Fantastic experience: Frances is amazing! The whole process was great & I would highly recommend anyone to this company!

Negative experience: I communicated with Fran and Carla throughout the entire process. Carlas communication was long and drawn out. She didn’t return calls in a timely manner. You will have to jump through hoops to complete the application process. Do not recommend this company for serious renters.

Fantastic experience: I been in my new for about 3 weeks the people in the office from Ms. Frances, Reese on down are really nice and really care for there tenants. I put in a work order was always on time to fix or resolve any issue not moving out of my home anytime soon.

Negative experience: They have you set a tour that is so far out even though the home is supposedly available for immediate move in. Then cancel your tour. No real opportunity to see anything without renting site unseen.

Negative experience: Sent a Lego with an advertisement letter in an envelope resulting a nearly $8 USPS fee I had to pay. The ad states "You're holding a LEGO block for a reason. If you've ever stepped on one of these in bare feet, one tiny piece in the wrong place can hurt". WELL OBVIOUSLY... I was unsure what was being sent to me so I paid the $8 USPS postage fee only for it to be junk mail sent by this company. It did not contain a return address, so I was burdened to pay the USPS postage fee. Absolutely outrageous to be sending unsuspecting people these and having them pay nearly $8 for USPS postage...

Fantastic experience: Heater didn't decided not to work on Thanksgiving day. They brought space heaters within a very short time, which worked better than I originally thought they would, and they had the issue resolved with the heater within a few days of the problem occurring. You had me worried when you closed out the ticket after bringing the space heaters, I didn't see the cloned ticket until Later. But thank you all for your timely response to the issue.

Fantastic experience: Working with OKC Home Realty Services was the best choice I made this year. I was losing money trying to manage rental homes by myself, and the sense of relief I experienced when handing leases over to them is a feeling I won't soon forget. They have the staff and connections to maintain rentals and find good homes for qualified renters.

Fantastic experience: They got us in quick and easy. Just know the rent price isn't the total. Other expenses are added to the monthly amount. But I would definitely recommend them when looking for a house. So I give them 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Technician did a wonderful job repairing damaged fence and gate. Replaced support post that supports gate securely. Reattached gate to support post and aligned gate to locking mechanism perfectly! Everything works better than ever.

Fantastic experience: Owners here! This property management company is the BEST one in Oklahoma City! We've gone through MULTIPLE management companies here in OKC and quickly fired them all due to laziness, not holding renters accountable when damages are made to the properties, failure to communicate promptly with the owners, and when concerns are raised regarding lack of communication or half-done work, the companies got defensive and denied any wrong doing. That is NOT the case with this company. OKC Home Realty Services are awesome! Scott owns and oversees execution of the management company and ensures his employees are communicating WELL and PROMPTLY with the owners. I have to give an HUGE shout out to Frances. Over the years we have had work orders put in by tenants from minor issues to emergency/after hours type. Frances has done an amazing job with communicating with us quickly and coordinating everything to get the issues resolved. We could not be more grateful. They are a well oiled machine and we would recommend them to anyone!

The team at OKC Home Realty Services continues to impress and keep the bar high, especially Francis. She is really good about not contacting us regarding little things, but making sure to call about important things. She even gives suggestions if I'm unsure what to do as a property owner. She is very quick with responding and always cheerful to talk to. I will continue to use this company for management until/if I ever sell! Old review: I've used their service for multiple years and they have done phenomenally. They've set the bar high for property managers and I wish they had multiple locations so that whenever I buy a house in a different state they could manage it too. I like how they call beforehand to see if I approve fixes/updates to the house. They keep me well informed. I've had the luxury of being a landlord and not having to give my place a second thought because of these guys. That's what you want.

