Later that night, Evan helped us prepare an offer, and it was accepted the following day. His ability to accommodate outside of typical working hours and responsiveness allowed us to get in an early offer since I was searching in a particularly competitive price range. Fantastic experience: In late January 2021, my wife and I decided to begin the journey of owning our first home. We did not know where to begin so we decided to attend an open house on Evansville's westside. The host was a young, energetic, and very enthusiastic woman named Madison. We toured the home and then shared a very enjoyable conversation with Madison about our situation. We exchanged contact info and the very next day we were together at the Dauby Team office discussing the details of how to proceed. The following six to seven weeks(rough estimate) were filled with constant communication and travel looking at multiple homes in the area. Madison attacked our situation like a Lion while simultaneously providing the comfort of a cute happy go lucky puppy that everyone loves. I believe it was around the 20th of March when Madison called to inform us that our offer had been accepted and we would become home owners for the first time. Looking back, I would not change a single thing in regards to that entire experience and cannot emphasize enough the honesty, courtesy, attention to detail, and constant support provided by Madison and the Dauby team.
