Fantastic experience: Sadie Wilson was truly one of a kind! Not only did she help us from the jumpstart, she took our call about wanting to view a house that hit the market on 4Th of July. That’s right, one of the most major holidays in America. She had absolutely no problem taking our call, looking at the viewing, and helping us get pre approved all on 4th of July. I know you are thinking how it cold possibly get better, but it does. She was able to get us under contract with the house we looked at in three days. Simultaneously, she was able to help give advice on how to get our house ready for the market and in under a week from viewing the house we wanted, our current house was on the market. Just three days later we were under contract with our current home. She continued to guide us through the stages, hiccups, and setbacks. In just a little over a month we were at the closing table with a double closing. We worked miracles together, but without her, we would have never made it to the closing table so fast with a double closing. That is almost unheard of in real estate, but she did it! Our feedback on her performance is as follows: She’s a broker of brilliance who exceeded expectations and anyone looking for real estate in south Louisiana should work with her. To put it bluntly - if there were a Mount Rushmore of modern real estate, it would contain Ben Caballero, Ray Kroc, Todd Graves, and Stephanie Fontaine. Over the course of several months, Stephanie built trust with us by carefully accessing our goals and processing our feedback with the care and precision of a pediatric neurosurgeon. With Ivy League efficiency, she analyzed and identified real estate opportunities in multiple parishes and presented the pros and cons of each option in a way that made sense to normal people…and even to unique buyers like us! Stephanie even steered us away from options that were not aligned with our goals - delaying her commission but sparing us from what would have been a Boeing 737-MAX scale failure. Many people in her position would make the sale and walk away - but she’s just not built that way. Stephanie also exercised superhuman levels of patience over months when showing us a half dozen homes and answering countless questions about construction quality, neighborhood statistics, and insurability. Taking on these boring questions without losing her temper takes the kind of patience that only parents have. When we finally found the right house - Stephanie even entertained our 4 month old (no doubt dodging spit ups) while we viewed the property.
