negative experience: My experience with Ken Ravago (Ravago Group Properties) regarding a potential property was extremely disappointing. During the process, I discovered material inconsistencies between what was represented to me and what I later verified independently. Based on this experience, I believe I was misled about key aspects of the transaction. Ken promotes himself as operating with integrity and accountability, but in my case, his actions did not reflect those values. The situation raised serious concerns for me about transparency, accuracy, and professional responsibility. I ultimately chose not to proceed and have taken steps to formally document my experience. I am filing a formal complaint to the Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED) and the Real Estate Commission.

I have spoken to both brothers, and am very comfortable leaving them my property to manage and fortunate to have been referred to them. Fantastic experience: I was planning to relocate to Vegas, but had no contacts there. I saw the Google reviews and took a chance on the Ravago group and was not disappointed. I met Kim and Ken in their office and discussed my goals and they in turn presented the latest data on the Las Vegas real estate market. Kim then pulled up some relevant properties to review. Fantastic experience: Kim Ravago is a real professional realtor. During our first meeting Kim set his sights on what our specific needs and wants were. Then Kim assisted in the process of explaining and eliminating many things which were not familiar to us, as being new to the area.
