Comfortable beds, nice furniture, great location (19th and College) and he was easy to work with and responsive whenever I needed anything. Fantastic experience: I'm not really good at talking or expressing myself, but I've really had a good experience working with this gentleman Angel Lissade as a realtor, very efficient with a very fast process, highly recommend.

Negative experience: I can't speak for this entire team. However, Cierra needs to take some more time training, or find something else to pursue. We wasted a total of 6 months looking for a home. Put in multiple offers, she said were guaranteed to get accepted. Talked us out of one home because they weren't "offering her a commission." Cierra is a nice lady. I just don't believe she has the knowledge or confidence to be guiding anybody through buying or selling a home.

That's why I reached out to Mike Scott at Scott Estates. Mike and his dedicated real estate professionals (pictured below) made the process flow seamlessly. It was a pleasure working with Mike. The guidance he provided on how to prepare my home for listing and my following through on his recommendations led to multiple offers within the first 24 hours of being listed.
