She immediately knew all of the answers to all of the questions we asked, and did a great job at enthusiastically describing and selling the free amenities and honestly the building in general! We saw 4 properties throughout the day after the one Porter showed us, and not only is the building the perfect fit, but Porter was the only person we talked to that had all of the answers handy and felt genuinely excited and proud to be showing off the building !! Fantastic experience: I was having issues with my washer leaking water on the floor after spin cycles, and I sent this information to Dominic. He placed work orders for me and I was contacted by a repairman the same day. He said the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced, so he put in a request with management to repair my washing machine. While trying to replace the transmission, he discovered that the agitator pieces had rusted and seized together with other parts so he couldn’t remove it to make the necessary repairs. I immediately called Dominic, and after getting specific measurements and the model number of my current washer/dryer from the repairman, Dominic was able to turn this over to the office and an order was immediately placed for a whole new washer/dryer unit! This morning he reached out to inform me that my new washer/dryer would be delivered tomorrow! I’m extremely grateful to Dominic for assisting me with this stressful situation, and keeping the lines of communication open so that I remain informed each step of this process. I also would like to give a HUGE shout out to Mary, who has been an absolute god-send during the siding renovation at our property! She managed to reach out to the work crew and have them clean up the huge mess they left in our parking garage in order for the tenants to be able to utilize our garage again! I was so relieved at how expeditiously she was able to resolve this issue for us. You have an absolute gem in your office, and I am extremely grateful you do! Thanks so much, Mary!!!

Fantastic experience: Kyle with RPA maintenance did an amazing job. I had my toilet clogged and he gave a timely response and within an hour he came and unclogged the toilet. He is really good at his job.

Fantastic experience: If you are having second thoughts about your current property management company or are looking for one to help rent your home, I highly recommend checking out RPA. We recently leased a new home through them and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Shannah and Morgan were incredibly detail oriented and made the entire process seamless. What truly stood out was their responsiveness and professionalism. When an issue came up after hours, Kyle responded promptly, resolved it quickly, and took the time to explain why it happened and how to proactively spot similar issues in the future. That level of service and transparency is rare. There are many places to rent in Seattle, but if you are looking for a team that genuinely cares and consistently follows through, RPA sets the bar.

Fantastic experience: Tony has been super responsive, friendly, and helpful when our rental needed maintenance. He found great solutions to the problems we were having, and has done great quality work.

Fantastic experience: We first received maintenance care from Tony at RPA back in October when we discovered a hole in the roof of our garage. Tony was amazing, he was great at communicating both when he was here as well as his progress. He took what was a complex repair and was able to adapt and fix the garage roof to ensure the roof was no longer leaking. Tony was very friendly and provided an experience that was stress free. Our second time with Tony visiting was to address an outdoor outlet that likely needed to be replaced. The maintenance request was submitted on a Thursday and the next day I received a text with options to schedule for Monday or Tuesday. We were very pleased with the response time and the ability to schedule so quickly. Tony was able to replace the outlet and to no surprise he provided the same professional and friendly experience as before.

Fantastic experience: Found a property that I will be renting with this group. I mainly worked with two super helpful member from their team - Heather & Quien. There has been wonderful communication from them on my endless questions and consistent help through the process. I'm very excited for my rental an appreciate all their help to make this work!

I was helping my mom in her process of signing a lease, and I called Quien almost every day of the working week to ask her questions relating to the application process and moving in. She never once got annoyed, spoke very clearly and pleasantly, and also made accommodations for my mom. I cannot thank Quien enough for making this extremely stressful decision so much easier. Fantastic experience: Avrey was very punctual, super friendly and knowledgeable when showing us a townhouse (which we loved too!). Update: we have signed a lease with Real Property Associates and both Avrey and Quien made the experience super smooth. They were responsive and the portal they use for signing the lease made the whole process very easy.

Negative experience: RPA commits fraud by renting smoking buildings as non-smoking. I toured an apartment that had a pleasant, fresh odor. I guess they used an ozone machine to remove all the odors to show the unit. On the day of moving in, the unit smelled of weed in the living room and cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The hallway by the unit smelled of weed, too. I spent over an hour in the unit, went back to the RPA office, and told them I can't live in the unit because I was looking for a strictly non-smoking unit, because they misrepresented the state of the unit, and because I get sick from indoor smoke. RPA denied the presence of the smoke and said I have to pay all "break lease" fees. The smoker lives in the unit next to the unit I was going to rent. If RPA is not aware of smoking in the building, they are incompetent; however, I believe they know and deceive prospective renters.

Staff is prompt to respond -- I filed the maintenance request and found it easy for my first time, so I know it's something I can approach unavoidably in the future without delay and the a response for the fix was initiated within 24 hours, despite this being a non-emergency situation

Negative experience: The properties themselves are nice but a leasing agent gave inaccurate information about cost and what’s included. I WOULDN'T sign a lease here. It is extremely Landlord protective literally gives no protection to the tenant. Any type of damage regardless of normal wear and tear is the tenant’s liability. BEWARE and make sure to read the contract thoroughly.
