Fantastic experience: I think it was divine intervention meeting Steve, I had a quite the nightmare with my dad's house after his passing, after what felt like my 100th trip to homedepot I got in my car to hear Steve's commercial so I decided to call him. Not only did HE answer on the 3rd ring he met me at the house the next day and spent at least an hour going over everything. He ALWAYS picks up the phone or text immediately, even when he was on his family vacation he picked the phone up to reassure me everything was fine.. and it was.
