Negative experience: They sold my husband a house on a VA home loan they did a lot of shady undermining things to us during the home buying process including selling my husband who's an honorable discharged veteran with 5 children who are disabled children... The home was a section 8 house previously they didn't disclose to us the full condition of the home there were two inspectors that went through the home a regular inspector was hired the first time and then a VA inspector the rules state it has to be considered safe to move in upon moving in and getting out of the U haul that we had rented through Penske the 1204 SW 72nd St, Oklahoma City Oklahoma 73139 home had visible live cockroaches present an wondering around outside the home when entering the home there where cockroaches everywhere that were alive and visible with a naked eye there was no way they didn't know about the cockroaches this is illegal to sell a home in this condition, broken bathroom pipes in the upstairs bathroom that poured water down stairs causing damage to the ceiling below in the down stairs bathroom! Which was also never disclosed to us. As well as poor insulation problems causing heating and cooling issues in the home increasing are electric bill to be substantially higher then the average electric bill in our area $260.00 each month since we moved in July 3rd 2025! And the kitchen sink leaks we were not made aware of this either, mice problems,black mold in the bathroom downstairs under the sink growing we were not told about this either. Structure and foundation problems large crack from the garage doors all the way to the back of the garage to the electrical outlet box! Lower doors not properly fitted to the frame work also causing insulation problems! Broken dishwasher which was an appliance that came with the home we where not made aware that it was broken. Garbage all over the yard when we arrived at the property including broken glass and an old satellite dish and a huge pile of rocks and dirt mixed with ripped up trash bags inside of the pile of rocks and dirt and chicken wire, possible electric problems lights flicker all the time, HVAC System went out we had to have an agency come fix it happened during the heavy winter storm that went by the night of the storm! They didn't clean the air duct filled with debris and dust risk of house fires smoke detectors dying shortly after we moved in as well they were supposed to be good for 10 years but they were already at their 10 year limit. Possible termite problems weak floors upstairs they buckle and creak a lot every where you step upstairs, some lose stair well steps and railings. This was supposed to be a happy moment for us purchasing this house was a nightmare for my husband he has been extremely depressed and lost this has also set us back financially do to trying to pay for treatment to get rid of the mice and the cockroaches as well and because we can't afford a professional we have been buying store bought stuff and it still isn't getting rid of the problem our youngest one is Autistic level 3 he is 2 years old why does my children have to live in these conditions we have never had cockroache problems in our entire life or mice problems this is unacceptable and illegal on so many levels and we could see all these problems with a plan eye open like no furniture was in the way no objects were in the way obstructing their view so the realtor office and works working on this had to have known about these problems and on top of that there was two inspectors inside that home! The value of this home was not worth what we are being charged for it and our mortgage should have never have been so high on top of everything else! I have wrote them about this problem and made other agencies aware as well and they haven't tried to fix it with us either our tried making it right with my husband we are getting legal aid involved we have pictures and emails as well as information of us showing us reporting this in real time to other agencies! Now we are being and in default because of all this!

Negative experience: I didn’t commit fraud. Everybody involved was upset that closing didn’t happen. Everybody spent too much money as well. From what you’ve told me, the problem was not me or the seller but with Jonathan and maybe Raul. We tried to do everything to make closing happen. I sent to Maurillo the phone number of Jonathan’s broker so he can talk to her. Tara Levinson is her name. Hopefully she can give you some help. Terrible job. You don't have good employees, and you keep people's money. I hope my money helps you.

Fantastic experience: As far as I am concerned the entire Levinson team is TOP NOTCH. When I reached out to Nikki I was in the middle of running an in-home daycare as well as newly processing a marital separation. Nikki came in with such tenderness and grace, navigating all of the toddlers interrupting and baby feedings. She was able to navigate the tenderness in the conversation surrounding my separation providing me with a list of resources and asked the right questions to allow me to think about all of the steps in front of me. She helped me to figure out where I would move to and what my timeline would look like. She quickly got me in touch with her partner Nathan who came in and provided such confidence and willingness to work with my situation. He did not make me feel bad about all of the little unfinished projects we had around the house as novice DIYers. We were able to come up with a short list of things that needed to be completed to pass inspections, and things that would translate better to the buyers if we were able to accomplish them. Again, with no pressure, offering a trusted contractor to assist with anything we simply could not or did not want to take care of ourselves. Our house was on the market for FOUR DAYS and we were in a multiple offer contract. I truly believe that is solely because of the advice we received from Nathan. Even with navigating an in-home daycare and showings...FOUR DAYS. Nathan was even able to help me get into a rental with the proceeds from the sale of the home. He and Renata went above and beyond to make sure the funds would go directly to the rental company and my move in date lined up with my closing date. Once we were under contract I was put in touch with Renata who helped navigate all of the inspections, appraisal, title closing, etc. She was so easy to communicate with as well. I will admit I have an aversion to talking on the phone being the millenial I am and she was quick to text over anything important and needing my attention without even asking. When an inspector showed up unannounced she was quick to answer and reassure me that he was indeed supposed to be there and that he did not need anything from me, nor access to the house. The entire process of selling my family home was so seamless I truly cannot thank Levinson enough for their kindness and careful attention to my situation. Their kindness and attention to detail did not only help me sell my home but they also helped get me and my kids set up for our new future. They could have easily JUST sold my home but they took it one step further every time and for that I am forever grateful.

