Experiencia fantástica: I recently closed a transaction with Ann, she was the listing agent and I represented the buyer. It has been one of the fastest and smoothest closings I have had. Her communication was excellent, always professional, very quick to get tasks done, very knowledgeable with contract details and helped negotiate a deal to get our clients to the closing table. I recommend working with Ann and look forward to working with her again in the future.

The townhouse was nice but leaked from the balcony which is over the garage causing the garage ceiling to cave in and damage my belongings I kept in said garage. When they attempted to fix it they simply patched it up but when it inevitably rained, the ceiling swelled up and collapsed again. Wasn’t too long after that I moved out and coincidentally a friend of mine moved in. Well guess what, now he’s dealing with mold, and a ceiling in the garage that keeps collapsing on his 2 vehicles. He’s told me that the property management company is giving him a hard time and just simply patching the damaged ceiling. Now looking at their reviews it looks like whoever is answering these reviews (likely Ann Anderson) would rather fight than fix the issues that come up in these rental properties. Looking to lease? Beware of Accel Property Management. There’s some great management companies and owners out there but this is NOT one of them.

Experiencia negativa: This people are the worst. I rented from the for 2 years straight. After my husband and I left, they didn't give us our security deposit back and charged us for over $500 for the things that they estimated for damages. They told us the reasoning was cause the walls were damaged and also cleaning fee cause it looked "dirty". They said they have to "repaint it" cause when we moved 2 years ago it was fresh paint so because the paint isn't the same as 2 years ago, they had to repaint it and charge me. Now, my question is, how do you live in an area and expect the paint be the same as it was 2 years ago without painting it? Also for the cleaning fee, you need to hire a vendor to clean your apartment or it is considered dirty and that's what they said. Imagine being charged $200 for cleaning by yourself cause you are trying to save money. So all in all, make sure you read your lease over again and make sure you take before and after pictures of the apartment. I mean if you really want to keep the paint fresh, I suggest you clean the walls everyday with Lysol so they don't charge you for having dirty walls. Ms. Ann Anderson and the big white guy, he is the one that does the estimate, please don't insult your clients by calling them dirty cause we didn't hire a vendor. She said that in quotations. Just be careful with your lease you guys. Just money hungry people that don't give a shit about you but themselves and their money.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend anybody doing business with Accel. I never was given nor signed a lease agreement. I made the mistake of giving 1750 down plus 100 processing Fee. After couple of days of not receiving lease agreement. I reached out to them to get my money back was told no refund would be given. I will try and retain a lawyer.

They choose the application with the highest credit score even if u applied for it first and meet all their criteria. I have never heard of this before but learn from my mistake.

I’m not sure how, but my technologically impaired mother found some guy on Facebook, that claimed to be a property manager in the RGV area and could help them. To keep it short, I will just say it was a total disaster. I was living 1300 miles away and was desperate to have a legitimate Property Management company work with my parents’ and their properties. After some research of Property Management companies in the RGV area, I had my parents contact Accel Property Management & Investments. The key reasons being; I wanted a Property Management company that had a team behind it, portal access, transparency on how they do business and service fees. Shortly after my parents’ inquiry to Accel, Erica sent over some documents with an overview of exactly what I wanted to know, an outline of expectations and fees. It’s been almost a year now that my parents’ and I have been working with the team (Ann, Chuck, Erica, & Saul) at Accel; the professionalism and dedication to both our properties and our tenants is a blessing. I love that Erica promptly communicates with reports on the rental listing, uploads, leases and owner reports to the portal. There is also Chuck who does the inspection reports and lets us know of any repairs or compliance issues that need to be taken care of. I’m always in the loop of what is going on and everything goes into the owner portal. Accel is a full-service professional Property Management company, and they can take care of it all, but my parents won’t have it, they must be involved. My dad enjoys doing repairs when they come up and my mom loves to paint and get the properties ready for new tenants; Accel and my parents have that all worked out. The Boss Lady, Ann, always takes my dad’s calls when he has questions. She has built a wonderfully dedicated team that resolves issues and finds qualified quality tenants. With Accel managing the properties, my parents are happy to see a return on their investments and enjoying life again! If you’re looking for a Property Management company, look no further.
