Negative experience: Tried charging me for discrepancies that were listed on my move in, charged a cleaning fee but no receipt was provided just an invoice, has not stated reasons for clean out, residence is in same condition as received, if not better considering items I had to clean as I received the house in a condition they deemed needed a cleaning. Withheld my deposit over 30 days.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, our experience with Brady Realty Group during move-out did not meet expectations. The final accounting and deposit refund were not provided within the legally required timeframe, and when received, contained several inaccuracies that required correction. Resolving these issues required repeated follow-ups and outside legal assistance. For renters, I recommend keeping thorough documentation and being familiar with Nevada tenant laws when working with this company.

Negative experience: Be warned keep all proof of all conversations with this company that would be the only thing that can save you they will lie on you you will not get your security deposit back take pictures when you get there and when you leave. Make sure you have proof of everything take pictures keep all text messages and emails they tried to get me they thought I was a stupid girl but guess what jokes on them I give this place zero stars for the disrespect that they give when you call letting them know that they can't play with you the runaround they give when they know that they owe you money I lived at regency at the lakes #176 I live there for 6 years Bradley came in in the last 6 months before I decided to put in my 30-day notice Ron is a cheapest lamest landlord do yourself a favor Don't rent from him either he has a place on Grand canyon also stay clear slumlord. Oh vice realty is a bad company as well.

Negative experience: They will swindle you for Application fee and absolutely no communication. I saw a property to rent on a Wed and applied on Friday. When I called to follow up the next week they said they approved an applicant on Tue the week before. Why show the house when you have an approved Tennant and collect fee from everyone in the household. Kicker was that they said they sent me a communication about it which I never received

Fantastic experience: 3 months into the rental and so far so good! The only major repair was the water heater which was leaking but they sent the guy the next day to fix and replace it. So far, I'm pleased with Brady Realty. {9/25/25 Update} Me and my roommates just did our second renewal for another year. Brady Realty still doing great with quick maintenance requests. Recently they did change policy so cash is no longer taken for rent which sucks for those that use that method so keep that in mind. We're overall happy with our experience with them.

Fantastic experience: This is a review after 7.5 years of renting property with Brady as management. The experience overall was very positive, limited only by the owner's availability and willingness to maintain their property. Brady in general was very accessible, and their portal for requesting repairs and maintenance worked reasonably well, although I often had to follow up with group emails to a number of staff in order to get updates. Still, ultimately, all issues were addressed each time over the 7 years to the best that Brady could get the owner to accept. I would have no hestitation in renting another property managed by Brady.

Positive experience: Only problem i have is, your maintenance department (Karla) never gives me feedback back about repairs. Right now, I sent in about $3000.00 dollars for move-out repairs. I have no idea what is happening. I don't think it takes but a couple minutes to send an email saying "repairs are complete." Other then that, I think the company is great.

Negative experience: Severe dissatisfaction with the professional conduct of Brady Management, specifically concerning interactions with Mike Welch and practices observed following my recent tenancy of five years. It is my professional opinion that the actions taken by Brady Management constitute professional negligence and are in direct violation of NRS 118A.110 and HUD Appendix 5D. Prospective tenants are strongly advised to consult the Better Business Bureau and Yelp reviews regarding Brady Management prior to entering into any lease agreement. The consistent pattern of complaints and an average Yelp rating of 2.1, frequently citing identical issues, represents a significant warning sign regarding their operational integrity. Of particular concern is the handling of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Brady, which I understand was not forwarded to the property owner. Furthermore, Brady Management continues to pursue charges for repairs that are, by law, not permissible under NRS and HUD regulations. The responsiveness of Brady Management to all forms of communication has been consistently unsatisfactory.

Negative experience: Don’t even bother with these guys. I did my application and got denied. I called to ask why and got hung up and they stop answering my calls. Go Somewhere else!!

Negative experience: This firm is apparently a 1 person realty company. Tried contacting the listing agent, out of town. Tried contacting the company number, hangs up immediately. I'm not sure what type of mom and pop shop this is, but it ain't one that's doing it's job well.

For landlords, consider another property management due to unprofessional, uneducated, immature, and rude office personal from the receptionist all the way to the VP. For tenants, do yourself a favor and look for a rental outside this property management company. You’re Welcome. In all sincerity, steer clear of Brady.