Negative experience: Never met us to show us a house. Husband called and she never returned call. Edit: My husband called the Agency direct and said he spoke with Tara and she was supposed to meet us at 6:30 that evening and never showed. He called again and left a message and we waited for another 30 minutes. This was last week Monday.

Fantastic experience: I can't put into words the gratitude I feel. My mother passed away just 2 months ago 11/30/23 and selling the house her and my father built and raised my brother and I in, at times has been emotional. Plus there are have been a few hiccups during my stride and I completely gave up, but then NATHAN called, showed up, sent a photographer for aerial and virtual photos, all within a few days. And told me not to worry about the hiccups, that his people will handle it and advice me when needed. It hasn't even been a week since our meeting and he did everything he said he would including helping my daughter find an agent that is actually showing her houses this weekend. All within ONE WEEK! Negative experience: I live next door to a house that they have been renovating for 2.5 years. Their workers are constantly rude and inconsiderate. They block our driveway, use our property for their equipment, come over asking for water and to use our restroom, etc. Plus, all the noise that comes along with construction. I didn't know it took YEARS to convert a historic 1940s bungalow to a basic HGTV farmhouse.

Cole gave us awesome advice on many different occasions. He was proactive and helped us get the home that we truly love. Fantastic experience: The entire Levinson real estate team did an amazing job helping us every step of the way towards buying our new home. Josh Cole, part of the realtor team, was invaluable in assisting us in finding the perfect home walking through every step in making an offer, getting the paperwork situated, and figuring out closing costs. He was available night and day and we never had to wait more than about 10 minutes to hear back from him about any situation or question. Him along with our closing coordinator Emily Barry ensured the absolute least amount of headache as possible throughout the entire process. Without them I know we’d still be searching for our home.

Fantastic experience: First off I'm so glad I found Tiara and I absolutely don't even know where to start or even how to write a review to showcase how AWESOME she is. I was in the search for more investment properties to add to my portfolio. I was looking for a long and short term investment so I was not a easy client from the start. Tiara listened to what I was looking for and helped me with specific areas I was not sure about. I had so many questions along the way she always answered them even if I text her late at night. Tiara not only found me one, but we found 2 properties in the investment areas I was looking for. Purchasing any home can be stressful and hard as you have a lot going on with inspections, back and forth with the seller etc.... So I was purchasing not 1, but 2 properties that we found at the same time. I work nights and sleep during the day, so don't have normal people hours:). Tiara and the whole team had to deal with my crazy hours through all of this down to closing. I emailed and text late and she always responded quick. Even when I text her late on a weekend night I found a property I was interested in she didn't wait until the next day to respond or give me the info I wanted on it she gave it to me right then. She definitely accommodated me and my crazy hours. Through both deals Tiara and her whole team down to my closing coordinator Emily made it quick and easy. I even switched lenders while both properties were under contract at the same time ( you can now say hard client) lol. One property I didn't think I was going to get the seller was firm on the price, but somehow Tiara did it. The other property was deciding between mine and another offer. We changed my offer and the seller accepted it. In the end we finally got both properties for what I was asking for. Tiara is a closing QUEEN! As difficult as my situation was the whole team handled it well and I couldn't be more appreciative. Even down to my last day prior to close I had to work back to back nights while trying to do my close at the same time on the properties. I was not going to be able to do a final walk through on either one due to my schedule and doing the closing. Tiara offered to do it for me. I was so grateful, this definitely gave me piece of mind prior to me closing. I will always use her for all my future endeavors and you should too!

