They were very thorough with their explanation of everything, to where I had no questions at the end. They were both friendly and helpful making it a great experience! Fantastic experience: I moved into my beautiful property in October and it’s been a great experience I got into a little jam this month with rent because of a un expected car repair and reached out to Dara at luxe she was very understanding and non judgmental she gave me a few options to help me get it paid without having a late fee she has been professional since the day we signed our lease my property is well taken care of and I’m so glad I moved with luxe my credit wasn’t very good when I applied and they worked around this also so all and all the experience with them has just been awesome I just wanna say thank you to Dara and the rest of the wonderful staff at luxe merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all

Negative experience: The reason I could not give this company a higher rating is because we left on a bad note. We rented from them for a year, and upon move-out were very thorough in the way we brought the place back to its original condition-we purchased new lightbulbs, paint, etc. and cleaned the house top to bottom. We emailed them to ask for a more extensive move-out checklist, asking for them to provide us with everything we needed to do to receive our full deposit back, and they did. We scoured the lease and did everything it required of move-out. After all of this, they still kept almost $500 of our deposit, citing the most minuscule things that had to be fixed. Some examples are cleaning the outdoor light cover, taking down a wasp nest, and replacing light bulbs that we had just replaced. When we tried to contest these charges, which were also very high for the small chores that were being done (we could have done those things for free), they claimed that since the lease lists move-out requirements and then says “including, but not limited to,” they can charge us for other things like that. But the lease also says “natural wear and tear expected”, so technically the owner should take care of those small things. For anyone renting with Luxe currently, I wouldn’t bother filling in nail holes and repainting! Every room seemed to be a different shade of the same color, so even when we paint matched from one room, it showed up wrong in another room. Also, they’ll still probably charge you for it in your deposit, so it may be best to just leave it all for them to do anyways and not waste the cash. All in all, during our stay, they were not difficult to work with and were relatively friendly, and we enjoyed the house we stayed in. We felt like we were fantastic tenants that any rental company would be appreciative of, and yet still left with only 2/3 of our deposit. We just hope everyone reads this before putting a deposit down, so that people know to expect to be kind of cheated out of their deposit return. Of course this is what most rental companies do, but it was a very frustrating end to our stay with Luxe. **updated edit 4 months later: we just drove past our old townhome and noticed that the weather stripping we were charged for, unfairly, 6 months ago, was still not fixed. (This shouldn’t have been a charge in the first place as it was “natural wear and tear” and I’m sure if we called maintenance to come fix it while we lived there, they would have.) It is very disappointing to know that the money we were cheated out of is not even going to what they say it is. Also, in response to Luxe’s response to this review, how could they say we left it in great condition and then find $500 of damages to charge us? Something for potential lessees to consider!

Fantastic experience: I moved into their property in July and had a great experience. I love the portal app they use to pay rent and/or submit maintenance orders. Most importantly I’m loving the property I rent. Through the whole process the communication with the office has been great.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I relocated from big city Chicago to Oklahoma City, and I was wary about what to expect because of being in a new place. The team we worked with at Luxe property management made the process so easy, they communicate well, are quick to respond, and they are SO kind. We worked directly with Chasity and Angela to get the process started and to get our lease signed, and they walked us through everything with patience. I personally want to shout out Hope and Dara, because we had some issues getting our electricity on and started up and while Chasity was out sick, and Angela was giving property tours, these two women swooped in and covered everything getting the process sorted out in record timing. They made sure that our concerns were taken care of immediately and it was so clear the team communicates with one another on issues that arise to give their tenants the best. What a fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience: I recommend leasing through Luxe. I renewed my yearly lease because I have had a positive experience with them. Dara is usually whom I send communications through and she is helpful, has good communication, and professional. In fact, she helped me today with getting a request and problem resolved.

Negative experience: Working with this leasing company has been incredibly frustrating. They rarely reply to emails or texts, so I’ve had to call multiple times just to get the simplest things handled. The person supposedly in charge of my account was never available, and if it weren’t for other staff stepping in, nothing would have gotten done. When I signed my lease online it said rent was $1,545 a month. The agent helping me said in her end it was actually $1,595. Thankfully though they honored the price online. Little things like that have made me not thrilled to be renting through them. The worst part has been maintenance. It took days for them to even acknowledge my request, and because of their delay, the problem has now gotten much worse. I’ve already called twice asking them to actually fix it, but I’m still waiting. The lack of communication and urgency is really disappointing, and I would not recommend renting through them.

Fantastic experience: I have had such a pleasant experience with Luxe. Dara has been such a joy and is always willing to help, she’s very communicative and responsive. This is by far the best management company I have had the pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: Not only have we lived here for over a year with zero complaints, but just today we had an AC issue. I have NEVER had a maintenance team show up this fast to fix the problem. Very happy to live in a place managed by Luxe!

It was application after application to so many companies. This company didn’t see us just for our credit score and for that it has changed our lives. We are so thankful for them both, Luxe, and that God opened this door for us!

Hope is who I primarily communicated with, she is one of the most sweet, professional & thorough property managers. Even when my lease was up, Hope handled business! I never had any issues, maybe one serious maintenance and they handled it properly. I’ve also spoken to the owner Crystal and other members Jewel and Dara. They have an amazing professional team, and I’m thankful I was able to do business with them. Their office is beautiful and well kept. Fantastic experience: I would like to write a review on how wonderful this company is. Dara and Chasity went out of their way to help my parents move into one story. My mother’s health was declining and she was no longer able to do the stairs in her current home and they worked fast and diligently to help my elderly parents find a nice, duplex that would fit their needs but still be close to my home. I really appreciate the care and empathy that they took in helping my elderly parents find some thing that would be safe and comfortable for them to live in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the people that work there they truly care about their residence and make you feel like family.

Fantastic experience: Have to start by giving Audrey the BIGGEST shoutout, she made sure my family and I got in our home with our insane timeline. She also on a Friday evening was willing to stay 30 minutes late so we could get our keys but I didn’t just make her stay 30 minutes traffic put me at the office a HOUR later than I said I would be. If it weren’t for her hard work and her willingness to put us before her Friday evening we would have been screwed. She made the whole start to finish process the easiest it has ever been!! Fantastic experience: Me and my husband have been tenants in a rental property managed by Luxe for the last 2 years and have had a fantastic experience. Maintenance requests were very quickly addressed by Dara and a maintenance person was quickly dispatched. We were always given plenty of notice if the rental property needed to be entered for any reason. The online platform used to pay rent, view the lease and make maintenance requests was easy to use. I would highly recommend any property managed by Luxe to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been waiting since March for follow up maintenance. The guy said they would be back in a week. It's now July 4. Four weeks ago, I decided that maybe if I asked for one thing to be fixed at a time I would have better luck. I asked that my glass door be replaced. I got a text that it was ordered and would be here in a week. I still haven't heard & maintenance won't answer my texts. Many other condos lost their doors in the high winds and they were ordered and placed on in a week. We have an. HOA & all doors have to be the same, so this being one of three maintenance issues I'm dealing with, I'm not having high hopes here.

We reached out to them and from the start they were very helpful and informative about how to apply and be accepted for a house that best suited us. Dara was who specifically helped us, she gave us more than the needed information, (which was great because we were new to renting as we are college students) answered all phone calls, text and questions very quickly and throughly, and scheduled multiple in person meetings.
