Fantastic experience: The Bethany White Group (BWG) has been nothing short of spectacular. We are PCS-ing to Virginia Beach and of course, like all Military Relocations, there are a series of moving parts. Thankfully our wonderful Client Liaison, Julie, went out of her way to ensure thorough and timely communication every step of the way as she oversaw a slew of video tours. Going above and beyond to accommodate our time difference, and answering any additional questions we may have had. Our showing agent, Andi, is AMAZING. She provided us with clear, wonderful video tours, she took her time and left no stone unturned (both metaphorically and literally)! Once we finally found “the one”, we were introduced to Kristine, our Transaction Coordinator. Kristine is the epitome of hardworking. I truly cannot imagine this entire transition without Kristine. Fantastic experience: The experience with this group has been unbelievable so far. My wife and I had been dreaming of buying a bigger home for over 20 years and we had talked to numerous banks and other lenders only to get the "no we can't help you at this time" response. So once again my wife reached out to try a get someone to help us get some guidance on what items we needed to focus on in preparation to buy a bigger home in 2026 and she happend to find the Bethany White page so she entered her contact info and shortly after she received a message from an agent named Janelle who put us in contact with a loan officer who provided us a plan to reach our goal but about 11 months earlier. Fantastic experience: It’s not my usual habit to write a recommendation for someone or a service, as the person or company are, in fact, doing the job expected of them. However, in the case of The Bethany White Group, I felt compelled to offer some thoughts. Bethany Wright and her staff (of note, Amanda) recently managed the sale of a Norfolk home held in an estate on behalf of our family. This was not a typical house sale as the family members were spread across the country from the East Coast to the West Coast; none living in or near Norfolk. Also there were numerous complications with processing the estate resulting from the absence of proper documentation by the family member who had owned the home. Each step in the typical sales process was complicated because of this and resulted in additional activity by Bethany in the sale process. Bethany quickly secured an outstanding offer on the property from a qualified buyer; however the added time in securing the legal authority to actually sell the home created pressure on the sale. Throughout the entire process Bethany was working on all fronts locally to successfully deliver the transaction. Her responsive service and exceptional communications were key in keeping the sale manageable and on track all the way through the closing. Not being local and having no one to assist us, we found The Bethany White Group as our representative through an online search and review. Fantastic experience: Wow! I contacted Bethany on a late Saturday afternoon, about possibly selling my condo. Within minutes, she was on the phone with me, and setting up an appointment to view the property the next morning! I met her at the location, and showed her the property. The condo was not in the best condition, but by Wednesday she had found a buyer, and we began the process. Within the week the condo was under contract, and a closing date was scheduled! She doesn't mess around! This is incredible! I got my asking price as well. Top notch. I have bought and sold many homes and rental properties. This is my best experience by far! It was extremely urgent that we sell our home as we had already moved to the other side of the country.
