Fantastic experience: Travis Lange contacted me through Nevada Real Estate group, he showed me listing of exactly what I asked for and did not push houses I was not interested in. I was putting in an offer late in the day for the home I bought and my lender was not available, so he hooked me up with a lender he knew that deals with VA loans and they secured me a fantastic below average market rate. When negotiations started he got me what I asked for and without me asking got even more on top of that. Needless to say it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He was punctual, stayed ontop of everything, and hands down made everything extremely easy for me. He even helped me and my wife move furniture into our home due to some unforseen circumstances. Fantastic experience: I met Katrina a few months ago after making an appointment to list my home. Katrina was very nice, patient and professional. She toured our home and then reviewed all of the comparable properties for sale and that have sold. Katrina suggested a price and we decided to list higher than her recommendation. For 3 months we had to keep reducing our priced due to lack of activity. We had already moved across the country and were starting to feel angst for the property not selling. We ended up taking a cash offer because it was a quick 10 day close. I wish I would have listened to Katrina from the get go, I would have made more money and the home would have sold quickly.

Nevada Real Estate Group was easy to work with and kept updating available listings in the Carson City/Reno/Dayton area within our budget. Found us a house that met our requirements that we could afford. They did a lot of the foot work for us since we lived 6 hours away and had to juggle work schedules to physically visit the area. Fantastic experience: Shelby Mangum turned out to be better than we could have asked for. Deciding to move to Reno from Montana created logistical problems due to the distance between both locations. When I first spoke to Shelby, she was not only very knowledgable of the area, she was willing to work with any scheduling we needed due to travel. In addition, she and her Team coordinated everything for us while we were back in Montana. Inspections, appraisals, anything that required a person at the house was handled by them, updating me on every step. Want a realtor that's top notch? I couldn't recommend anyone better than Shelby.

Fantastic experience: Charlene Sandoval was great to work with - very communicative and responsive. We were relocating from the east coast, so we had no knowledge of the area (plus there was the time difference). She answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly. She went to several houses and gave us great video tours of the houses. With her help we were able to snap a house up quickly - get the offer in first, negotiate, and start paperwork (on a weekend too). I would definitely recommend Charlene to anyone new to the area. She helped us secure a house in an amazing location.

Fantastic experience: Tina Autry is amazing. Buying a house was something I would never be able to do. I didn’t think I’d find the right one. I didn’t think I could afford something I liked. Tina and Elizabeth both took the time and interest to show me homes that I liked and that I could afford . They wouldn’t rest until we found the right one. Now I’m here in a great house and my mortgage is a third of what I was paying in rent. Tina was so helpful in every aspect, even helping me with questions I had after the purchase like finding a good repair man for a few touch ups. She made sure that the sellers had everything in working order. Her experience in real estate was immediately evident and with her connections, she was able to resolve any problems that came up. I will plan to use her again if and when the need arises.

She took her time to walk us through all of the hard things and made sure we understood how these transactions work and all the moving parts that can affect the end result. Full disclosure; my husband can be a bit of a bear at times. She handled him very professionally and kindly. And she understood all of our hesitations and fears. She listened to what we had to say. She understood what we wanted and made sure to remind us of the things that were important to us as we were actively viewing homes and she was very patient. There was never a time that she was not available to us to answer questions or hear us out. Buying a home is the biggest purchase we will ever make. Fantastic experience: Shelby was the best! She was always available and explained every step of the process of buying our new home. We lived out of town and she went to every meeting, talked to builder, FaceTimed from design center, and answered all our questions or got answers to questions she wasn’t sure of. Positive experience: My husband and I were searching for a retirement home in Nevada. Charlene Sandoval contacted us and introduced herself. She was very professional and inquired about our desired home criteria (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, lot size, location, rental, vacation home, etc.). Based on what we discussed, Charlene informed us of areas that we may like; she is extremely knowledgeable of the various areas and communities and informed us of the pros and cons of each area and what makes each area desirable and unique, which we really appreciated, as we live in California and are unfamiliar with neighborhoods and towns outside of Reno and Tahoe. She also set up a Collaboration profile account where we received updates regarding available homes on the market that met our criteria. Through the website, we were able to put ❤ on the homes we liked and create folders to further organize our search and collaborate and coordinate with Charlene on homes we wanted to see. Due to limited time we had to go to Reno, we met up with Charlene during weekends. She was highly organized, accomodating, and had our day planned out to allow us to see the homes we were interested in. She was very respectful of our time constraints and did not put any pressure on us; we felt extremely comfortable with her which made our visits to Nevada pleasurable, like a friend showing us around town. After only a few meet-ups with Charlene, we found the retirement home of our dreams in the Spanish Springs community, which was an area we were not familiar with until Charlene informed us about it. The home and location checked off everything on our wish list. We are now in the process of signing the contract.
