Hello Rejina - We do not have you listed as a party to the lease, so it's possible you may not be fully aware of the condition in which the property was left after your mother vacated. Upon inspection, we found damage to nearly every wall, missing AC filters, missing light bulbs, missing smoke detectors, and personal belongings left behind, among other issues.

The owner ultimately charged your mother for only a small portion of the substantial costs required to return the home to a rent-ready condition. If your mother would like to review the move-out report in detail, we welcome her to contact our office directly.

Please understand that our goal is always to be fair to all leaseholders. In this case, we have thorough documentation supporting the charges assessed. We do wish that you would reconsider this review, as you can see, it is untruthful and harmful to our reputation.
