1 month ago Fantastic experience: Thank you The Legacy Group for helping us find our home in Spokane, WA. We had the pleasure of working with Janeth Beltran-Apodaca and are very happy with the service provided. From the start we really appreciated Janeth giving us some insight of her company, members of her team, and what the process would be to close on a potential home. We have purchased other homes in the past but I would’ve loved for someone to explain the process during the purchase of our first home, it would’ve been very helpful. We started our home search before arriving to Washington State, Janeth was very knowledgeable, she gathered all information from us would send us homes that could be a match for us almost daily as they came on the market. When it came down to wanting to view a home that matched our needs, Janeth was on top of things to help us schedule viewings even FaceTime viewings when we were out of state and gave us real feedback of things we couldn’t see when we were not there in person. A situation that comes to mind was one where we had a FaceTime showing and Janeth was VERY TRANSPARENT in informing us that there was a strong dog odor when she walked into the home. Small details like that were critical and would’ve wasted a lot of time if she hadn’t told us from the start. Based on our previous conversations, she knew what we were looking for and recognized that would be a deal breaker for us. After she did that, I knew she was considerate of our needs and our best interests and not just looking to “Close a deal”, she had my complete trust from that moment forward. When we did enter the “offer stages” Janeth provided information from previous sales in the neighborhood and real percentages of acceptance offers that were made in previous sales which gave us some reassurance that we were making a fair deal. She advised us of areas where we could try to negotiate and gave us very fair and honest feedback. Since closing on our home Janeth has contacted us multiple times to ensure we have had no issues with our home or just to check up on us which we really appreciate, she truly has been great to work with! We wish Janeth and The Legacy Group continued success and hope they continue to provide quality service to anyone who may be in the market for a home.

7 months ago Fantastic experience: I truly cannot imagine a better real estate agent to work with than Shanann Bragg. We moved in from out of the area and she really took the time to understand what we were after, but also helped us really make sure that was what we wanted. Once we found the right house, she navigated the negotiations masterfully. We only won the house because of the communication she had with the seller agent. She helped save us money in the offer and concessions. Shanann is the perfect balance of being a strong negotiator paired with grace and confidence. And then after the sale, she has helped us connect us with a wonderful contractor for some remodel work. This is who you want on your team!

7 months ago Fantastic experience: We met Shanann Bragg, our Realtor, through a common friend and quickly developed a working relationship and friendship. Her market insight, integrity, and personal care for us was proven immediately. She listened to our concerns and wishes and encouraged us to view many different homes for sale to develop an understanding of what options were best suited for us. We had lived in our home for 34 years and had little knowledge of the real estate market. She was never in a hurry for us to decide and was gracious with her time and commitment to ensure that we would and could find the right home. Once we found “our neighborhood” we had to wait for the right home to become available. It took us over a year but finally the right home became available. Shanann’s guidance through the offer, counteroffers, document signing and communication with all parties made this process so much easier. Purchasing a home is an emotional process. Having a professional like Shanann to walk with you through the journey was the best decision we could have made.

