The facilities are well maintained, thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are practical and convenient for daily life. Everything feels properly planned and reasonably equipped, which makes long-term living comfortable. I especially want to highlight the front desk service, particularly Ieng. She is extremely helpful, reliable, and professional. Whenever we have questions or run into any issues, she is always our go-to person—patient, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. No matter how big or small the issue is, she consistently follows through and makes sure things are handled properly. Having lived here for several years, it’s clear how much of a difference a great front desk staff member can make. Ieng’s attitude and dedication truly elevate the living experience at Skyline OC, and her support has been a big reason we’ve enjoyed staying here long-term. Frankly, what he did great at was when my application was initially denied, he took the extra steps to call me on the phone and explain what I needed to do and patiently talked me off the ledge. Experiencia fantástica: We feel very fortunate to have Brad Keil at FirstService manage the Groves property. Brad is professional and prompt about handling all concerns--and does it with a smile. We reached out to him regarding an active bees nest near the sidewalk (taken care of that afternoon) and a security concern at the front gate (Irvine PD was immediately notified, and through security camera footage, the culprit was identified). Even when we have a question about booking a common area or using the pool, Brad is happy to accommodate. We're lucky to have him manage this beautiful property.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to thank Jasmine Taylor (Irvine) and the Bella Ventana HOA Board of Directors for listening to my concerns about the clogged drain in my front yard, resulting from root damage causing heavy rain water rising close to entering the door of my unit. I was informed it was my responsibility to contact Plumbing Company, which determined the blockage was in HOAs common area. So back to Jasmine and the BODs for assistance. Jasmine kept me informed through emails and follow ups from the beginning of my concern to completion in a small amount of time. Jasmine comes prepared to our monthly board meetings, knowledgeable with our property and attention to detail.

I have known Brad for many years as a resident of Orchard Hills and every concern I had was handled by him quickly and professionally. I first met Brad when he drove down our street to check if everything was fine with the HOA area. I appreciated that he actually made the effort to personally check the HOA areas to make sure that our community remained in good condition. I am glad to see that our dues are put to good use and the steward of those dues is making an effort to keep our community a pleasant and beautiful place to live.

In addition, I had great experiences with some of the past and current managements team listed here - Joshua Garrett, Ryan Sears, Justin Lupis, and Carissa Andrus. Kamryn Davies, is the current manager for our condominium community in Garden Grove, and she does a great job following through with the requests I have to maintain the community. She seems to care about this place and I appreciate it a lot.

Experiencia fantástica: To whom it may concern: I am writing this note in support of Roger Velásquez at the Grove in Baker Ranch. Due to high winds and the fact that our property is located at the highest point in Baker Ranch, the trees that line our street need serious trimming from time to time. I had checked with Roger Velasquez beforehand to see when the scheduled date was when our trees would be trimmed. He gave me a date of December 17th , which I included in my daily calendar. By early afternoon on the 17th, there was no action. I therefore walked to the clubhouse to talk to Roger. I explained to him that during a previous Santa Ana Wind a neighbor’s car had been hit by a falling branch from the tree in front of our house. The branch caused damage to the top of the car and broke a side window. I don’t know how much the repair cost the family, but I am on a mission to prevent any damage to cars in the future. By the time I walked half-way home, the Bemus tree-trimming truck was passing me. My husband was waiting for them at the house. We met 3 men, José, Filiberto, and Mario. Filiberto climbed the tree and trimmed every branch with care. The debris from the tree filled the sidewalk and almost half of Bluebell. Cones had to be placed on the street to prevent cars from running into cut branches. None of this would have been possible if Roger had not acted at that moment. A big thank you to Roger Velásquez. We are property owners at Rancho San Joaquin, Irvine, and Kamryn provided excellent follow-up to our plumbing repair. The work order was established, local plumber was notified and repair was executed. In addition, Kamryn assisted in organizing a reminder to all residents, in the Rancho San Joaquin HOA newsletter, about proper kitchen sink and disposal usage for preventative maintenance. Experiencia negativa: This is probably the worst property management company I have seen. They are responsible for our sub association Rienda Corporation in Rancho Mission Viejo. They continually violate the law in providing requested documents, take forever to implement items approved by board, don't have any controls in place to ensure vendors are doing their work, pay vendors when they were informed several terms they were not doing work as required by contact, and then take over a year to get the issue resolved with a credit, don’t come prepared to board meetings, provide inaccurate information, don’t even know what is in the budget- tell residents they are responsible for window cleaning when it’s in the budget. As an auditor, there is evident clear mismanagement. This has been brought to senior management attention several times and still no improvements. Teri- thank you for your reply, this is not about understanding how the budget works, this is about FSR not taking their responsibility and clear mismanagement. I would be happy to discuss with you further. We will be taking further action in the next few weeks. Thanks. Very interesting how all the sudden a bunch of positive reviews came after this negative to try to beef up your score. This company needs to be held accountable and it’s coming! Funny how silent management has been also. I suggest you do something about the way the regional director responds to me, accusing me of spreading misinformation questions my integrity, he knows he has been caught and FSR better do something about it sober rather than later before further action is taken. This company is unreal!

