Fantastic experience: Ever since I owned a business in Savannah, Georgia, I wanted to own a beach home In Tybee Island. It is the perfect place for our second home.I would constantly search Zillow for properties that were available on the island. I responded to Zillow and was connected with Kayla Bazzle. We live in Columbia, SC and she was very patient with our requests and was very helpful with our tours. We finally had a remote closing of my sale. It has been a week, and I still have not had suitable communication on the transaction since. I feel like I was left at the alter...

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ayanna Washington as she was my agent in both the sale of my home and purchasing my new home. She always communicated with me throughout the entire process, offered spot on advice when pricing my home, staging, and negotiating contracts. She advocated on my behalf when dealing with an extremely difficult seller, and worked amazingly well with my lender. She always remained calm and professional no matter the situation. My only regret is that I can't give more than 5 stars!

Negative experience: I had the displeasure of working with Ayanna as the buyers agent for my home that I was selling. She was extremely uncommunicative, ghosted us for days or weeks at a time. Never communicated to us several delayed in funding that delayed our closing several times last minute. Causing us to loose thousands of dollars and massive logistical headaches.