Fantastic experience: We moved to Oklahoma from California and relied 100% on Kaylee’s expertise of the area, neighborhoods and subdivisions. Buying a home via online photos is difficult but Kaylee made it so much easier by touring the homes via FaceTime and providing honest feedback. What could have been a difficult purchase was made very easy by Kaylee and her closing coordinator at Levinson Real Estate. Fantastic experience: Tiara (an agent at this company) is my buyer's agent for my real estate company. She is one of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with. She is hyper-responsive and punctual. She has been my agent on multiple property purchases and has always been as accommodating as possible. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were first-time homebuyers going into this process. We had no idea what we were doing at all and every agent we met was very pushy and aggressive which made us highly consider waiting longer to look into buying a home. This was until we met Noah. Noah was extremely flexible, patient, and professional with both of us. We never felt pressured into buying a home with him, he always made sure we had all our questions answered as well. His wife Kaylee also helped us in our search a couple of times and she was just as great. Most of our showings were very late in the evening and Noah never once complained or suggested an earlier time, he continued to impress us in our home search. He was out of the country for a few weeks and still a managed to get us into homes we wanted to see. This guy was all the way in Italy and was still taking the time to make sure we were taken care of. We met Ashton and Shane while Noah was out of town and they were both amazing to work with as well. At one point, we thought we wanted a home but ended up backing out, Noah was very professional and patient with us even after we got cold feet. Coming from out of state there was a lot of stress surrounding finding a house and getting all our inspections done. Fantastic experience: Searching for homes is a daunting process, especially from another state; feeling overwhelmed and unsure about the whole transition until we found Ron Thompson from the Levinson Group! Ron made every step of the process effortless from the initial emails to closing. Ron and his closing coordinator Emily are a great team and asset to this group! All I can say is Thank you Ron for helping us find our beautiful home and everything you did to make it possible!

Negative experience: If I could give lower then one star, I would. We moved from Colorado to Edmond and unfortunately had to work with Tara and her team. They are absolutely unprofessional in every sense of the word. They always waited to the last second for deadlines and extended one deadline in particular up until 3 days before we were supposed to move in. The deal almost didn’t go through. Tara doesn’t care about every buyer. She has her little minions that do the work for her and there is a lack of communication between them. Finally, the listing agent didn’t even drop our keys or garage door opener off at the title company. The way they try and defend themselves in these 1 star reviews just goes to show you how out of touch they are. Why try to defend yourself? Why don’t you just apologize and admit your shortcomings?

Fantastic experience: Just bought my first house and I could not recommend Levinson Real Estate any more. Shay Mechling was amazing and will go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want. I was shocked daily by her drive and the heart she puts into her work. There was great communication throughout the entire process and all my questions were answered. Our transaction coordinator Emily also made sure we had everything we needed to close by each deadline.

Fantastic experience: I had an interstate move to make toward the end of the pandemic, and honestly couldn't imagine things going better than they did with the team here. I was able to get a huge amount done remotely with ease (I'm also on a night schedule, and had a time difference during the house hunt), even at odd hours or with overnight replies from me. I honestly can't think of any questions they couldn't answer, and felt like everything pretty much went exactly as I needed it to for a good resolution (answers to questions, tours, and any sort of appointment was incredibly quick through them, and went smoothly at all stages). Could not be happier, and honestly think that this is probably the easiest time I've heard of anyone having when buying a first house.

Fantastic experience: Madi Martin was the best realtor ever! She always answered every calls and text so promptly. Any time we would call for a house she was there with little to no notice. Buying a home is so difficult and stressful for most but Madi took those words right out of it. She made sure we felt comfortable with our decision and also gave us a wealth of knowledge being first time home buyers. I would not have wanted to buy a house with any other agent. She’s the best of the best! You will not regret working with her!! She’s number 1!

