Reidsville Nc, I looked at a lot of different companies and saw that this company had great reviews which of course makes you feel better because it feels like they will take care of you if this is the case. She found flaws in the homes we toured and pointed them out to me to make sure I knew what I was getting into. Autumn happily answered all my questions and toured many homes remotely for me so I could feel confident purchasing a house site-unseen due to being out-of-state. My purchase was contingent upon selling my current home in MD and Autumn helped guide me through that process so everything happened on time. I was informed at each step of the home buying process and was told what to expect and when to expect it. I provided information when prompted and at no point felt as if I was doing everything myself. When I asked questions they provided me with answers or how to obtain them. Being in a very difficult spot financially, Phil personally took the time to not only find a house that fit in my budget, but secure the financing with a partner company he knew well. In a difficult housing market for a buyer, where there are multiple cash offers, Phil got my offer accepted, and on my birthday to boot. Fantastic experience: Anyone can find a house online these days, but when the time comes to make an offer, you don’t want to navigate what comes after that alone. Fortunately, we had Amber Johnson and the team at JBR to guide us through the process with precision and superior service every step of the way. We were very specific in what we were looking for in a house and not desperate (not a combination most agents get excited about), but Amber stuck with us for 10 months, responding to every request, and answering every question, and if she didn’t know the answer, she researched and found it. Positive experience: I’m happy for the opportunity to give feedback to this realtor company. I have to be honest, I have only worked with a handful of different realtor companies in the past. In my experience, I have never dealt with a company with so many different branches that had their own function. In the end, everything got done just like with all the other realtors I have worked with, but I have to wonder if by this company having specific duties assigned to each branch if it contributed to the overall service being very impersonal, almost robotic. I felt like I could have put all my input online & that would have served this company’s way of doing business perfectly. On the day of closing, I didn’t even hear from my realtor who listed the house and to this day have never heard from him. That has truly been a first. If this company wanted to avoid their impersonal attitude/treatment of their clients, at the very least, I would recommend a meeting by zoom or group call & introduce the individual people involved so your service would come across more as a team effort with your client feeling more like a person with real thoughts & concerns.
