She helped me understand all the questions I had. When it came time for closing on the house I chose, it was faster than I had expected and I even received a small amount of money at closing instead of paying thousands. Positive experience: Update: After Billy saw my review, he reached out to me directly and was able to resolve the issues. I appreciate him taking the time to address my concerns. I would never recommend this realtor firm to anyone. Guillermo (Billy) made a lot of promises at the beginning, but none of them were ever followed through. Instead of keeping me updated or delivering on what he said, he just blew me off completely. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a realtor who actually values their clients.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, we went to a viewing and they attempted to take us to the wrong house calling at all hours of the night attempting to get your information. The houses are nice, but you can get those houses with any other realtor As Well.

Positive experience: Their buying team needs to focus more on their first time buyers. It seemed like once we had signed a contract as first time buyers we were left out in the cold to figure out things for ourselves. We were signing documents that we were not explained to us what they were or the reason why we were signing them. There are too many reps handling many different things. There is no communication between their people or with their clients.

Fantastic experience: This is Horrible, Thanks to their services in less than 30 days I was in Texas title company for the last time, Now I have to worry about being a homeowner at 22 years old. If they keep offering their services to everyone like they did with me, El Paso will run out of properties to sell. Fantastic experience: My daughter and I were so fortunate to have Margie Valles represent us. She went out of her way to make sure that every detail was completed to our satisfaction. Her job was even more difficult because of the selling realtor Rene Cruz who lied and was only interested in the commission. Rene did not follow through with any of his promises. What's worse was the company he worked for, Mario Ayala Real Estate, denied Rene did anything wrong. Mario Ayala called me and played cheerleader for Rene. Avoid Mario and his team at all costs. On closing day I found out that Margie paid out of her own pocket to complete some problems with the house that Mario and Rene were responsible for. Earlier I gave Rene $1,000 for earnest money and he forgot to turn it in to the title company. Unbelievable!! Margie wasn't just our realtor, she became our best friend. God bless Margie and her family! She is one special lady.

I’ve closed several houses and never had my realtor send me a 3D interactive walkthrough of the house without asking, or automatically have the house cleaned before closing as part of their services! Brian knows El Paso and helped immensely with very good contractor recommendations. Anything I needed addressed, he and Earth and the team helped with immediately; I could not be more pleased.
