Fantastic experience: About a year ago, we wanted to sell our home in Whitefish Bay, WI and move to another but similar suburb in Illinois. Janine Werner of Keller Williams was introduced to us by a neighbor whose house Janine sold in record time. Ever since our first meeting, Janine was of great help and a great source of information to us. She went beyond our expectations and had many valuable contacts who could help us in getting the house ready for sale. Despite the fact that it was late in the season with a very hot market, Stefani was able to guide us to a property that fit our needs perfectly. She got us in to see the property the Saturday morning it went on the market. Fantastic experience: I cannot rave enough about our home-buying experience with Lora Caton. We were moving here from another part of the country, so Lora mostly got to know us remotely. My husband spent a couple of days in town looking at houses to give her a clearer picture of what we were looking for. Fantastic experience: This has been too long coming but I have finally come around to leaving this heartfelt review. I worked with AJ George. He is incredibly smart, relentless in his pursuit of customer satisfaction and incredibly gifted at his job. He was born to do this. AJ showed me a few properties before making what seemed like a VIP showing happen. The previous owners had just listed their property and were getting ready to have an open house. AJ got me into my dream home with a couple of quick calls. He basically talked the previous homeowners into tidying up and getting out of their home so that he can show it. If I'm not mistaken, he said something like "this place just became available about 30 minutes ago", and another 30 minutes later I was touring what would be my new home. He figured out exactly what I was looking for by asking all the right questions and truly understanding my needs. He was candid, transparent, incredibly likeable and a consummate professional. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were blown away with our experience working with Angela Funk as both our buyer and seller agent. We had a very long buying experience that took almost a year before finding our forever home. Angela never pressured us into making an offer on a house that wasn't right for us. Fantastic experience: This is the third time we've used Jay Schmidt Group to buy a new house, and we're still very satisfied. Our first house we bought in Riverwest, our second in Fox Point, and our current house in Shorewood. We worked most recently with Stefani Walsh Miller and she was great—responsive, smart, and a great advocate for us. Fantastic experience: I met Kristy at an open house and immediately liked her. I was there looking at a house for my son, Henry, who was planning a move back to the Milwaukee area from Washington. Talking to Kristy for five minutes, it was obvious that she knew her stuff as she took the time to explain the current, crazy real estate market to me. I also knew Kristy was the realtor Henry needed to work with and I asked her right there if she would work with him. Henry was 23 yeas old, two years out of college, and 2,000 miles away. Yeah right, he was going to buy a house. Yet, with the odds sounding low, Kristy contacted him and they started working together to find Henry a house in a tight timeframe so he could move directly into a house he owned and not have to rent. With Henry in Washington, Kristy looked at numerous houses with Henry’s sister who lives in Milwaukee and also video taped houses that she toured upon his request and sent him the footage with knowledgeable, fair, and helpful commentary. There was a flurry of house tours and two failed offers, but alas, on Henry’s first day on his new job in Milwaukee, he asked to see a house in Whitefish Bay that miraculously lasted the weekend without an offer. The sellers were reluctant to allow the showing, but Kristy persisted and was able to show the house to Henry that night after work. Henry really liked it and wanted to make an offer. Kristy worked late and wrote up an offer that evening. Within five minutes, the sellers accepted! Henry closed on his first house on June 21. Through this whole process, Kristy stayed in constant communication, answered all our questions, set up conference calls, strategized, always answered phone calls and texts, and worked around Henry’s demanding work hours.
