Experiencia fantástica: To Alex Pardo, Hello Alex, I am writing this review for you. You're the best ! When Alex and I first met, we only had a chance to talk a few minutes. Alex, immediately sent off to me some houses he thought I might be interested in. I wasn't impressed. Yes, he tried to help me but on the next two pages on Redfish there was two homes similar priced $10,000 to $ 20,000 cheaper. I informed him exactly what I was looking for. Boy ! Did he get on board. He found exactly what I was looking for, a fixer upper. I tried to purchase the home. To make a long story short, I did everything wrong. The house purchase fell through. I talked to Alex; he guided me as to how to proceed buying my next home without the problems I tried to do myself. He guided me every step of the way. And I mean every step of the way ! This process was a little slower but when I/we got all the details straight, we were ready. Three months later I was able to purchase my home. Getting all the details straight before we even start looking was paramount. Even after I/we found a home I wanted, Alex came through again by guiding me through the process. And, YES, there were so many details Alex helped me solve, along the way, I am sure glad I had Alex on my team. There was so many details I incurred an Alex informed me of details I was not aware of, I would have been lost. Thank YOU, Alex My friend, and buddy. At the time I purchased this house, all the appliances came with it. You added a warranty package to all home appliances that was I was not aware of at the time. You saved me, three month after the purchase of the home the dryer went out. Six months later the stove went out, and thirty days before the warranty expired, the refrigerator went out. Your warranty that you added for me covered about 70% of all the cost for all three new appliances. Thank you very very very much. - Chris York

Experiencia negativa: We bought our first home that they had listed, it should be illegal how they allow the seller to lie on the sellers disclosure. Not just one but a few things. We had our inspections done according to the sellers disclosure. Seller can’t claim they “didn’t know” they had drainage/flood issues. Water will flood into the garage and water will come all the way up to the door in the back yard. AS A BUYER BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THEM!!
