Experiencia positiva: Love the company. But they really needs to work on there website and app. I had two problems with there system where payments didn't show on it.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give less than one star, I would. First off, their review being so high is not accurate. They send out flyers regularly to their tenants stating that if they write a review, they will be entered into a drawing to have a substantial amount taken off of their rent or even sometimes win large items like an ipad etc. I lived under BRG management for 6 years. My apartment regularly flooded when it rained and the ample times I would call about the flooding, they would come in with dehumidifiers and a fan and then call it a day. After several years, they finally said there was a foundation crack to which they dug into the ground outside of the second bedroom and stated that they "repaired it", but for months there was a tarp with rocks on top of it where the hole was and we still continued to flood regularly. Then it started to flood in the main bedroom as well. When I moved in, rent was under 700 per month for our basement 2 bedroom apartment that had zero updates to it. By the time I moved out, I was on a month to month so we did pay 100 MORE than those who were on a lease and our rent was over 1100 a month. Still, no updates. The ceiling in master closet caved in and completely ruined MANY things in that closet, including clothes and many keepsakes of mine from family and life. When they "repaired" it, they simply did a very shotty patchwork and did not clean their mess when they finished. In addition, I ended up surrendering my apartment because the rent simply became too high and I was trying to avoid a potential eviction. By the time I moved out, the entire front frame work of the bottom kitchen cabinets were completely hanging off, there was still mold everywhere in the house that I had asked them to attend to for years because of the flooding but they insisted that there was "no mold". There are MANY more things I could include in this review, such as the multiple people in management that were filtered in and out, constantly changing. ONE good thing I can say is the receptionist, Beverly, was always doing her best to help despite little management would allow her to do. But lastly, and even more importantly, before I moved out, many neighbors who moved in and out quickly as I lived there complained heavily of the mold within the building and that being a primary reason for breaking leases or not renewing. When I moved out, I was diagnosed with mold toxicity and treated. DO NOT LEASE FROM BRG. If I could give less than one star, I would. Don't even get me started on the charges they are sending me since I moved out that they are saying they cannot say, "Yes or no" as to if they have the date on file at which I had officially surrendered my apartment and apparently do not have access to the date I moved out. When they said to "call their main office", they provided me the phone number to a debt collector and NOT BRG offices and still insisted that they themselves could not send me the itemized bill and to call the phone number to the DEBT COLLECTER who they state was their "main office" for the itemized bill. Who, of course, did not have an itemized bill for the charges. This is the ONLY thing on my credit report and they can't even tell me what the charges are exactly or give me yes or no answers to very simple questions.

She’s probably the worst manager I’ve ever Had very disrespectful to the tenants not very professional at all never had a manager run so many tenants off as I have in this complex over the last two years. !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Liberty Crossing in Columbus Oh Going on 8 years now! Beautiful community, with a pretty little common area, gorgeous pool, and amazing staff. Wonderful Place to live for young professionals, seniors, college students, and families. The neighbors are kind and the grounds are well maintained. I love it. So many amenities! If not the pool, the small park (Highbluffs Park) would be two of my favorites. You'll have no difficulties here with maintenance, response time is exceptional! Office holds many fun events, and the staff is also very kind and helpful. I feel safe here at Liberty Crossing and in times like these that is of the utmost importance.This place will certainly exceed your expectations.

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I lived at Barkley ridge in Southgate KY and it was horrible! Lots of crime in the area. Got bit by a dog and nothing ever happened for my safety. Do not recommend

The staff is as awesome. Audra is always kind and caring. I have been working with Angie for a few days now,and she has listened and tried to help as much ad possible. Great community.

Experiencia fantástica: The owners and staff of BRG Apartments are nice and friendly. The properties they rent out are nice and generally affordable. They also get the communities involved in events they host. I live in the Barkley Ridge community off of bluegrass ave and it is peaceful and quiet, with plenty of parking and the best part, in my opinion, is they have a pool. The last thing I'll mention is they are really good at keeping us informed through emails about anything that may be going on.

We've been here since the beginning of last year & I highly recommend, if anyone is looking for a nice, affordable place to live! The front desk ladies are amazing to work with and they are always on top of everything. Maintenance is also super quick about getting things done if there's a issue arising. These apartments are super close to the local Kroger, and a ton of fast food restaurants! There is also a huge pool, which is a bonus if you love to swim, like me :)) We will definitely see us staying here for quite a while!