8 months ago Fantastic experience: Ashley is one of the best ladies and Realtors that I know personally. And believe me, I know a few Realtors out there. Ashley is and always will be the only person that I will deal with in selling my home or purchasing new homes. Even when I do my flips, Ashley will be the one that I will go through. Showed me a house that is fairly new and fit my budget and taste. It was a nice to have a relator every step of the way. Highly recommend him to help with home buying. 11 months ago Fantastic experience: My wife met Isaiah Charaba at an open house. We had been looking for a few weeks, we had a “guy”, but he wasn’t really listening or was too new to know what to look for. Isaiah, on the other hand, asked all the right questions, listened to what we were looking for and got on the hunt. He showed us a complete market analysis of our price range, what we could expect for what we wanted to pay, and what all the areas of Spokane cost to buy in. It was truly unexpected, but totally bad ass! We had a budget we were not going to blow up and he was all in. He did his homework, and us found a perfect house. No “car salesman” push, no b.s., just dug in and did his job. He is your “guy”.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: We just closed escrow yesterday on my in laws house. This was a long, and at times, frustrating experience. Steve Hagen was undeterred through it all! We actually met Steve when we went to see his grandma’s China hutch he had for sale. We mentioned we were moving out of state and had already purchased a home but needed to sell my in laws home as they had both passed away. He then informed us he was a real estate agent! We had been very unimpressed with other agents we had met with and as we explained the problems we had had, he wanted to drive out to the property and talk to us about it. This home was a unique sell between the property itself and the location. He was very honest about the challenges but optimistic about getting it sold… The drone footage he used for the listing truly made the house and property shine and after some very bumpy times, the house sold. This truly took a village to make happen as there were many loopholes to jump through. Steve was an amazing communicator and was able to keep us focused and on track when, at times, we were losing hope. When I asked him if this was the hardest transaction he’d ever had, he said no, but one he’s learned a great deal from with all different things we had to deal with. We’re so grateful we met in his garage that day looking for a China cabinet! I would highly recommend him and The Legacy Group… They’ll not disappoint.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Shanann Bragg helped us find our first home which we love and was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process! We looked at so many homes with her and she was never pushy towards us and helped us find everything we were looking for. She is so knowledgeable and is such a genuine person that we would definitely use her again in the future and would recommend her as a realtor! 1 year ago Positive experience: I think this is a very good real estate company but I was disappointed in their ability to connect me with potential homes to purchase. Their web based program connected me with more homes outside my area of interest than within. I found 80 percent of the homes I looked at through Zillow or Redfin. I was hoping to not have to use such a crazy approach. I was really hoping to get great suggestions through my assigned agent. Keep in mind I was a purchaser on the lower end of a price range (under $450,000) and a single woman so maybe not the real business legacy was interested in.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Ashley has been a great realtor. She was able to quickly figure out what I was looking for and took me to see all the house that fit that criteria. During the process, she was incredibly patient and never showed any hint of frustration, even though I can be very challenging to work with. She went above and beyond to help me settle in to my new home and she was an excellent resource for local vendors for utilities, repairs, etc. Pam was the first person I spoke with at Legacy and after gathering some info from me, she paired me with Ashley. She definitely has a knack for knowing which of the realtors at Legacy will work best with each client. All of the people at Legacy were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Without question the best home buying experience I've ever had! Shanann Bragg is an absolute rockstar and I recommend her without reservation. We were looking for a small home/condo for my daughter starting school. We traveled from out of state and had limited time. Shanann had properties lined up for us and was on the spot with communication from the start. We found a place we liked but got beat out in making an offer. Shanann spent some time looking at other properties for us and was able to find one for us. She knew what we were looking for based on the time she spent with us and we made an offer site unseen (not completely true, she face timed us). Going through all the paperwork and getting the closing done out of state was no sweat because she was so on top of everything! I cannot overstate how helpful Shanann was. Truly, someone who enjoys what she does and makes it her mission to help those looking for housing. She even introduced us to Zip's drive in! 10/10 would highly recommend!!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I just did a real estate deal with Taylor Dimov as my agent. This was not a usual transaction and had several ups and downs. At one point we were not certain a bank would finance our project. However, after one bank said no, the second said yes with caveats. These involved extra costs and a revamp of the original deal which involved extra costs to the seller and a split of the transaction into multiple contracts. The agents' knowing the tension, uncertainty, and timeliness, took it upon themselves to negotiate with each other and cover extra costs out of THEIR pockets, renegotiated fees with different closing parties, and made the experience pleasant for US and for the SELLER. It was an unusual gesture that read through our unspoken concerns and paved the way for a successful closing. Those moments are noteworthy!

Patrick was very helpful in finding workers to help us get the home ready for showing. He was very patient when he walked us through the steps of selling the home. Because we don’t live in the area, the digital signing process was convenient and easy. He helped us find and secure a house on a crazy tight 1031 exchange timeline in a super tough market, all while offering great strategy along the way. The whole team at Legacy was really helpful too, getting all the house options, inspections and paperwork sorted. Would definitely come back to him for the next house.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I wanted to give a big shout out to Steve Hagen and his group for a job WELL DONE on the sale of my childhood home. It wasn’t an easy transaction and Steve’s diligence and professionalism made the process go as smoothly as possible. Steve rolled up his sleeves and did whatever it took to bring my mom’s home to a successful closing. I worked in real estate with Steve in Spokane many years ago before moving to South Carolina. When it came time for us to choose a listing broker, Steve immediately came to mind. We needed a quick sale and Steve and his group delivered extremely well. If you’re looking for a broker with a hands-on approach, Steve is definitely your guy. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: We went through Legacy Group to sell our duplex that had awful tenants in it. Taylor not only had to deal with the tenants not allowing showings but also had to deal with a lot of bad attitudes! Taylor worked with every problem that was thrown at her (and there was many) professionally and with ease. She provided invaluable insights into the local market (we lived 3 hours away). Her professionalism, and knowledge not only with the real estate side but also with having tenants made the entire process as painless as possible. We will absolutely go through Taylor again! If you are looking to sell or buy any real estate talk to Taylor you will not be dissapointed!
