Negative experience: I moved into the Americana on Palos Verdes around the same time the former manager, Maria, was retiring and the new manager, Ciera, assumed her role. At the time of my move-in, Maria explicitly assured me that there were no pest issues on the property. As someone in my 50s who lives alone and maintains a very clean, tidy home, this assurance was a deciding factor in my lease. Unfortunately, this representation was inaccurate. I discovered pests shortly after moving in and immediately contacted Ciera. To her credit, within 24 hours, pest control was on the premises addressing the issue. However, the problems at this property extend far beyond pest control. From the moment I moved in, I have witnessed open drug activity, rampant prostitution, residents creating ongoing conflict, and men openly sharing prostitutes from one apartment to another. I have been repeatedly harassed, hit on nonstop, and made extremely uncomfortable by male residents who crossed clear boundaries. The situation became so severe that I was forced to publicly announce to residents that I am not a prostitute, simply to stop the harassment. In addition to these safety and quality-of-life issues, my personal property has been targeted: •   Soda poured on my vehicle •   The tow cover stolen from the back of my car •   My catalytic converter tampered with •   My tires repeatedly stabbed/slashed My vehicle is not inexpensive, and due to the lack of safety on this property, I have felt compelled to walk around armed for my personal protection, which is not something any tenant should ever feel forced to do. Ciera has made sincere efforts to improve safety by installing cameras; however, these cameras are ineffective and do not adequately cover the premises. To date, at least three residents, including myself, have experienced tire slashing—strongly indicating the threat is coming from within the resident population. I formally implore the owner, Peter, and management to take immediate and serious action, including: •   Full-time, on-site, fully armed security •   Properly placed cameras covering the entire property •   Adequate funding for proper repairs, not temporary or cost-cutting fixes •   Immediate attention to leaking pipes, infestations, and ongoing maintenance failures At this point, the property is no longer safe for me to reside in after dark. I have been forced to relocate for my own safety, yet I am still bound to a lease that I should be released from immediately and in good standing. No tenant should be financially trapped in an environment that poses a clear and ongoing risk to their personal safety. Ciera is a dedicated and capable manager, and my concern is not with her performance. My concern lies with ownership and corporate responsibility. I sincerely hope that Ciera remains in her role and that STOUT and ownership take my safety—and the safety of all residents—seriously. I am not someone who will remain silent, and I am absolutely disgusted that these conditions have been allowed to persist for years. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with Peter directly regarding this matter. I am not an average renter. I am a 10-star renter who expects safety, accountability, and basic standards of living to be upheld.

Negative experience: They didn't solve the problem; in fact, they made it worse. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service right now. Now more water is coming out of that side than before, and the cockroaches are getting more every day. I have cameras inside the apartment, and the person who comes in to fumigate only does so in the living area, the kitchen, and around the animals.They're all over the apartment

