2 years ago Fantastic experience: Jasmine and the rest of the Espinoza home selling team were amazing! They were extremely informative and helped walk us through step by step in the process. Then, once we found the house that we loved, they negotiated our deal to get us in with the sellers paying closing costs! They have lenders that they work with, but we decided to use our own, and the communication that the Espinoza team had with our lenders was amazing, they communicated with eachother, so it wasnt left up to us to play the middle man. Jasmine really took control of any and everything! All we had to do was just inform her of what decisions we wanted and she handled the rest. I really appreciated the fact that she helped with other things that weren't necessarily connected with the home buying purchase. Our house has solar panels on it that are not paid off yet, so we would assume the contract of those. Not only did she find out from the solar company the payments, but she also contacted NV energy as well (without us having to ask) to find the average monthly bill, to give us an estimate of our utility cost. When it came to transferring the ownership of the solar, I forwarded her the email and asked what the next steps are that i needed. She replied, "I have already sent that in for you." These are just a few of the many things that Jasmine and the rest of the team have done to make this process so easy and as stress free as possible. I have already stated to recommend them to any and all friends and family that are looking or planning to look to purchase/sell a home. We will definitely return in the future to purchase other properties!

I have to say itWas an amazing experience, Tony and team was amazing, Lesly was amazing with her customer serrvice 5 stars! 3 years ago Fantastic experience: Reached out to Jasmine to learn and get educated on what i needed to get my first home, fast forward to a month later, i am officially a homeowner. Jasmine was attentive and patient. She helped me look and find the perfect home for me. After many viewings, Jasmine did not give up until she found the perfect home for me and was able to get me 10k deducted from original price as well as negotiated closing costs. There were many bumps in the road but Jasmine was extremely flexible. Buying a home can be stressful, but truth be told, the Espinoza team made this process very stress free for me. Thank you!
