Fantastic experience: My husband & I started to communicate with Craig Team Realty agent Elyott Lamy at the end of March 2024. We wanted to find a home in Northern NV, but didn't know any agents in the area. Initially we put our information on an online site and were bombarded with different agents that just overwhelmed us. A few days later we somehow got in contact with Elyott and she was a true God send!! She was very professional & polite, not pushy or aggressive. That made us feel very comfortable. Elyott took us to view several homes in the Reno Metropolitan Area a couple of times in April. She also did a video viewing on the very first property we expressed interest in. She was very good at scheduling the homes, taking into consideration our own 4 hour drive into the area. When we finally found the home that checked off just about every one of our want/must have boxes we were ecstatic! From day one until the day we closed escrow Elyott was right there for us. Since we don't live in the area she took the initiative and took stress off of us like a champ! She was even gracious enough to schedule & was present for a few minor pending repairs that were needed after the close of escrow. This is definitely going over and above the call of duty! We will definitely keep Elyott in our contact list for any future realty needs and we highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell or purchase a home in the area!

Fantastic experience: Definity would rate Javen and his team with a five-star review. It's amazing how much time and work Javen spent guiding us through the process. He took a great deal of time to walk us through each stage of the process right from the first day we met. From that point on, they were always willing to provide us with the knowledge we required—or didn't require but needed for my own sanity. They cared about every choice that was made, no matter how minor or significant. I felt confident that I was in capable hands and that I had all the knowledge I required to make those choices. We have worked with Javen on two occasions now to acquire or sell a home. We knew we were in capable hands. This is our second experience working with Javen to buy or sell a house. Every time was a wonderful encounter. I didn’t know all the questions I should be asking or dos and don’ts, Javen would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Javen does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – they set my expectations high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them. Anj the admin assistant was always on the ball and sent updated emails daily. Anj is one of the most methodical and organized professionals I have ever worked with; she made sure everything was well coordinated and scheduled to maximize my protection in the transaction (and even sent me calendar invites when she learned I cease to function without a well-organized Google calendar). This is a team that puts your interests first, and as a first time homebuyer, I needed someone I could trust to help navigate me through the home buying process. I knew through the ways in which they communicated and acted in my first interactions with them that they would have my back all the way through to the close of escrow (and beyond), and they certainly did — we closed on Feb. 9, 2024 on a beautiful home, purchased at a more than fair price, in a high demand neighborhood.
