They moved stuff around after we moved out then took a picture said it was broken then charged $200 plus then went on to do it several more times! Absolutely ridiculous coming from a reality company. Also never fixed anything and if they did it would be a bandaid fix that a lazy person could’ve done. Be prepared to loose money if you choose this place!!

The office staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they’re quick to respond anytime we need something. Their website app makes it super easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests—it’s simple and convenient to use. Experiencia negativa: I’ve rented for the last 6 years and have never had a management/realty company as awful as this. Poorly ran and all they care about is money. First we were supposed to move in in May and they informed us that they messed up the lease and we would need to wait unless the other renters decided to move out. Our heater broke in the ice storm and it took days for them to come out and they didn’t want to replace the heater. Our hot water heater wasn’t working properly and showers were cold - come to find out the hot water heater was from the 1900’s and they didn’t want to replace that either. They threatened to evict us because the maintenance man came over and accused us of having 3 dogs and we had 2 that we informed them about. We also have ring cameras on the front and back door to prove this and they put the paper on our door the week of thanksgiving at about 5:00 on a friday to where we couldn’t reach anyone. These are just a few of the many reasons this is the most poorly ran company I have ever worked with. I would not rent with them again.

They have always done a great job of managing my property & finding good tenants. The only problem that we’ve experienced with a tenant was the last one who lost her job & unfortunately couldn’t remain in the property. We were able to get her to move out without having to evict her which saved me a lot of money & future rent. They were very efficient at getting the property ready to rent & found new tenants very rapidly. They also investigate all tenants fully before leasing the property. I greatly appreciate what they have always done for me! Draper’s repairman Justin Rogers aka Turbo was amazing at all of the repairs that he performed He is so excellent at everything he does and is so great to work with! As a person who has done all kinds of construction work in my 76 years I know quality work when I see it & his work is quality all the way!

Just giving an informative review since their listings pop up on every major site, when you search for Section 8 properties. So, if you're looking for a single family home on Section 8, don't bug them calling about their multiple properties.

Experiencia negativa: I have rented a beautiful house from Draper for about 1.5 yrs however we have had several issues. In the very beginning I had let the office know that none of the gates to the backyard open properly. They sent someone out to “fix” them, they were actually just screwed closed. I also let them know that the plumbing had issues. It’s been an issue since the beginning. They sent out the laziest plumber Norman has to offer and he found no issues. All the sinks drain slowly and the toilets barely flush. I had never seen toilets overflow as often as these do. Our house has flooded twice due to these issues. Once from a toilet that was not clogged, the other was from the condensation pipe. This time the plumber has found a pipe buried in the backyard that has a crack in it. That explains why the house has had plumbing problems since I have lived here. Draper wants me to pay for the damages/work. I have continuously told them that there was a problem and they have continued to tell me there was not. Now they want me to pay $1000+ dollars because a water pipe in the backyard is busted. This company never actually fixes the problem but when they send someone out they will expect the renter to pay for it. Also the maintenance man that they sent out most recently, was absolutely high on something.

Experiencia negativa: Draper is a terrible company to rent from. Starting with the property being FILTHY at the beginning of the lease when it was supposedly “professionally cleaned”. Now the lease has ended and they are trying to steal around half of my deposit to “dog treat the carpets” isn’t that the reason I put a dog deposit down? My one dog never had any accidents he is a grown male dog that they allowed me to have in the home because of my deposit and charged me 100 dollars out of the deposit to vacuum? And 500 more to carpet clean. They take advantage of young couples any chance they get. 100% would NOT recommend dealing with them