Negative experience: I rent a 2 bedroom at Showboat LV. Their OWN employee - maintenance supervisor no less - hit & scratched my LEFT car door with his right door, with bright yellow marks distinctive of his unusual car color. He tried to cover it up by re-parking it on my right side instead & cleaned up his right side as much as possible to hide it. This only happened when he was pulling in, not out. Never left any note instead of contacting mgmt and apologizing. This is the same rude, racist guy who systematically, defiantly ignores me when I walk by (I had to leave a not so great review once at mgmt request about the terrible experience with him during the only time I needed maintenance help when he didn’t even assist because he said in ENGLISH he “didn’t know why smoke came out of stove”!?? That was the first time I had seen him since my move and was appalled by how he refused to acknowledge me, as ridiculous as it sounds). I see how friendly he is with hispanic people, but clearly has a serious problem with white blond women To go back to the car issue: Given the fact that it was a hit and run, I gave him the chance to correct the issue before filing a police report: I left him a note asking him to call my number and warned him that failure to do so would result in filing a police report. The reason for that was obviously because he already tried to conceal the matter. This is the SECOND time this happens to my car here. While I was pulling out, i saw him coming wearing his Stout marked polo shirt (which means he was during his working hours when he hit my car), and asked him why he didn’t contact me to let me know that he hit my car. He understood me perfectly then claimed he didn’t speak English AND was reading my note in English at the same time. He didn’t say no nor yes, just played dumb. If it weren’t him, he would’ve given me an emphatic no. Three minutes later at 2:30p I went to the office where, to my surprise on a Wednesday, doors were locked with the “Closed” sign displayed. So I called and Isabel picked up. Before I even started sharing my issue and before she listened OR apologized, she immediately went on the offense attacking and reprimanding me for “being disrespectful to their employees and that this is not tolerated” etc. This woman felt totally entitled to lie about, insult and reprimand a resident without feeling she owed ANY explanations regarding the employee’s recklessness. Thank you for LYING about my “disrespecting” him, adding insult to injury. A resident’s car was damaged in YOUR complex when YOUR employee behaved recklessly and in a nonchalant way showing no remorse or consideration. Entitlement at its best, indicating there is no accountability for either one of them. I asked her what made her say that and she said he told her that. More importantly, she thought she would try an old trick to make ME feel bad instead, by immediately going on the offense and spewing non sense. That’s like South Park, you can’t make this stuff up!! I was appalled!!! I LIVE here and my rent pays for THEIR salaries, in case they haven’t figured that out! Their job is to make my life easy and smooth, in case they haven’t figured that out either! When she learned I had visited the office earlier and it was closed, she immediately sent us an email saying they’re “closing early at 4p”, something she never did before, when she had closed BEFORE 2:30p. So the TWO employees whose JOB consists in FIXING problems, have done nothing but CAUSING them. And this is supposed to be home. I noticed that Stout don’t care about their F BBB rating nor are willing to resolve residents’ issues. I’m not letting this series of offenses go and I’m taking this to the NV Real Estate dept through a formal complaint (and encourage anyone to do so if you’ve been wronged by these ppl) since Stout are not HUD supported. I’m still waiting for the video from this so-called manager. In the ENTIRE city of LV, you won’t find ANY other pale neon yellow car so that will likely rise above the reasonable doubt threshold.

Negative experience: The worst management team. This review is for their West Edge Property. Do not be fooled by the photos or positive reviews—most are outdated or fake. This property is in severe disrepair. The dog park is full of waste, the playground is filthy, the pool area is run down with broken chairs, and the trash bins are constantly overflowing. Gates are not secure; anyone can reach over and let themselves in. Buildings show visible decay everywhere. We moved in believing management’s assurances and online images that this would be a safe, healthy place for our family. Instead, we’ve experienced constant problems. Management (Kassi, Marina, and Nancy) is pleasant until you report issues, then they become hostile and dismissive. Maintenance requests go ignored until “habitability” is mentioned. Workers often arrive unannounced, do poor-quality repairs, and many fixes have already failed. Windows, doors, and electrical remain unsafe, and code violations have been reported. The pest infestation is unbearable—mosquitoes, gnats, and roaches throughout the unit. Pest control is unprofessional: they arrive unannounced, insist chemicals are “not toxic” while wearing masks, and ignore requests for specific times. Management falsely claims tenants deny service when, in reality, they refuse to coordinate. This is a serious health risk, especially for our infant child. Safety is also a major issue. Transients and drug users are frequently on the property—bathing in the pool, sleeping in vacant units, and openly using drugs. There is no reliable security despite management’s claims. We have witnessed threats of violence and indecent exposure, making the property unsafe for families. In only two months, we’ve decided we want to terminate our lease due to all the above mentioned issues. Management refuses to make concessions and treats tenants with open disrespect. The complex is unsafe, unhealthy, and mismanaged. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, do not move into West Edge. Will update with more photos and videos, as we did not move in with the intent to leave! Also capturing insects and the correct angles for code violations is rather difficult.

Positive experience: Elevator was out for two weeks upon arrival to apartment. Then everything was fixed except now I have a neighbor that has a dog that barks all day and night. I work nights and sleep in the day and can’t find quiet times at all. On days off they are still barking and the dog owner seems oblivious to the situation. The dog is locked in a bathroom at times and tries to get out and scratching the door. The neighbor on my side or above me can’t tell where, smokes cigarettes and cannabis so I have to spray air fresheners all the time if I want to breathe. I leave my fan on 24/7 to deter the smoke. I’m not trying to complain because others are dealing with this situation as well but I wanted to work from home on occasion and it’s hard to be able too. I have considered moving out for more quiet times and less closeness to residents. People slam their doors but even this is not a problem as the other items. Building and management are great. I love pets but they need to have run around spaces to be themselves or not be puppies. If it was non- smoking and pet free it would be a 10/10 place for sure. 08/25: Update Everything changed, no barking or smoke, place is a 10/10!! Would highly recommended to anyone!!