Fantastic experience: We had Cameron Burke for our realtor and he was incredible! As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were very unknowable about the market and the process of buying a house. Cameron was super flexible with us and our schedule, walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions multiple times over. He even personally helped the seller bring back some appliances they forgot to leave us and moved them and hooked them up. He made sure to communicate everything with the sellers for us and working with him was the easiest part of buying our house. Shane Helterbrand was always available for showings and guidance. He was never pushy, and was always looking out for what was best for us. Fantastic experience: Our realtor was Kaylee Fairless and we highly recommend her! She helped connect us with an amazing lender that we got pre-approved for the amount we were hoping for. She promptly replied to our emails and was super patient with all of our millions of questions. Fantastic experience: Loved working with the Levinson Real Estate group!!! We accepted an offer on selling our home and also had our offer we put in on a new home accepted in the same weekend! Kat Thompson was our selling agent and she got us FIVE offers on our home and had a break down for each one. I am a visual person, so I loved all of the pie charts and easy comparison tools she had ready for us. Monty Peliti helped us get our offer accepted on a new home the same day! The market is crazy, so we lost a few offers we put in, but he was always ready with another amazing house to check out! We really believe we hit the jackpot with our home though :) The communications with both Kat and Monty was amazing. I was always texting them with crazy questions and they never missed a beat with a response. The Closing team was amazing as well! Renata Lair dealt with my obsessive questions about closing dates and did everything she could to help get us what we needed. Emily Barry helped with all of the closing shenanigans that I literally couldn't even explain if I tried. Title stuff and lender stuff, signing stuff appointments! :) Chad Black helped with our inspection, negotiating repairs, and home warranty options. This is my second time purchasing a home and it was by far a much better experience this time around!

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't be in the home I am now without Connor Norvell! I didn't think it was what I wanted and he encouraged me to go see it anyway, just to get an idea of what I did and didn't want. Once I got there, I fell in love. I've only been there for a week but I couldn't be happier and I owe so much to him. He worked so hard for about 4-5 months helping me find the perfect place to call home. I had him looking all over Oklahoma and he sent me new properties almost daily. Emily Barry was such a huge help too and I don't think this would have been possible without her! I had a very difficult time with the company that bought my house and Emily helped more than she probably knows. She also talked to me like I was her friend. She stressed and worked so hard as if she had known me personally for years. I honestly believe that Levinson has the best team around and they truly do care about what they do! I will forever be greatful to Connor and Emily and anyone else that may have been behind the scenes that I don't know about. I will ALWAYS refer him and the Levinson team, to anyone I know that is looking to sell or buy a home.

Negative experience: Requested a response on an offer multiple times and was told one would be provided and it was not. I doubt my offer was shown to the seller it is was above ask, close to the highest value the property would appraise for. After seeing this review Nathan Bowman requested it be taken down. If he would have be true to his word he would have responded as he said he would. This man has no scruples.

Fantastic experience: We contacted this company to assist us in building a house. We worked directly with Monty Peliti and he helped us research builders and tour model homes. Absolutely stellar agent. He was always timely with his responses, extremely willing to gather any information that I needed/wanted and went above and beyond multiple times. Monty regularly checked in with us and ensured we understood what the next steps were. We have lived in our house for 3 months now and he periodically checks in to ensure we are doing well and that there are no issues. The closing process was extremely smooth and all the employees I met were professional and friendly.

Communication throughout the whole process was top notch - from initially locating house to the final day of closing. We relocated from Texas so I cannot understate how much easier this made the whole process. Fantastic experience: Levinson realty took great care of my family when we needed to find a new home. We had special criteria to meet and our Realtor Chris Scully was amazing. It takes a whole team to put together a home purchase and each new member I met was Amazing at their part. Fantastic experience: We had the privilege of having Nathan Bollman as our rep from Levinson, he was extremely communicative with us, during his initial inspection, he gave us some really good advice on selling our home. I think if we went with someone else, we may not have gotten the price for our home in Mustang, OK that we did. Nathan arranged some contractors to fix a few things up for us at a reasonable price as well as in a timely manner. With his advice as well as a shoutout to Renata Lair for helping us with everything we sold our home really quick in 2021, even though we played phone tag for a bit which is perfectly fine as schedules sometimes conflict between all parties. They came to our home with a lot of papers and research on similar size homes what they sold for when they sold, a few of the other sellers came with items on a digital device, but having a copy my wife and I could look over after Nathan originally left really sealed the deal. I honestly can say, we would have made a lot more mistakes had Nathan not given us some good advice on our home. Fantastic experience: We used Levinson as a buyer and a seller in the craziness of spring 2021. I couldn't be happier with every member of the team. Kaylee Mason, our buyers realtor helped us through multiple offers and was always going above and beyond to get us into homes. She even got our cell phone back after we accidentally left it in a vacant home at 8pm. Our sellers agent Rhonda Ford was extremely helpful getting our house on the market and getting it sold quickly. She helped giving us pointers on things to stage the house as well as communicating about the multiple offers we received within 48 hours. Lastly Emily, the closing specialist. She jumped through hoops to get us to close on our purchase on time when problems came up, THANK YOU. Fantastic experience: Tiara was for the second time my buyer agent for investing properties in Oklahoma City neighborhood. Tiara is preffosional and very communicative, every question was answered precisely and quickly.
