Fantastic experience: Tom Atwood is a beast!!!! He came to my property with his books, notebooks and different items to put on a beautiful presentation. My property had some challenges and Tom was just so understanding. He's honest, patient and professional. Everyone on his team responds and reaches out to you all the time and are very professional. So a dear friend of mine whom I trust wholeheartedly introduced me to tom and Phil with the Atwood team at Keller Williams. It was an automatic comfort level. They kicked into gear setting up several open houses generating an enormous amount of leads and business. My neighbors were commenting on how many buyers we had visiting my property. It was not even a full week later did we receive two lucrative offers. After some guided direction I decided on an offer and closed less than 2 weeks later. The process was absolutely seamless and professional. I would highly recommend tom, Phil and their entire team for a flawless home selling experience. They truly went above & beyond for my transaction.

Fantastic experience: These guys/gals were awesome. Looked at one property and lost out on it, then found Tom. He stated "I would have got that house for you." I've known Tom since high school, so I trusted him. Found another property and he did a walk through for us, as we were out of town. He did a Facetime with us and we gave him the go ahead. He put together our offer and a couple of days later he called to tell us we got the house. I guess he was right! He handled the sale of our house also. Other than the Government shutdown happening 2 days before closing, everything went smoothly. His team always kept us informed on the process. Tom always answered calls or text in a timely fashion. They took the time to explain things in normal language, not 'realestate-eese". The process can be stressful and they took some of the stress out of the process. Fantastic experience: The Atwood Team is on the ball and they are the ones you want working on your sale or purchase. Tom handled the sale of our condo and Mary handled the hunt for another place, but they were obviously in tune with the status of either place because I could talk to either of them on each. They have an entire team that takes care of the specialty areas in the business side of real estate so things happen pretty efficiently. Tom is very good at handling sensitive interactions with finicky buyers, and Mary is always on top of every little detail and will take action on your behalf. When I described what we had in mind in a new place, Tom really had a handle on what we were looking for right from the start and related that understanding to Mary very well. The entire Atwood team did a fantastic job of co-coordinating 2 settlements in one day all the while working with the lender and the other buyer and seller.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience purchasing a home with Phillip. For a few reasons, we had to purchase our home remotely. Phillip was very helpful by going to open houses with a close friend of ours and doing FaceTime tours. Some of the best help we got from Phillip was actually a few weeks after moving in. The air conditioning didn't work when we turned it on for the first time over the summer even though it was only 2 years old. We weren't able to get help from the seller unfortunately, but Phillip referred us to his local family-run HVAC company and helped to offset the cost. We are thankful we had Phillip on our side and quickly got our air conditioning working! If you are looking for a realtor in the Baltimore/Annapolis area, the Atwood team is a great choice. The people on their team were great to work with through the entire process.