Fantastic experience: Moving is never easy but they truly minimized the stress. Application process is easy, quick and can all be done online. My property manager, Frances, is amazing and went out of her way to process my application quickly, as I was moving due to safety hazards in my old house. With their app, you can conveniently pay your rent and request maintenance repairs. They have a renters benefit package that comes with what could be called a concierge service to get you settled and helps you transfer utilities. They actually saved me $50 a month for my internet from the same service provider. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just got married and we were looking for a home to rent until we are able to build for a couple of years. OKC HOME REALTY was absolutely amazing. Francis was so kind and answering all of our questions and everything was done and such a timely fashion. We absolutely love our home and even meet our landlord, and he was sweet as can be, and made us feel comfortable in knowing that if there was anything we needed, they would take care of us.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with OKC Home Realty Services Management for about 2 years now as a landlord. They are always very prompt with their communications and keep me apprised about everything going on with my properties. They provide tenants with easy ways to pay their rent and advise of work that needs to be done to the property. They are very good about showing the properties when they become vacant to prospective new tenants. They keep me informed about work being done to the properties and they work with very qualified and professional contractors who do not over charge for their work. I am very happy with my choice of property management companies and highly recommend their services, whether you are a prospective tenant or landlord!

Negative experience: Be careful when applying thru this company. They are the only property company that I know of that looks at net pay not gross. And they don’t seem to care about job history and good references just credit history. The property I was interested in has been vacant since around April and it seems like they find reasons not to approve people, or expect you to make $120,000 for a rent house that is 25 years old.

Negative experience: From the long application process to the house not being fixed up before move in. This company does the bare minimum. They will not do anything and they don't communicate with each other. Application was only 25 but I understand why, they call your information provided once and if they don't answer, that's to bad. They just state that they could not verify. When you speak with anyone they are in a hurry to get off the phone.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE OKC home realty services. They screwed us out of money and wouldn't even explain why they denied us. We all have good credit and make more than enough money to cover the cost of expenses. There is absolutely no reason we should have been denied yet here we are!

Negative experience: Roaches & Cat Urine! I find this company to be very unprofessional. I scheduled a showing to look at a rental on 63rd st and the lady working for them met me on a Saturday. She was very kind and it's the the only reason I give this company 2 stars instead of 1. When I showed the unit I opened the kitchen cabinet there was 3 dead German Cockroaches and one one the counter top. This place obviously had a roach infestation. I then went upstairs and it smelled of cat urine. The previous tenant obviously had a cat that urinated on the carpet. This obviously shows this management company does not care about their tenants or employees because they wasted our time. My time is valuable so it's very dissapointing when someone waste it. I truly hope the employee can find a better company to work for because she seems like an asset. I would stay far away from renting from this company.

While walking though a potential unit I noticed a few maintenance issues and pointed them out and they fixed them immediately. Although we didn't go with the rental we had a good experience.

Fantastic experience: With all the scams on Zillow & various other sites, I was very skeptical moving forward with this agency. However, I have nothing but positivity to share. I have had no problems regarding communication. Any messages or emails I left were answered within 24 hours. Reece has been amazing this whole process and I have been recommending him to everyone I know!! I’ve spoken to Frances a few times and although she seems like a very busy lady, she is very courteous and kind. I adore my home, and I truly thank God for the smooth transition & pray that it is only smooth sailing from here while in the property.

Negative experience: I feel like everyone that left 5 stars is lying. I am in the application process and it has been hell since the beginning I have yet to get from anyone after viewing the house. When I went to view the house it was still under construction smelled like paint and plywood (if that’s your thing cool) but not so much for me as I brought my two young children with me. I was sent the wrong paperwork at least three times and they canceled the viewing as I was there waiting for someone to show the house which was a huge inconvenience. So I went and got my kids from daycare and came back for the second viewing that they scheduled me for and tried to cancel again. The maintenance guy who showed the house (not even the lady that was supposed to because she stayed in her car on the phone) was rude as hell wouldn’t say two words to myself or my children when we had questions about the house. Then when I responded to Scott to see if I was “approved” no response from anyone! But the lady that didn’t show the house that was supposed to show the house! It’s been a month and I still don’t even know if my application was approved. A waste of $25 that this newly divorced single mom could’ve used to apply somewhere else with people who would at least respond and handle things in a professional manner. Update: I finally heard back from Scott after posting my review and he wanted to let me know that this isn’t the way to go during approval process and that the inconveniences I experienced were a figment of my imagination and that this review is unfair and that they won’t be moving forward with my application. I feel like it’s gas lighting to tell me my experience was not what it was especially if you weren’t present for the interaction. They treat people on sec 8 different and I don’t like it.
