I purchased and sold my first home through him and most recently worked with him to purchase a 20 acre parcel north of Spokane. The hunt for land took almost two years and Brandon was always there to discuss listings, arrange showings and provide information. Fantastic experience: What will I be saying? Hire /This Guy! Rich Prasser provides excellent and practical counsel on many aspects of real estate purchases. He is consistently focused on achieving the best outcomes and never makes you feel like you’re not the one driving. Rich came highly recommended. He first steered me away from several “good on paper” spot lots that would have been prohibitively expensive to build on. He made sure I had the inspector/inspections I needed to make informed purchase decisions, negotiated better purchase prices based on actual conditions, suggested a finance option that would work with my atypical situation, and even personally provided expert handyman service to remedy a plumbing issue on possession day. (He even offered to mow the overgrown lawn himself. What broker does that!) After working with Rich through two deals, I learned that he will keep me well informed, recommend the right expert services, offer constructive suggestions, and support the best outcome for me. He truly does go above and beyond, is generous with his time and expertise, and is consistent in focusing on his client’s best interests.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Rich to start my home building adventure in Spokane.
