Negative experience: I’m a great person so it troubles me that I pay my bills and it’s always something wrong at the end of the day in the beginning when I was shown the House I tell the guy the kitchen sink is The kitchen sink is warped and or dry rotten he wrote it down. We moved onto the rest of the house. I loved it in the beginning, then I realized there was a plumbing issue in bathroom. The water didn’t run down inside of the tub properly , I put in work order or I called the maintenance line. Why is it when I call about an issue that we had previously you reminded me that I called over 40 something times why is Me calling the issue?,the issue should be the job not getting done when I go to use my kitchen sink. All I do is turn the cold water on, its not even a part of the spout. I turned the cold water on a piece pop off of the spout. Now I’m responsible for paying for something that I already complained about previously I have an issue with rodents!The mouses the pest control man came said,“ I’ll contact the office and tell them that they need someone to seal up the holes” so now I’m gonna be responsible for the holes a the mouses. I would at least like to be talked to with respect I’m paying you, I tell you the issues and we shouldn’t get talked to With attitude or like we did something wrong.My name is Deloreian Powell.
Mr. Powell I'm sorry that you feel the way you do. But i reviewed your moved in and out sheet from your walk through and there is nothing on your sheet about a damaged counter top. If you like i more than willing to share this with you again. When it comes to your maintenance request we have every request you have ever put. As you know we use Appfolio to track all maintenance calls and request. Out of all your request for maintenance none of them has to do with water issue, or water backing up or not draining correctly or faucet not working. The faucet issue we do have as an issue, and yes the faucet was working fine when you moved in. The faucet was not on your move in sheet as an issue, nor have you have put in a request about the faucet until it was broken. So yes you would be charged for a broken faucet.

My biggest concern when deciding to buy rental properties was whether or not I would be able to find a property management company to reliably manage my properties. Premier takes care of everything (rent collection, tenant searches, renovations etc.) with great attention to detail and timeliness. Their portal is phenomenal — you can find whatever you need. It’s been a seamless experience overall. I’ve recommended them to peers, all of whom have had equally positive experiences. You are in good hands — believe me.

Negative experience: Read the fine print of your lease prior to renting with this company.Too many fees paid by the tenant that should be covered by the landlord. I lived in this house for 2 years and they are charging me for regular wear and tear such as crayon on a wall when the wall should be repainted for the next tenant anyway. They claimed I had a clogged sink which was not the case and I regularly reported maintenance issues and charges were equal to $345. Also, prior to leaving the residence they REQUIRE the tenant to do a professional cleaning, the house was spotless minus a small area of crayon and a few small holes for TV mounting. Not $345 worth of damage. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Was okay, until I decided that I wanted to move. Requested to not have my lease renewed 3 months ahead of lease end date, but made the mistake of doing it over the phone. My lease was renewed and so I put in a 60-day notice to vacate through my tenant portal. 60 days later I was still being charged rent for a place that I didn't live and was paying. Was informed that my notice to vacate was not valid because it says in the lease that it has to be done through certified mail. Sent certified mail. Called to confirm that it was received. At the end, I was charged for the remaining 8 months on my lease, plus for damages that simply did not exist. Charged for new carpet that I did not damage or soil. Was charged to have the place repainted, even though there was no damage or scuff marks. Over 10k for a 360 sq foot unit listed as 600 sq ft. Grifters that count on people not knowing rights or showing up to defend themselves against bogus charges.

Negative experience: I just received my decision letter. And I was denied because of my credit history. I am not trying to buy the house , the house is for rent. I make a significant amount of money to pay rent and utilities. They ran my credit and I was denied base of There Is A Bankruptcy On Your Credit Report CONTRIBUTING FACTOR 2 Lack Of Sufficient Credit History CONTRIBUTING FACTOR 3 You Have Too Many Inquiries On Your Credit Report CONTRIBUTING FACTOR 4 Too Many Bank Card Or Other Revolving Accounts Were Opened Recently these things should have no factor on if you can pay rent and utilities.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Premier Property Management for many years. They have always acted with my best interests in mind. Rentals in Baltimore can be a challenge and they have the experience to know how to handle any circumstance. They communicate effectively and provide timely feedback regarding expenses/income, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for property management services. Update in June 2025: Premier helped me with an eviction and subsequent clean out and securing of my property until it was sold. I really can't emphasize how great they are to work with. As an absentee landlord I could always trust them to do exactly what I would do if I was there.

