Fantastic experience: After closing on our new home in McConnell our agent provided the contact info for the HOA. The following day I reached out to Ashley with some questions and general information. She responded promptly with detailed answers and supplied the information that I had requested. I have read online that in the past the previous HOA managers here were unresponsive and not willing to help out the community. Ashley's actions today assured me that she is not at all like the previous managers. Fantastic experience: I recently been in frequent communication with one of the employees, Ms Jenkins, and she’s been so patient, responsive and helpful. For example my key fobs for the pool weren’t working and she emailed back and forth different solutions until one finally worked lol! I appreciate her quick response time and treating the situation in a timely manner. In other times she also is very informative about updates and announcements around the neighborhood. She’s proactive enough that although I don’t know her face, when I see her name in my email I recognize it! Lol thanks Ms Ashley for helping out HOA!

Negative experience: I’ve been a homeowner in Meadowstone for the past three years and have had consistently rude service interactions with Tayler. She has zero front-facing customer service skills. She plays favorites with certain homeowners in the neighborhood and I guess the rest of us just get her behind to kiss. She’s also just been generally unhelpful in advocating for homeowners or even making any improvements to the “service” they provide. In general, AMG has also been unpleasant to deal with - I’ve been trying to get a replacement pool fob for the past two weeks and their system for taking payments and providing replacements is ARCHAIC. Mail a check?? If I NEVER have to deal with them and Tayler again it’ll be too soon.