Negative experience: I rented a nice two story 3 bdrm 3 bath home in Rhodes Ranch for a year. Various things required repair replacement including the dishwasher, the electric garage door opener and the fireplace. One item was replaced in a timely manner, and one was repaired. Howver, the broken fireplace required me making numerous requests to have someone sent out to check it. Once it was checked and an estimate was received, the owner decided not to fix or replace the fireplace from the beginning of April 2024 through October, when I demanded that it be taken care of or I would have to to hire someone myself. When I moved out of the place, I had the house professionally clean, including carpets, tile, walls, counters everything. The management company sent their rep, Feodor to check it out. He approved it, saying it was fine. However, when Brady Realty's manager, Mike Welch refunded my deposit, he charged me $165 for a light cleaning. Why was I charged when the company rep stated the house was in fine condition? On the whole, I was not pleased with this service, and I felt that taken advantage of. Especially since I have receipts for the professional cleaning, and again their representative had approved the house as sufficiently clean the day prior to. During my stay, I requested permission to install quality ceiling fans that I had purchased. I was advised I could install them, but once I move, they must be removed also and the existing light fixtures be reinstalled. The old light fixtures had been there since the the house was built twenty years prior to. There were no ceiling fans at all in the house. The $165 was a totally unfair charge. Especially since the housekeepers advised if there needed to be any touch-ups to let them know. Before deducting the money from my deposit I should have been informed. The housekeepers would have come back at no charge. Mike Brady stole $165 from me.

Negative experience: Please avoid: We encountered a serious issue just weeks after moving in—the property was vandalized. Not only was the house damaged, my car was also vandalized. Despite reaching out multiple times, the property manager, Rebecca failed to take any action to enhance security. After this instance we felt unsafe and had no choice but to terminate our lease. As a mom with two young g children safety is my top priority and this was not valued by this company. To top it off, they refused to return our security deposit although this was not at all our fault . For your own safety, please think twice before renting from this company or this property.

Negative experience: AVOID 6427 Broadcloth Ct. in Las Vegas The home was burglarized less than a month of moving in!! The robbers broke in through the doggy door they have placed in the living room and took everything valuable. The property management (REBECCA ROMERO) never had anyone come out to secure the premises despite MULTIPLE MULTIPLE calls. The most heartless and unprofessional Individual you will ever encounter. They had ZERO empathy. Makes you wonder if she was involved all along. We had to break the lease due to all spare keys being taken/threat to safety. And they refused to return our security deposit/remaining Oct rent. Avoid this company but most of all AVOID RENTING 6427 BROADCLOTH CT. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY

Negative experience: BEWARE! Do not expect to get your security deposit back! We rented a house from Brady Realty Group for 2 years, we took excellent care of the property, paid rent early every month, communicated right away when anything broke or needed fixing, etc. When we decided to move to another state and not renew the lease, we were charged for a lot of repairs and painting of the interior, that didn’t seem like our responsibility, we never painted over anything and the walls were in good shape, and they charged us for lightbulbs we had just replaced right before moving out, so we know that the bulbs still worked. They also charged us for carpet cleaning and professional cleaning; which we had already hired professionals for and gave them the receipts. And the receipts Brady Realty Group sent us didn’t even have legit business names, and said it was for 3 bedrooms, we only had 2 bedrooms for carpet, it was very sketch. The landlord was moving back into the property and it felt like the landlord was charging us for everything to keep the whole security deposit. I tried to fight it but at that point I was out of state and with a baby on the way, didn’t have the time or resources to take to court. Just really disappointed with Brady Realty Group.

Negative experience: UPDATE: STAY AWAY. I haven't rented from them for two years now. They have tried to charge me for things upon move out that had nothing to do with me. They took my deposit and still tried to add charges which are now in collections because I have been fighting them on it. They charged me for paint in the condo when I never painted anything. They charged me for "carpet stretching" when the carpet in the condo was old, brown, and coming up from the floor upon my move in. They charged me for a sink stopper when there wasn't a sink stopped to begin with. It's absolutely insane. This company is a joke. DO NOT rent with them. I rented a condo with this group for over two years and just moved out. Any issue I had was never addressed. Karla, who is in charge of all maintenance issues, does not seem to care at all. She's also very unfriendly. Upon moving in, I had broken shelves in the fridge. I reported this issue within the first week... they NEVER were fixed in over two years. I reported this more than once. There's a plumbing issue from previous tenant/tenants which I reported more than once as well. NEVER was fixed. Someone came out to look maybe 5/6 times? They said there was a serious issue and they needed to open the wall. Still nothing. Master shower screams at you and has no hot water pressure, guest bathroom is like standing in a tide pool. My AC went out at one point a few months ago and I had no idea why. It was a simple fix but when I put the request in to be fixed... I got nothing back. I was patient because the weather was still nice; however, it got to about 90 inside when I finally called Karla A WEEK LATER. I had to threaten to take them to court because by law it should have been fixed in 48 hours. That's when she took me seriously and sent someone out. They are definitely the type that are going to find any little thing to keep my deposit. I should have taken them to court. I don't know what is going on over there but don't make the mistake I did and rent from them.

