Fantastic experience: I've worked on several transactions with Kristin Ebert—originally through a recommendation from the real estate team I used to work with as a former realtor. It is important to me that the person I am working with models relationship building, urgency, and fighting for the best deal. I couldn't be happier on how Ryan demonstrated these 3 characteristics throughout the purchase of our home. It was a tough market. Ryan continued to support us in the process. We were looking for someone with local expertise to the small town where we wanted to buy, and we're picky buyers. Their intake coordinator set us up on an agent interview with Lauren, who sat patiently with us while we went over what we did and didn't want in a home, our strengths and weaknesses in what we were able to offer, and our recent experiences trying to buy in a white-hot market. Fantastic experience: Ryan Ebert, Julie, and the rest of the team were some of the hardest working team I have had the pleasure to work with. I recently just closed on my first house in Westland. With the extremely competitive market, I knew it was going to be a challenge finding a great first house within my limited price range. Ryan my real estate agent was always there to answer my questions day or night. He always had my best interest in making sure I was not bidding too high on a house when we were going up against multiple offers in this crazy market. When it came down to making a great offer on a house, he suggested many ways I could stand out with my offer. While working with Ryan, he was very accommodating in working with my busy work schedule by doing house tours very late in the evening with me. We made a few offers on houses in several areas and got two offers accepted. The first one fell through due to many major issues with the house that were found during the inspection. He was very reassuring that we could still find another house. The second house (the one I closed on) was in really good shape and the seller had made a ton of updates. Ryan made sure we made the best offer possible and somehow we got it for asking price one day later! I never thought that would have possible without Ryan in this really competitive market. Fantastic experience: We worked with Ryan Ebert to buy a home in the Ann Arbor area, and we were buying from out of state. Ryan was great about giving us the local view of the different towns and areas we were looking in so that we felt informed and knew the types of areas we'd potentially be living in. He was always eager and accommodating to run out and tour homes on our behalf and sent us videos and answered all of our questions. When we struggled to find a home in the first couple weeks due to the insane high pressure of the current housing market, he was able to provide us statistics and talk us through strategize our offer process, and we were able to quickly secure a house, despite being on contingent and on a VA loan in a market that heavily favors non-contingent cash offers. He was good-natured, level-headed, knowledgeable, and fun to work with which helped us through a stressful and at times demoralizing market.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Lauren Kartje since late June and just closed on my third purchase since then – two purchases were investments, and the other purchase is a new primary residence. Lauren knows the local markets well and provided detailed data-driven analyses for the potential investment properties we looked at. She is professional, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with – she always takes the time to advise us and show us homes (sometimes for hours on end). In addition to the automatic MLS searches that Lauren set up for us, she would regularly curate detailed lists of properties for us (multiple times a week) – that personal touch was just what we needed and helped us focus our search and find great properties in a very short amount of time. She makes you feel like you are her only client when I know she is very, very busy! Lauren’s larger team is wonderful as well – Kathy was available with advice when we needed it and Cindy coordinated three relatively easy closings.
