Sellers were and are willing to give many incentives to buy down your mortage rates and cover closing costs. Our last offer on a beautiful house came down on overall price and the builder paid all of the closing costs. Delfino made it work for us and my new family is truly blessed to buy our first home together. Definitely recommend him for any potential buyers or sellers as to he always made himself available to us.