Fantastic experience: They are wonderful here. The front desk lady Shyanne (spell check?) Is super friendly. The guy who showed me my unit (Eric) was EXTRA thorough, and also friendly. Then the specific property manager person in charge of my unit is amazing. She answers all 101 of my questions in a timely manner and she's ALWAYS nice to me. When something is wrong, they get somebody out FAST. Its such a change from other property managers I've dealt with. I love it. UPDATE: As my 2nd lease is winding down, I want to say that Brady is still AMAZING. They worked with me through some tough moments, they were super understanding, very caring, and honestly some really great people. I hope my next property managers are as wonderful as they are

Fantastic experience: I have been renting from Brady Realty Group since March 2021 and I had have nothing but the best experience from them. Shoutout to Karla in maintenance who always stays on top of work orders. Not only does that prevent unhappy tenants, but also protects the owner's property from further damage. I can't imagine how overwhelming maintenance can be, especially in the summer. I have had my AC go out once on a weekend and Karla had assigned a vendor the same day. Michael is the property manager who I speak to only around lease renewal time and he always replies in a timely manner and is always kind. These people have been here for 3 years which shows they don't have high turnover. It's easy to build a relationship and not be tossed around different people multiple times a year. Thank you so much for being such an awesome property management company!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely awful. They take days to respond to maintenance requests, even when it’s a desperate situation like a lack of hot water or a broken air conditioner in July. They delay work to save a buck and get a second opinion, to the detriment of tenants. Stay away!!!

Negative experience: The absolute worst! Stay away from them! I applied for a rental and was told there was no restrictions on pets. Got a text a few days later letting me know my application was denied because my dog was too big. I called again thinking that must be a mistake and they said weight limit 10lbs after they originally stated no limit. Then I got a letter in the mail stating denied because of criminal history (we have no criminal history, not even a ticket) and our credit (my credit is 806 my husbands is 827) they took $120 for the app fees and clearly made up lies for denial just to get the fees. Stay far away from them unless u feel like throwing away money cause they are clearly just out to get the money for applications. They also must not have noticed I requested a copy of my background check when they pulled it just so I could make sure they actually did so and there was nothing on it that they stated was the reason for the denial. So sad when u can't even trust a company to be honest when ur simply looking for a place to live.

Negative experience: Beware! The company will charge you for normal wear and tear. They will charge you for things that was already a problem with the rental and upgrade it with new ones with your money. Just received my itemized bill for what they deducted from my deposit from a rental I just moved out off. Billed me for a loose outlet cover, old and expired smoke detectors that came with the home. Charged me for an old and scratched sink faucet. Deducted over $1000 for basically everything that was old and loose! Do not rent with them!

Negative experience: Showed up to view a listing only to quickly realize the pictures shown was for a completely different unit than the one I was being shown. And the pictures of the unit they posted wasn’t even their listing either. Waste of time. And the showing agent said after I told her it was a completely different unit was “okay that’s fine”. Disappointing.

Negative experience: As a small business owner under hard times, being homeless and sleeping in my truck for 6 days. I was looking for a place to stay. I found these people on Zillow in good hopes to rent a unit on 100 S crestlne unit #57 for $1200 a month. After paying the application fee of $60, and provided all the paper that was required... I waited a short time but they said I got approved. I was very excited, But the celibration was very short lived... They wanted me to pay 6months rent up front just to move in .WOW $7200 just to freaking move in. .... SMH...... even though it clearly says $1200 deposit + $1200 monthly rent.. keep in mind my credit score is over 660 too. I Don't recommend this place at all. Suggest you search else where to find a home. Avoid Brady realty and if you find them leasing on Zillow or any other platform, please rent from someone that has a conscience and won't try to take all of your money just to move in.... this is a heartless company in my book

