We were a nervous wreck because of how bad we wanted this house & Mike went above and beyond to secure this property for us. We lived out of state but Mike held down the fort for us. He was quiet when needed to be but let me know he knew what he was talking about when it counted and I was very appreciative of that. I am very demanding and picky with a pain in rear tag along family who know everything there is to know about everything who have the best of intentions but can be a bit overbearing at times if you don't know and love them. He just smiled and moved along. I think bringing his baby dog along helps his sanity as well. :)

Fantastic experience: After discussing the desire to purchase a lot for a future dream home with a friend, I started looking at land online. A lot stood out to me immediately so I went to the listing agent's website to see if there were others that might peak my interest. I had to fill in one of those information capture boxes to see the information I wanted. Within minutes, an agent had called, left a voicemail, sent an email, and texted me. I assumed from the almost instant response that it was automated, but no, it was Orlando. We spoke briefly about what I was looking for and he sent me an email with some additional options and scheduled a time to see them that weekend. He and I plodded through a muddy, densely wooded 5 acre property in the rain to determine if it met my wish list or not. He never once acted uninterested in my land search even while standing in ground so soaked and mucky that it could pull off a shoe and he never rushed my assessment of the site even though the underbrush was so thick that every step came with holding back thorns and ducking under limbs. I am certain that a muddy hike through the woods with a stranger on a rainy Saturday morning is not his idea of fun, but he was positive and polite the entire time. The site was wonderful; however, I still wanted some time to reflect on the decision to move forward. He kept in contact with me while I weighed my options. When I decided that I wanted to put the land under contract, he was very responsive getting the contract drawn up and executed quickly. Through every step of the process from the contract to the closing, he kept me up to date and pushed to get documents completed at the last minute so that closing could occur on time. He never made me feel like he was too busy to answer any of my many questions or talk through any of my concerns. He was 100% focused on my purchase though I am sure he was working on other closings at the same time. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I will use him whenever I need to buy in the future and will suggest him to anyone I meet without reservation.