Negative experience: Since my Movie-In, the Manager Christopher has been Non-Compliance and/or sarcastic regarding necessary repairs and returns of documents which are required his signature of receipt for example: Cleaning of Unit, Return of Inspection Sheet and Repairs which he took two (2) mths to complete only 2. Upon continuing ask him for the return documentation of my Inspection sheet, his reply was (why do you need it and you must not like living here). His response! I took as threatening and after five (5) months he has not complied. I was charged a $250 Cleaning fee but what happened to the cleaning that was supposed to be completed, poor to my move-in? II’ve also noticed that my Utility portions of my Rent statement keep going up and I’ve never used the W/D, Dishwasher or run bath water and take 3-4 showers a week. I have pictures to prove my complaint and and Gas, electricity bills which proves how little utility I use. Also! The harassment from the ASSURANT Co, regarding my Renters Insurance is annoying and my Insurance Co has provided proof several times. ASSURANT comes up with Numerous reasons trying to have me take their Insurance which my Coverage exceeds their Coverage I would like Stout Corporate to call me

Negative experience: i’m super frustrated with this company. i live at the cove in vegas and was told my unit was move in ready. i did my walk through and was rushed. i moved in and apartment is infested with bees and roaches. washer and dryer do not work and master bedroom toilet does not work. why did i pay over $1000 deposit for an apartment that is uninhabitable. i have called everyday since move in and nothing is resolved. it seems like im bugging them when i ask for a resolution. i’m super disappointed..

Negative experience: Stout Management is in charge of the apartment complex I live at in Las Vegas, NV. The Las Vegas Grand "Luxury" Apartment complex. I have to tell you that this complex is anything but luxury. The maintenance of the complex in general is extremely poor, despite the fact that every resident pays a monthly fee for property upkeep. The security of the complex is also very poor as the entrance gates are often standing open and the gates leading into the parking garage are frequently broken. I was recently told that the property is going away from the key fob and will be issuing codes to enter and exit the complex and parking garage which, of course, will make the complex even less secure as that will make it to where anyone can enter the complex or parking garage. Totally ridiculous idea in this neighborhood and just goes to show that Stout Property Management doesn't truly care about the safety and security of the residents, especially when it means they can make more money. Management at this complex is average and when there is a maintenance issue in the apartment, they take forever, and communication is horrible. I am disabled and there is no handicap parking spaces available on the level and side of the garage that I park in, despite paying for parking as well. Overall, I would tell you to avoid moving to this Stout Management run apartment complex and based upon my experience here, I would definitely think twice about moving into another complex run by Stout Management.

Negative experience: I have been thru 2 Management companies. I have tried to get simple repairs done and I can't get it done. My master bedroom shower knob when you turn it right and it comes out hot, you turn it left and it comes out cold, and they tell me that they can't fix it. If you pull the knob off there is a piece in the center that goes bad and needs to be replaced and it will work. The base boards in both bathrooms are water damaged, not even our fault it was the upstairs neighbor that had a leak and caused the damage. I would Continue, but nothing ever gets done so I'm not going any further with anything.

Positive experience: I have been living at this property since 2006. Generally, it is nice place to live. I've seen a lot of neighbors come and go over those years. Lately, it seems as though the newer neighbors are much noisier than those of the past. There doesn't seem to be any sort of consideration given to those who live around them. As seems to be the case everywhere in the valley, the cost of living here has skyrocketed since 2006, and nothing has basically changed except that demand is higher than supply. So that has been a detriment to anyone living in this city for any length of time. My continued "wish" is that I would like to have assigned parking spots in this community.

Fantastic experience: Love the place. Been here a year and haven’t had any bad experiences. My worst complaint is the pool gets too cold on hot days so warming the water a bit could help. If THATS my worst complaint then it’s saying something in itself. Just renewed my lease for another year and I’m glad to call this home for the time being.

Fantastic experience: Been living here over a month and it’s pretty nice came from Redlands and this place is amazing little to no homeless apartments are super nice clean and quiet close to everything staff if killer and super respectful. Only downside it’s cox is your only internet provider but other than that 10/10 left California for it and came here Esmeralda and the Younger maintenance guy are the best.