The process is very fast and efficient.If something needed to be repaired or I had a concern the staff was on it same day. Periodically the office would call to see how things are going and to see if I have any concerns. Since my stay and service has been well maintained I decided to stay longer. Negative experience: I don’t rent from this place but when calling it is not very pleasant. Who answers the phone is not friendly at all. It sure does not make you want to rent from them.

Fantastic experience: So... I began my journey as a tenant with Premier two years ago to today... Its unfortunate how low customer service has fallen from priority... However, my experience with PPM has been quite contrary... Although they are as professional as can be, I feel like I'm amongst family with every interaction... The discriptions and photos are spot on, the properties are well maintained and inquiries are responded to and resolved promptly... I am quite satisfied as a tenant... As long as I am renting, I will continue to do so with PPM... Thank you to everyone in the office and in the field!!!

Positive experience: I submitted an application before applying I informed the receptionist that my credit was not good and I specifically asked her is there a chance of being denied due to poor credit. I informed her I had excellent rental history but again bad credit. She explained that my credit wouldn’t be an issue. I immediately received a denial after submission of my application due to credit. I was mislead and I felt cheated. I would’ve avoided applying if I was made aware of credit hindering my opportunity to being approved. I feel that most rental companies are scams

Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional property management company that I’ve ever dealt with! I’m convinced that they are just taking peoples money (APPLICATION FEE) it’s been over 2 weeks and no one has contacted me or the other applicant. We’ve called and have been told that our application is being viewed and that someone would be giving us a call and NOTHING has happened until today. We were informed that we have been denied but with no explanation as of WHY. Myself and the other applicant both have credit scores over 680, and when they did the background check nothing was flagged. The property that we were interested in has been on the market for over 2 months now , and I can only imagine why! This company is a scam and a waste of time . You can also check out their YouTube page and see that their other rental properties have just been waiting in limbo as well! So you mean to tell me in the past 2 months of this property being available No Applicant has been approved! This has scam written all over it! I should have checked the reviews before applying. I wonder how many people have paid application fees for this same property! This is terrible !

Positive experience: Staff is very pleasant, needs has always been meant for any type of maintenance issues. Very reliable staff that go above and beyond.
Fantastic experience: Mrs. Dinkins was an absolutely joy to work with! She made the lease signing process fun, engaging and informative (which, I've lived many places and have never had that experience). I truly enjoyed working with PPMI and would encourage others to do the same. The attention to detail and customer service has been outstanding!
Negative experience: I paid my application fee for husband and me ($40each). Suppose to take 3-5 business days for application process. Still have not heard back from company for house rental. After several follow up calls I made yo check on status, I only got “Mr Barnett will call you back”, still nothing. Its been 2-3 weeks.Honestly I think they are just fake rentals or taking peoples application money. Disappointing and unprofessional.
Good evening I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. I would like to take this time to apologize to you for that experience. We had a tone of applications that came in on the property you applied for. We do the best we can on processing all the applications in a timely manner. So times we do get a little backed up. The reason it gets backed up is we also don't make the final decision on applications. We have to forward applications for approval. So if we get 6 applications that mean we have to process them and then send them off to someone to approve. I will contact you tomorrow.
Negative experience: They don't no what they doing . And u did have a tent name alechia foster .you do realize that I have all the emails .and the email stating that u are not managing my property anymore..
Fantastic experience: Premier Property Management worked every day with responsibility and knowhow. I will definitely recommend Premier as a PM in Baltimore, they know the market and all the team is compromise with the client. Team work is the base to make the owners happy.
