On short notice Mark spent several hours with us on a Saturday. We were interested in looking in Mustang and Yukon. While showing us around, he told us about the area and what makes each town special and unique. After finding out our preferences, he added a few homes in Piedmont to our list, which we hadn’t considered. We ended up loving Piedmont! In Real Estate there are always going to be up and downs and at times the process can feel so overwhelming that you get discouraged. That was not the case with this team. Judy Olsen was my advocate through and through before during and even after the closing. Multiple issues presented themselves throughout and she navigated us through every single one. Fantastic experience: The best experience during a real estate transaction I have ever had. Judy Olson, my Agent, guided me through the entire process, to include the removal of items and a detailed explanation of where we were at during the entire process in which a conference call with Becky Ivins took place. They explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. My house went on the market on a Tuesday and the response by Wednesday was significant with many offers. I have another property that will be need to be sold at end of year/early the following year and I will definitely be utilizing Becky Ivins Movers Real Estate for ALL my needs. I rarely post reviews but felt compelled to share that I highly recommend this company.

Negative experience: Not too impressed… We were looking for a trusted source, a realtor, we could continue to use. We were first time, homebuyers, and so excited to purchase our first home. The realtor wasn’t excited at all… And it really brought down the value of the experience. And it did not seem like she was on our side, we wanted to make a lower offer, and she was very reluctant to do that she was not thrilled at all… And they ended up excepting the lower offer! We personally will not be recommending them, or using them again.

Fantastic experience: Professional and quick. I took advantage of the services offered by Movers Real Estate and their partners to sell my home and move me to an apartment. Ms. Olson had contacts with all the service providers I needed to make this happen and connected me with their partner Clutter Free to get everything done. My only suggestion is to do your own research before accepting the service provider suggestions. I had a less than positive experience with one of the providers not associated with Movers Real Estate, but on the whole, everything worked out great.

Negative experience: Becky Ivins wanted me to undersell my house by $15K from what I told them I wanted to sell MY house for. Obviously to make a quick sale. I dont' care about a quick sale. I wanted what I (the customer) told them. I told them there was no way I was going that low and said goodbye. I sold my house 2 months later for 10K above posting price (this was in 2015). Then they continue to messaged me. (my hose is sold and I live in Texas) They still messaged me more. Now it's 2023, I live in Utah and they are STILL messaging me. Take a hint. I don't work with greed. I will not ever use you as a company or recommend you. TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL & EMAIL LIST.

I currently live in Texas and was wanting to purchase a second home in Oklahoma City after visiting and falling in love with the city! That condo, unfortunately fell through due to HOA issues, but Blake and Becky were so kind and had many conversations with me throughout the process.