She is detailed oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks at one time, and is responsive to our requests from our HOA board and homeowners, which oftentimes comes all at once. We are grateful for her hard work to bring excellent service to our community! ========================= Our HOA community has been with FirstService for almost two years now. As a current HOA board member, I and my fellow board members have dealt with many prior management companies and I have to say that FirstService is a top-notch, well-run, and professional company. Our HOA is large (+300 condos) and as a larger management company, FirstService is able to "scale up" with their large array of services, including their 24/7 Customer Care Center in which our homeowners can call a live CCC rep anytime on a billing question, maintenance request, or other questions. Their business & financial/accounting processes are well-defined and well-run. They also have an HOA insurance team in which thanks to their help, our board was able to obtain & review competitive bids for our liability & property insurance from vetted companies that specialize in HOA communities, and as a result we were able to save on our insurance costs. But I have to give high praise to our senior community manager Kassie Frazier and asst. community manager Lori Martinez who are both attentive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable about HOA processes, and 100% professional with our board and our homeowners. They have helped our HOA community in many ways and our HOA is fortunate to have their help in managing our HOA community!

Experiencia fantástica: As I have participated more in the Central Park West HOA board meetings, I have seen firsthand the partnership between FSR and the homeowner’s association. Not only does FSR handle the day-to-day operations and ensure the community runs smoothly, but they have been proactive in several community projects to provide input to ensure the least amount of disruption happens on our property. Communication: At a minimum, detailed weekly emails are sent out to all who live in our community providing neighborhood updates and sharing of activities available. As my husband and I have several properties that we own who all have HOAs, I can say none of the other companies provide as thorough information. Also, in this community, the FSR team has been able to get 99% of the residents’ emails (both homeowners and renters) to ensure the information has been shared with everyone. Project Management: Our FSR team provides detailed weekly reports showing action item status, amenity inspections and landscape reports (this is just a sampling) to the board members to ensure both the financial aspect and cycle time are being met on all projects. They also send detailed daily reports on security type issues that need to be addressed more quickly. Professional Knowledge: There is a strong understanding of California HOA laws and regulations in addition best practices that are shared so we can get in front of any potential liabilities. Vendor Relationships: The team works regularly to build professional vendor relationships to ensure our HOA is getting the best price and quality services that our homeowners pay for and expect. It is truly a team effort between FSR and the vendors –several of the vendors have personally told me how strong the relationship is with this FSR team vs other HOA properties they have contracts with. As with most things, there is always room for improvement. I believe your HOA company is only as good as the people who work there. Deanna is the GM that sets the example that homeowners expect! As homeowners, we also have a responsibility to be involved and to provide feedback and suggestions. I recommend that homeowners should participate at board meetings, get to know the FSR team and talk to board members as they ultimately provide direction to the FSR team. Let them know what is working and suggestions for improvement as it takes all of us to be a better community.
