After seeing the property, he gave me an indication of what the asking price should be, and what I should accept as a reasonable value for the property. He provided me with a list of the improvements and repairs that should be made to make it more attractive to potential buyers. He explained the paperwork that was necessary and answered all of my questions regarding the paperwork. He dealt with the condominium management company, securing and/or completing all of their paperwork. He provided me with updates as the process went along. At the closing, he again answered all of my questions and explained each of the items deducted from the sale price. I expect that I will need a realtor again in the not too distant future and will definitely use Mr Hollingsworth.

Fantastic experience: We spend every fall in a tiny house in MN and towards the end of our time there this year, we decided to move to MN permanently in order to be closer to family. Amy and her crew prepared our house for showing and brought in cash buyers two days before our home was listed. They made us an attractive offer and, just like that, our house was sold. Amy then guided us through the process of living in our KY home for 1 month after closing, so that we would have time to pack and move. She also facilitated the sale of much of our furniture to the buyers. Where Amy's service really shined was in navigating all the last minute issues that arose the week of closing, since almost all of the attorneys in the closing office were struck by Covid. Amy devoted considerable time to shuttling papers around for notarizing and securing the proceeds check. She went well above and beyond in her effort that week that resulted in our closing taking place on the scheduled day.

We had so many questions, so much to do before we were ready for the photos. She worked with us on every delay. She is as honest as the day is long. We worked on a selling price that was fair and offered the best result for a quick sale. She was within $200 of the appraisal price and we sold the house in the first hour after advertising. Negative experience: Consumer beware. Had a horrible experience with this RE group. My realtor was a buyer's agent assigned by my company as part of a relocation package. My realtor did not effectively represent, support, or have my back through the transaction. I am no stranger to RE transactions but had never encountered the issues and lack of service I received from this group. Even when I escalated the issues to the President and Broker Owner, still not a single leader addressed my concerns or even offered the basic courtesy of an acknowledgement when I spent the time and effort begging for assistance about the transaction their agency was managing and earning commissions from. A few issues were encountered through the process, but everything went completely south the day before the closing. The seller's caused the issues, however it would have been nice, and customary in my experience, that a client would receive better service and support from a professional managing a RE transaction. The seller's removed many permanently attached items from the home leaving significant damage to the home, even though the RE contract clearly states everything attached conveys with the property. I jumped through hoops for months meeting every request and demand from both my agent and the seller's agent (documenting my requests over and over, providing photos, obtaining and providing repair estimates), with absolutely no attempt on their part to help with a remedy or resolution. The best I received was the statement "we all agree it was wrong...." The only advice I received by my agent was that I should seek legal counsel. I found it extremely disappointing as a professional service provider, who is required to abide by standards and ethics, that no actionable guidance or support was offered for my circumstances and concerns. In the past I have had agents that fought and stood up for me and did everything in their power to ensure my best interest was protected. If you are seeking the same, you best look elsewhere for your RE professional.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I have had the opportunity to list an investment property, with Barb Ford and Laura Eaves, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. This is the third Real Estate transaction that they have successfully closed for us, within approximately three years. They aggressively marketed our investment property for sale and successfully brought a buyer to the closing table. They had carefully assisted in the negotiation of the selling price, scheduled and carried out inspections and compiled information necessary for closing documents.