Fantastic experience: We moved into WestEdge January of 2023. The Staff here are all very friendly and professional, our neighbors are great! They have a barbeque area, weight ( work out ) room, pool table, sauna, pet friendly, close to bus line, Arizona Charlies and many stores...our two bedroom apartment was recently remolded and is perfect for my two kids and I. Negative experience: Poor security, homeless people always around digging in the trash dumpsters. Also, we were told several months ago that the security gates would be working, false information. The gym is not easily accessible. The office staff however have always been pleasant when I go in to express my concerns.

Positive experience: Management has worked hard at fixing the property. They have contracted a pretty good security company. The down side it they do not have eyes on the property 24 /7. The homeless and trouble causing tenants know when they are not here and run amuck accordingly. There are a couple of Hispanic tenants who like to hang out in the parking area behind 2635 Karen Court drinking alcohol and using the bathroom. Management needs to take the time to look into after hours activities and get rid of the bad tenants and homeless persons who leave trash and human waste in public areas.

Negative experience: Continuous cockroach, problem, overcharge on Utilities $100 and told to wait to see if it happens again they have no explanation as to why charge has no name no information and again cockroaches I do believe I was being charged for specialty and premium service for roaches that hasn’t even worked and Again $100 of charges in maintenance when nothing has changed in my home and they have no explanation in being told to wait to see if it happens again is just crazy i’ve only been here since April and still have not been able to even unpack

Positive experience: So far so good . Maintenance doing a wonderful job with work orders. The office clerks are respectful which this property hasn't had in a long time. The pools are finally open after years of closure. Stout Property Management Company is the best this far. The only issue I have is paying $25 for valet trash one pick up a day when I take my own trash out as needed. Plus paying for regular trash. Valet trash is an unnecessary bill added to rent. Overall the property Management is doing a great job. Please reconsider all the add on bills to rent to keep the long term residents.

Positive experience: There aren't enough handicap ramps. There are handicap parking with no ramps. I've been having problems with the sliding glass door. They came out once and said it was fine. I've been locked out of my apartment several times. Put in work orders several times, nothing has been done. Other than that it's a real enjoyable place to live.

Fantastic experience: Quality North is a very peaceful quiet community which is professionally operated by caring staffs who often goes beyond to assure the tenants accommodation needs are met. So far most tenants seems to be respectful of each other and some have shown commitment in being neighborly and caring for community and each other.

Negative experience: Huge decline! I put in for maintenence they then mark it complete but it's not. I've put in twice and it's over a month now and still not done. Get the run around from office. Terrible. They won't keep people doing this. I was workout electric for over a month because of this!

Fantastic experience: Tell you what I believe I've been there a little over 5 years and where it's been and where it's at today such a transformation it took a while with a lot of work ahead of us to make it even better but also takes attendance to make it better as well cuz half the time a lot of times they're the ones are the cause of the situation but that being said I couldn't ask for a place better than why I live right now I'm pleased with everything that's happened to my apartment the manager at Elasess that is the person behind that place she's doing a wonderful job her and her staff so my heart goes out to them so I gave them a five-star rating.

Positive experience: The property homes are beautiful, but I do feel the property needs camera for safety reasons. I’ve seen tons of cars come for the pool once the properties leasing office has closed. Which can be/is a safety hazard.

Fantastic experience: I've lived here for about four years. Management is very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are great and will fix problems promptly. The grounds and pools are kept up. Weekly pest control if needed inside and outside. It's pretty much quiet and a nice place to live

Positive experience: My only real problem is that my rental agreement has one cost that is supposed to be set, yet every month the cost goes up by at least $100.00 for an extra community electric fee. I don’t think it is even legal to charge more money than what’s listed on my lease and I’m considering looking into legal advice regarding this. With that said, I really love the community and my individual unit.

Negative experience: The people don't pick up after their pets, in the laundry rooms are always closed. The pool are overrun by kids with no parents supervision. Everybody throws their trash in the parking lot, and the apartments are full of roaches.

Fantastic experience: It’s quiet and safe. Very accessible to everything from grocery stores, like Smiths and Trader Joe’s to Galaxy Theaters and Bowling. There is assigned parking and the staff is great! Also love all the greenery here in Green Valley!

