We started by giving her our must-haves, wish list, budget, areas we loved, and areas we wanted to avoid, and she immediately got to work. Every weekend we were out at open houses and sharing feedback with her, and she still managed to squeeze in private showings all over town for us. What stood out most was her knowledge. At every house she pointed out things we never would have noticed (potential future issues, neighborhood considerations, and little details that could turn into big problems down the road). Our first offer didn’t work out, but Bobbie handled the situation like a pro and helped us navigate pulling the offer. When we found the right home, she helped us craft a strong offer and guided us through exactly what to include. As first-time buyers, having someone so experienced, honest, and patient made the entire process feel manageable. We’re so thankful for Bobbie and her team and highly recommend them!