Thankfully, he found another one quickly, but the financial setback was tough. During that time, the office staff showed true compassion, working with us and never making us feel judged. That kind of support is rare, and it meant the world to us. The maintenance team here is top-notch. They’re quick to respond—usually within 24 hours—and always respectful of our home. Our children especially adore Mr. Don and his team. They get genuinely excited whenever they see them outside. Mr. Don always takes time to wave or say hello, which may seem small, but those friendly gestures help our kids feel safe and happy in their environment. That kind of personal connection matters deeply to us. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and safe. Landscaping is neat, walkways are clear, and everything is well-lit at night, which gives us peace of mind when walking around with our little ones. It’s clear the management cares about the property and its residents. This is also a very family-friendly place to live. We often see other children outside playing and neighbors greeting each other with smiles. It’s a peaceful atmosphere, and we’ve never had to worry about our kids being outside during the day. Our neighbors have also been a blessing. When our car broke down recently, they helped with errands and even offered rides. That kind of community support is something we don’t take for granted—it’s what makes this place feel like more than just an apartment complex. Even routine things like rent payments and communication are handled smoothly and professionally. We always feel informed, and things run efficiently. Looking back on the past two years—from expanding our family to navigating job loss—we’re so thankful this is where we ended up. It’s more than just a place to live; it’s a place where people care. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and family-centered place to call home—with kind staff, dependable maintenance, and wonderful neighbors—this is it. We couldn’t recommend it more.

They are pretty flexible and give you the facts, and answer questions if you need help. The application process was easy and smooth. More apartments need to be more like this. I feel like they are the few good ones left that keep a clean community, but are actually looking out for families. Rare air. Appreciate you folks!

Like anywhere they have their ups and downs but we are over all pleased with where we live. Our 4 year old is happy and enjoys playing outside and riding his bike! We are blessed to call Norse Landing our home. We are also very happy with what BRG has changed since we moved here!

We moved here in June 2022 and love an environment here. Always safe to walk around. Maintenance and office staff is just awesome.

The people at the leasing office are nice and respectful. The maintenance team is aslo fast to fix any problem with the apartment. I would highly recommend any brg Apartments to first time movers.

The apartments are nice and remodeled, the area is always kept clean. I love being able to use the online portal to pay rent instead of, having to get money orders each month. It is also very convenient to put in work orders for maintenance. A great community to live in. I would recommend to others, looking for a quiet and safe place to live.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been staying in Deercross Pkwy apartments Blue ash since May 2022 it has Spacious rooms, with walk-in closets , nice patio ,my one is a 2B/2B. Quick maintenance facilities, abundant parking space with garage and car port facilities are really helpful.Playarea for the kiddos, swimming pool, gym facility, club house, pond with fountain, gesse are the amazing addition to it . Also the celebration of different occasions arranged by Staff ( BRG group) brings the community together which I love being a part of. It's been 3 awesome years with BRG group apartments ..enjoying the time and place

Overall I have no problems with BRG and my community has stayed equally as excellent as it was before. They continue to make improvements every day

I look forward to seeing the upgrade to our parking area. They are always friendly when I need to contact them. The maintenance guy was friendly and when I needed a light fixture fixed.

The apartments were spacious and since I work in KY it was convenient to be close to the highway. It is also a pleasant and safe area. No complaints on my end BRG! Job Well Done

Experiencia fantástica: I just had my air conditioner replaced in the nick of time, solely because BJ, the manager, while doing the annual inspection noticed that the old one was beginning to underperformed. He could have waited until I put in a work order but instead, took it upon himself to do it. Soon after I had a new air conditioner. Proactive, competent, friendly. BJ, Morgan before him and the maintenance crew are stellar examples of why I have been here 16 years.

Experiencia fantástica: The Wynds in Kettering Ohio is a fantastic place to live. We recently had alot of updates to to the buildings here like new windows and they painted the hallways. It truly feels like home. The maintenance staff is on top of things here and is very professional. The leasing office personnel is on top of things and is very helpful. I will never move from here. The kids and parents are polite here too. It is one big family in this community and we LOVE IT!!!

Experiencia fantástica: BGR Apartments recently acquired Norse Landing (say about six months ago). It was nice that they renovated the road and parking lots and placed trash in a location more accessible. Although the construction was a little annoying and inconvenient for a few days because of the limited parking spaces open to residents. Overall, I would take a few days of inconvenience to have better parking lots for residents and guests and a more accessible trash disposal location.

Experiencia fantástica: Moved in a few months ago into crown station community. Super quiet and clean. Typically when you go for affordability you have to make a lot of sacrifices. Not here. Staff in the rental office is great and on top of things. Pest control comes by on a routine schedule and the property management staff keep the places looking nice for an older built community! Not to mention pet friendly and welcome.