Positive experience: I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with them much yet, i rented the apartment in april but my job has me traveling so in 3 months have only been home 3 times, but im looking forward to being home soon and having a good relationship with management. I do wish morw than anything that the carpet in the hallways get taken up and other tenants respect where we live and keep our home safe and clean

Positive experience: I really enjoy living here—it's a great place to call home. The management team and everyone in the office have always been incredibly kind and helpful, and the maintenance staff are consistently professional and friendly. If I could make a couple of small suggestions, I’d love to see the landscaping given a little more attention, and it would make a big difference if the trash areas were kept a bit cleaner and more organized. Also, when it comes to noise complaints, I think it might be more effective if management reached out directly to the individuals causing issues, rather than sending out general reminders to everyone. That said, I truly appreciate this community and feel lucky to live here. Thanks so much for all you do—cheers!

Negative experience: Been trying to get a hold of Stout management or Arium Meadows management for over a day now. They were doing work in my unit and said I wouldn’t be able to return for 48 hours, I came back this morning (2 days later) and they changed the locks on the door. I can’t enter my unit, can’t get a hold of anyone, the office is closed, none of the numbers are answering. I truly don’t know what else to do anymore.

Negative experience: I have put 4 requests for maintenance to fix my air conditioning. how is my home set at 70, and my house will be at 78-80 degrees until 4 am at night they tell you everything is okay, when it’s not. cause they don’t have the qualified people to do the job.

Negative experience: Hello, I’m writing to formally express concerns regarding ongoing issues at Arium Meadows that directly impact my quality of life as a tenant in good standing. Gym access is restricted far beyond posted hours (8:30 AM–4:30 PM) due to staff leaving for lunch. I’ve had to contact Ally Waste multiple times to ensure trash is collected. As a disabled veteran, I submitted a reasonable accommodation request for a parking spot closer to my unit, which has been ignored. The pool remains inaccessible, despite repeated assurances that it would be available. These issues not only breach expectations set in the lease and advertising materials but also suggest neglect in management responsibilities. If full access to all promised amenities is not restored within 30 days, I cannot, in good conscience, continue paying full rent for services not rendered.

Negative experience: THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE! STAFF APPEAR TO ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOU ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE. THEY ACT LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM. I'VE LIVED AT MY APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR YEARS. SINCE THEY TOOK OVER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPLEX. IN ORSER TO PAY YOUR BILL THEY WANT ALL TYPES OF PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION FROM YOU. THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU SEVERAL EXTRA SURPRISE FEES EVERY MONTH. LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT THE DRUG DEALING THAT HAPPEN RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE UNITS. THE HOMELESS THAT SLEEPING OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR; AND THE LACK OF PROPERTY SECURITY. ALL THAT FOR WHAT? THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS LEAVING THE COMPLEX WITH A HORRIBLE REPUTATION. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING STOUT MANAGES FOR YOUR OWN GOOD OR LEARN THE HARD WAY.

Negative experience: These people are nothing but frauds. This company allowed someone to use my social fraudulently to rent one of their apartments. When it showed up on my credit report I Made it my business to go and speak with the manager. The manager stated to me that I would have to get in touch with their corporate office which was very hurgle and nothing but lies. When I stated to them that they reporthe address fraudulently to Experian, They told me that they can't help me. The lady that I spoke with was being very rude and trying to send me encircles about the situation. She's telling me that it's not her fault that my social got used for someone to rent their apartment, And that they do social security checks, When they actually don't because the staff told me that they don't. She also stated that they do a check and it did not come back fraudulent under the person that rented their apartment. I'd never lived in The madison property or any other property that they own. I will be taking this matter to the b b b. I made it my business to show the manager on madison property all of my documents to ensure her that it was not me. They never seen me a date in their lives on their property. These People are ruining my credit by reporting a fraudulent activity from someone else, And All i'm asking them is to remove it. So be careful when renting from this property.

