Negative experience: Came looking to lease one of their properties! This was the first realty company that asked me for bank statements for a "rental" property! I submitted all the information that was required and the lady named Linda just kept trying to find a reason to not approve my application. I gave her my 2 most recent bank statements, 4 recent check stubs and she came back and asked for 2 more bank statements. For what, when that would go back to 2024 and we're in 2025. The house was only $1,150 and in not that great of a neighborhood. But, I went to another realty company and applied for a house that was $1400, and when I went to give them my bank statements the company said we don't need your bank statements, that's your personal business , it made me feel comfortable but confused why a house that cost much more wasn't giving me such a headache or run-around like key finders. Needless, to say I was approved the same day for a beautiful house in the Kenilworth subdivision in gorgeous 3 bedroom and 2 ba home with central air and heat (unlike the other unit with window units). I'll never ever go back to key finders for housing, that may be why their houses have been on the market for over 200 plus days, because of the obstacles there putting good hardworking people through!!

Negative experience: The guy is abusive w/o any reason. If u can't handle negotiations, quit and look for something suitable. Worst exp.

It had some issues, and she worked with vendors to find decent pricing and trusted service. It was a very hands off approach for me. I was only contacted when needed, not unnecessarily bogged down with relentless updates with no change. The costs of fixing the issues with my property were absorbed by them, until the property generated enough income to cover the recompense. I didn’t have to put anything out of pocket, go to my property, screen individuals, grant tours, or anything other than approve requests that she recommended….which ultimately procured me a tenant….and one with good credentials. In summary, choose Brittany.

Fantastic experience: Initially we planned to rent our house with Brandon at Keyfinders but our HOA had stipulations that does not allow properties to be rented. Brandon quickly adapted to the change and helped us list our home for sale. The market for our price point was very tough in 2023 and Brandon regularly tried to find ways to get our house sold through any unconventional means necessary. I was happy the request was not to drop the price repeatedly but to really focus on finding the right buyer. He kept us in the loop with weekly check ins and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this business for any of your home needs.

Fantastic experience: I always thought dealing with a realty company would be dreadful BUT keyfinders showed me different. Brittany was always amazing when it came to me and my family needs. Whenever I called the office or put in a work order they responded the same day. There was no hidden agenda when it came to keyfinders. I relocated out of Baton Rouge and it was kind of last minute for them. We had a problem with my months advance notice but they worked with me. When it came time for us to receive our deposit back they DID NOT disappoint. I stayed in apartments where I cleaned from top to bottom. It looked better after I moved out than when I moved in but still was charged a “cleaning fee” for an apartment that was spotless. Keyfinders gave me my entire deposit and everything was hassle free. I definitely recommend keyfinders to anyone whose looking for a company to do business with.
