Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this firm. I mostly worked with my listing agent, Keisha, and Deborah with operations. Both are very knowledgable and on top of everything. We started the process in March but we delayed the closing as it was best for seller and buyer. When there was a lull in activity, Keisha, would still check in just to make sure I knew I wasn't forgotten - and that means a lot! We had some struggles with getting required documentation from the HOA management company and my team even assisted the buyers agent with trying to get what her lender needed. Above and beyond! Throughout the process, everyone was professional, responsive, and I truly felt like they had my back. Although it was quite stressful dealing with the HOA, they kept on top of everything (and that is rare to find these days). Fantastic experience: I would recommend this team based on my very good experience with them searching for a home in the triad area of North Carolina that spanned almost 4 months. We were tough customers because we had very specific needs being that I make and repair guitars and was looking for a house of a certain size AND a garage of a certain size. We were looking for a unicorn! Chris was enthusiastic to accommodate me because he himself is an avid guitar player and perhaps for his own selfish reasons pushed hard to get me settled in the area from NY where we are from. Our main agent was Melissa, whom went above and beyond. Her attention to detail, and professionalism was at a high level. She really worked hard to find us our unicorn (which we are really happy with!). We really felt she was on our side. She is very knowledgeable with going through all the steps of the buying process and represented us thoroughly. We also worked with Keisha who was great and others. The entire team is great. We are now looking for a home in our area for my parents and will definitely be going with the Papalardo team. I'd recommend anyone to reach out for their needs either for a home or a rental, with these people, you can't go wrong.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for someone to help us look for a. house in the Burlington city area for our parents that are moving from NYC. I wanted someone that knew the area well. I called 2 agencies. I didn’t realize that one of those agencies were in Greensboro, the other agency in Burlington. Melissa Atieh greeted me on the phone and assured me that she was very familiar with Burlington. I was a little disappointed that she wasn’t in Burlington and called the other agency in Burlington. I spoke to someone and told them what we were looking for specifically for our parents in Burlington. Our parents wanted to be independent and didn’t drive. They needed something close to a supermarket and street with sidewalks. The agent told me she was going to put in a search and get back to me. This agent got back to me the next day and told me what we were looking for was very hard to find in Burlington. She sent me something in Mebane and never got back to me. Melissa had scheduled an appointment with us . We decided to give her a try. We were supposed to meet at Starbucks but we had to do a phone video chat because it snowed. Melissa explained to us the whole process of her agency and was very knowledgeable. She had Charisma and could make a five year old understand the process of a realtor. She listened to our concerns and immediately went searching and found a list of houses for us. That’s how our bonding began. I can’t put into words how special and important she made us feel. We couldn’t believe her level of expertise. We knew she was sent by God. She was always reachable no matter the time to answer questions or concerns. She was there every step of the way guiding us and advising us. She made us feel like we were her only clients. We felt like family. This was a very positive experience. Melissa found us exactly what we were looking for. Side walks, walkable distance to different stores and a bus. When the other realtor from Burlington told us this wasn’t possible. Melissa always assured us she wasn’t working alone that she had a great team behind her. I know this now for sure. They made the closing process so easy they guided us step by step. The staff was more transactional based on the specific process that was needed so I did not get to know them as I did K.J. However, they were professional and pleasant.