Negative experience: I am writing to dispute the deductions made from my security deposit, as outlined in the itemized statement I received. While I understand your right to deduct for damages beyond normal wear and tear, I believe the following charges are unreasonable and require further clarification: 1. Repainting unit: $260 – Please provide photos of the wall damage and documentation explaining why this was necessary. If it was routine maintenance, this charge is invalid under Nevada law (NRS 118A.242). 2. Replacing Flooring: $450 – The flooring was not damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Please provide evidence of damage caused during my tenancy, as well as the flooring’s age and original condition. 3. Replacing 1 Blind: $100 – Please provide proof that the blind required replacement due to damage and was not subject to normal use or age-related wear. I request a refund of for any unsupported charges and expect documentation (e.g., receipts, invoices, photos) within 10 business days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider filing a formal complaint with the Nevada Real Estate Division or pursuing this matter in small claims court. How did you find a way to turn my $825 security deposit to profit? Normal Wear and Tear: Charges for normal wear and tear (e.g., faded paint, minor scratches) are not allowed. Landlords must show proof (e.g., photos, videos, or inspection reports) that the damage goes beyond normal wear and tear. I’m asking for: • Photos of the alleged damages. • Receipts or invoices showing actual costs for the repairs. • Age of the flooring, blinds, and walls (to determine if they were near the end of their lifespan). Compare Lifespan vs. Age For items like flooring, landlords cannot charge the full replacement cost if the item was already old. Instead, they must prorate the cost based on its remaining useful life. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Negative experience: I’ve been here since March. They did replace my dryer and microwave but twice now I’ve had my work orders to fix the screen on the sliding door and master bedroom cancelled. They don’t like kids riding bikes and playing. Overall it’s decent and clean but the management needs work

Negative experience: Current tenant at the GLENN APTS. I’ve been struggling with Leaks on the ceillings of my two bedrooms for more than 8 months I was in another apt with the same situation and they moved me to this one which is worse they lied to me saying that this apartment was in better conditions I’ve been asking the management to fix it but they just ignore me and now they(Nidia Salgado) say that the owners are the ones that are taking too long to fix it Im very frustated I always pay my rent on time and this is what I get when I need such an essential thing to get fix PLUS my AC smells really bad whenever it turns on I let management know about this but they clearly dont even care to fix so the Owners as the management told me. This is unnacceptable Corporate dont even respond back to me this is the worse experience and Service ever i need an ispection right away before raining season comes

Negative experience: Repairs do not get repaired. I’ve had to pay for my own toilet to be fixed when it didn’t work. Mailboxes are still not secured only halfway. Water shoots all over except on the plants that need it. The grass is so overwatered toadstools grow. Cars and apartments are broken into by homeless and when you call security they never show up. I’ve reported this maker times than I can say. Apartments sitting vacant with windows broken out for over 4 months, only to be told we have people on it. I have lived here over nine years and this management is the second worse so far. I was promised by the leasing manager she would walk my apartment to see repairs. I took off work and waited, called the office and was told she would be there after lunch. It’s now three months latter and still waiting. There are unauthorized people living in an apartments and moving others in with them all the while destroying the apartment and nothing is being done. You have to pay to have someone pick up your trash and that gets missed more than it happens. You pay to park and your cars have no security. You pay your rent online but your charged twice for doing that. Once for it being posted online and again when you pay with your bank account. You pay and pay and get nothing in return. The pools are always broken or used by neighboring tenants and the exercise room well that’s a room that can’t be used either.These people never walk the property and have no idea what is going on.

Positive experience: The only complaint I have is that I'm getting eviction notices every month. I can't pay my rent on the first. I get paid the second Wednesday of the month. The old management didn't have a problem with that. Other than that everything else is good.

Positive experience: Only problem that I have had is the breaking into of vehicles in the parking lot it has caused me to have to purchase a car camera. Also afraid to have packages delivered to my apartment there are to many people in the complex that should not be here. Going through the trash dumpsters it’s just feeling more and more unsafe.

The maintenance crew is quick to get any work orders done as soon as they can on top of the renovations they are doing for the building itself. Everyone is very friendly as well.

Positive experience: We’ve asked the office several times when the umbrellas to the pool will be here . I’m May they said a few weeks.We have one for the whole pool and 3 that are broken, just lying on the ground! I’ve stubbed my toe on one of the metal stands I almost broke it. Yesterday, they said next week but then maintenance comes an hour later to see if the umbrellas are fixable! They’re not. We’ve tried. This is an inconvenience to the residents and an embarrassment to the community when showing the property.
