Carolee managed to schedule our two days of touring in a professional and productive way that we got to tour close to over 20 homes! I guess I’ve never left a review of Carolee and the team! Such an amazing family and the best realtors in Utah hands down! Carolee helped us buy both our homes and best out multiple offers each time. We beat out 12 other offers for our current house because Carolee knows just want to include in the offer and then she personally calls the other realtor and follows up to make sure they know her name and ours. House hunting with her and Jay is also so fun! My kids were preschool age when we bought our first house and called her The Property Lady (we may have watched too much Property Brothers at the time)! They enjoyed seeing houses almost as much as I did. Carolee and Jay buy and sell a lot of houses, but they are always available on short notice. We were always able to go see houses quickly and then often go back a second time when my husband was available. They make you feel like their favorite client and best friend because they are so fun and kind. Three years after buying our first house we were ready to sell and upgrade. Carolee still had a picture in her office that my son drew her years earlier. She helped us walk through our current house and put in an offer on the very first day it was on the market. And, again, we beat out 12 other offers! I know this is long, but one more thing. Selling was so easy with them! Carolee worked out a way for us to close quickly, thus having extra cash for a down payment on our new home. Then she worked out a way for us to move into the new place before that closed so that we weren’t homeless for a couple weeks in between. Such a smooth and easy process. I hate moving! But all I had to worry about way the packing and unpacking. All the paperwork and such was taken care of by this amazing team and made the process so easy. I recommend them to everyone and multiple friends have used them too. I’ve heard horror stories about other realtors who abandon their clients or put a lot of work on them, so I’m sure to tell everyone about the Mechams because I know they’ll be taken care of!
