Negative experience: And I'd give it less than one star if possible! Never have I gone to pick up auction items and them not be boxed or brought out to me. I was advised part of mine was downstairs in the basement. Got down there and it was not boxed. Was told I could make a few trips to get it. Hello. 1st off I don't do stairs as I have medical issues and have dizziness today. And what a liability to allow anyone to go up and down stairs... what if someone falls or gets hurt??? Never again will I make the mistake of bidding on anything from this place again. So that $5 off invoice sure ain't worth me giving false ratings of a 5. You say that but upon review the website for the pickup with Saint there is absolutely NOTHING that states that. You might want to review your statement.
