Fantastic experience: I needed to sell my house, so I asked a friend for a recommendation. He told me, "I only use Stitser Properties for all of my real estate deals." At the recommendation of my friend, I called Stitser, and they sent someone out. I had tried to sell my house a few years prior, but due to weird zoning, financing was difficult for buyers to obtain. I didn't have a lot of hope, but then, Tammie Cox showed up. Through her network, and I'm sure some sort of supernatural magic that only she possesses, Tammie found a buyer looking for a property with the zoning type that matched my house. The buyer agreed that the zoning was unusual, and because it met their needs, Tammie was able to get a higher price than the local residential comps suggested. Next, Tammie found me a house, and once again conjured up her supernatural powers to negotiate a price that was a tad under appraised value IN A SELLER'S MARKET! To summarize, Tammie sold my difficult-to-sell house for more than market price, and helped me pay under market price for my next house. I will never forget Tammie's professionalism and ability to accomplish the impossible. Her personalized housewarming gift sits in my living room, and now whenever someone asks me for a real estate recommendation, I boldly reply with, "I only use Stitser Properties for all of my real estate deals."

Fantastic experience: We had the luck and pleasure of getting Cassady as our realtor. I am not sure we would be in our home if it wasn't for her. She stayed on top of all listings in our areas and was always able to fit one we found in. We could always call and she would meet us anywhere. Her knowledge of the loan side is also a plus.