Negative experience: She did not know the answers to several questions related to the property. I waited for her to explain details about application fees etc… She did not do that till I asked her. At first she seemed like she wanted to be there and excited to show me the property towards the middle to the end she seemed like she really wanted to leave. She was a bit condescending in her answers for some reason. Obviously signs of a great sale rep. I can’t recommend working with her when there are far better realtors out there with better attitudes. She did not even tell me if you are interested you can apply on this website. I bring this up because its not clear on their listing where to apply. I reached out the next day from viewing the property , and asked how to apply. She replied saying im sorry it is no longer available. Between two days I was told the property was available , to not available, to it is available and then again next day after seeing it being told its not available. Which I had to reach out to ask how to apply to learn this.

Negative experience: Property management is the worst I have ever dealt with. Mike is a condescending creep who made borderline inappropriate comments to my wife. Takes weeks or months to get critical items like toilets fixed and they will keep your deposit no matter what.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the most amazing Management companies in town. I have personally worked with them as a vendor for multiple years, and can personally give my support for their commitment to their properties, owners, and tenants. My company services over 5k properties in town for more than a dozen property managers. They are the epitome of professional and commit themselves to the preservation and upkeep of all of the properties they manage. Owners should have a great piece of mind when selecting Brady Realty and Property Management for their rental properties! The best!

Negative experience: Horrible property management! They are not responsive to any phone calls or emails. They kept 80% of deposit and made up ridiculous charges that should have been normal wear and tear such as caulking around toilets, loose don't handles. The staff are very rude and condescending. As tenant I would recommend not to rent from them.

Negative experience: While being a paying tenant this was a decent management company. AFTER I moved out there were issues that were this company's fault that they took out of my deposit. They were provided with my proof as well as proof from one of their own that they made mistakes. With multiple emails and phone calls going still going unanswered and its been a month now; not even the VP cares that they wrongfully took my money. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY TO RENT FROM UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY OR CAN AFFFORD A LAWYER. *UPDATE*: They told me "oh well" and kept my $300.

Fantastic experience: Easy, thorough and professional experience throughout the rental process. The walk through pre-rental was very well done and Brady went out of its way to be very accurate.

Fantastic experience: The experience we had moving from California to Las Vegas was so smooth because of the wonderful team at Brady Realty Group. Francesca was absolutely amazing, showing us great homes and being very attentive to what we needed. Brianna was so helpful in the application process and ensuring we had everything we need to move forward in our new home. I'm extremely grateful for this team and the care they showed us.

Negative experience: Very shady group. Told us to keep the water bill in our name when we moved out and they would switch it over. We have it in writing when we vacated the premises. Well they didn’t switched it over, why? because they already had so many unpaid bills that Las Vegas Water district wouldn’t allow them any more accounts until they were current on their current properties bills (customer service rep from the water district told us this). So instead of telling us the truth, they lied and told us that they switched it, But really kept it in our name for months without our knowledge !!for Almost 6 months, and rarely did they pay the bill on time. They paid it just enough so we wouldn’t find out. Finally they stopped paying the bill when the Landlord sold the property and that’s when we got a collection bill for the remaining amount they didn’t pay (after talking to the water company it’s no surprise that they didn’t pay the bills in full) We got this bill for a property we never owned and we’re just tenants on! A property we had moved out of 6 months ago! Why weren’t they or the owner of the property paying the water bill?! This boils down to us trusting that they are an honest and reputable company but they are not. We have emails from them telling us they did change it but the water company told us they did not. They do not pay their bills, the utility companies in Las Vegas even told us so. This is what we get after renting for 10 years and never once being late on our rent?! Never use them if you are a landlord and never rent from them if you are the tenant. If you do, don’t listen to them. Cancel everything when you move out. They cannot be trusted.

Fantastic experience: Just had to say.… years ago… the father or grandfather of this company head got a haircut by me when I was working my butt off at Supercuts or GreatClips and gave me $1000 as a tip; I’ve never ever ever forgotten. What a man. I can only imagine how they treat their clients. Happy holidays

Fantastic experience: Brady Realty helped us relocate and find a home quickly. As well, they were professional and responsive in our repair requests. We recommend contacting them if you are looking for a rental in Las Vegas.
