Experiencia negativa: Horrible business. shady shells of "remodeling" that fall apart after a few months. Paints everything black and white = lipstick on a pig. Dustin West was one of the sellers. Sub floor and tile all over the house improperly laid on purpose, ect... If you cant afford to fix up a house properly, you're in the wrong business.

Experiencia fantástica: Jon I met Jon at my son’s house. He was the second of 3 agents that I was interviewing to be our agent. He suggested doing some repairs to make the house more marketable and the other 2 said not to worry about it. Jon didn’t give me his full resume of how many houses he sells per month or per year, how big their company is, or how much capital they move around. Jon just said I would really like to help you to sell your son’s house during this difficult time in your life and handed me the company brochure. He said to read it on my own time if I want. That was the selling point to me and I decided to hire Jon as our agent. Jon went above and beyond to help us during the process, meeting contractors, the insurance adjuster for repairs after an unexpected storm, meeting a friend to remove some belongings, and helping during the paperwork process as we live in a different state. We can’t thank Jon enough for his professionalism, kindess, understanding and willingness to sell our son’s property. He really went above and beyond for us during the whole process of the sale.

Experiencia negativa: They come and dont give you a notice they are coming to show the home.. They Want the tenant to move out while taken care of her autistic child and paying for her divorce herself without help from the other party. He only wants money.. he live 12 hours away and helps with nothing. While living with his mommy.. your supposed to get a 24 hour showing notice its what we asked for .. as having children in the home... and not one time have we gotten that... also the realtor let the people roam inside the homes with out stuff inside there.. and the realtors are outside.. I have set next door and watched the whole time a few different time....

Experiencia negativa: Find any other company to work with. The communication is terrible at best and the fees they charge are horrendous. I’m not sure how they stay in business when there are plenty of other quality companies to work with. I wouldn’t even consider purchasing a property if it was listed by them.

Experiencia negativa: I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but I had the absolute worst experience of my life. Dana Kirk did not know what she was doing as an agent. She, not once, showed up with paperwork for us on any of the houses we saw. She went behind our back, and was asking for more money “for us” from our loan agency, that we did NOT approve. We were never talked to about “more money” until our loan agency was so confused that they reached out to us, to understand, when I had no idea about it. She also, never had answers to our questions nor would she find out the answer. She also, could never answer her phone or reply to us when she said she would. I will never get an agent through Zillow, again. This ruined my whole experience as trying to buy my first house with my wife. Would not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I have to give another review on this realtor Erica boller. We contacted her to find us a house. Everything was going good on finding a house. Then it come to the time to sell our house. She agreed to give us a 1% off her commission if we agreed to have her sell our house. The reason is if we instead used one of our mortgage Lenders realtors to sell our house we would get 1% back. So we agree to have Erica sell our house and continue going thru the process and she pretty much stops communicating with us which stress us out and then I’m the one that had to do everything. Then when it comes to getting the inspection process done she doesn’t even check to see if the repairs on the house we were buying gets completed. So fast forward to the day of signing and lo and behold she doesn’t give us a 1% off of her commission. Our rocket mortgage representative was so pissed about this for lying to our face. Please please do not use with company. GOD FORGIVE HER FOR WHAT SHE DID TO US.

Experiencia negativa: Like others, I had an extremely poor experience with this company, along with the loan team and closing company. Upon researching them, Steven Myers owns Urban Cool Homes, Motto Mortgage Charged, and Capital Title. They’re all terrible. Poor service, unkempt employees, very very weird dimly lit closing room with no signs to lead you there along with a strong bad smell, unprepared closer without closing papers prepared ahead of time, delayed closing because of the loan team and relator, no one answers calls or emails, and I’m seeing a lot of names of TEAM MEMBERS in the positive reviews.

Experiencia negativa: If I could rate with minus 10 stars, I would. Worst buying experience ever! Motto Mortgage partners with them, horrible. I had to find another lender to buy my house. Their mortgage broker could not make it happen. We closed 6 weeks after our original closing date. RUN AWAY FROM THIS REALITY!! Far, far away! Oh and employees that work there do Google reviews to bring the rating up. Take my advice. Go elsewhere! They are not who they claim to be!

We first met her at an open house she was hosting. We didn’t get the house we wanted due to a contingency contract already in place, but she worked tirelessly to inform us of new listings, and we found the perfect home. Meeting her was a God send as it wasn’t about the first house it was more about finding her. From the time of the original contract acceptance to the closing she kept us informed every step of the way. We didn’t just find a professional realtor we also found a new friend. She truly cared about the type of home we were looking for as relocating to the Wichita area and she celebrated with us when the right house came along. I’ve asked them numerous times to remove me from their contact list but apparently that doesn’t matter. It’s been THREE YEARS of this. Leave me alone. One year since I wrote this review and I’m still getting texts from these people.

Experiencia negativa: I subscribed to their emails over 5 years ago when I was house hunting, and even after multiple requests, calls, and emails over the years asking to remove my information, they continue to contact me. I periodically receive calls and emails from their employees; no matter how many times I block numbers or report the emails as spam, I still receive them from a new employee. It's extremely frustrating and I will never recommend this company due to this.

Unfortunately life happens and we had to take a step back from buying a house but shante not only reassured us that this wasn't a problem but that she would still be more than happy to work with us in the future and that's perfect because I wouldn't want to work with anyone else for such a big financial decision.

Experiencia negativa: Urban Cool Homes is an absolute SCAM. I previously left a good review because I did thoroughly like my realtor as a person. However, having a nice personality does not make up for the absolute shady and negligent conduct that goes on with this company, the inspector that they hired, and the weird mortgage company that they partner with. 9 months into owning my home and the floor has fallen through and I have 10’s of thousands of dollars worth of damage that could have been prevented if not for the absolute blind eye that was turned by my home inspector that was conveniently hired by my realtor. I get that it’s business and we want to make sales, but now this company has put a single mom of 3 children in a life altering predicament.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an overall amazing experience with Urban Cool Homes as first time home buyers. Extremely thankful to have had Genaro Ocasio as our realtor. Right off the bat he was taking all of the houses we wanted to check out as well as sending us some based off what we told him we were looking for. Being from out of town made it a little challenging for looking at houses but Genaro made it his mission to find us our first home by the time frame we needed to move. Even with us coming into town once for a all day adventure looking at houses, throughout the following weeks he continued to find houses and send them to us while doing video tours of properties that we were interested in. Through it all he maintained daily contact, positivity even when things weren’t working out at times. Can’t recommend going through them enough, especially if you are a first time buyer as they will answer all your questions. And if you are able to get Genaro as your realtor, you’re in good hands!

Experiencia negativa: We closed on our home last Friday. We had furniture scheduled to be delivered after 1pm since our closing was at 1. We showed up on time to the title office & got everything signed. After that we were told by Riley Heimerman (the sellers real estate agent) that that sellers needed more time to move out. We were upset because this is something that should have been done before closing date or they could have just asked us to move the closing date. But they waited until we closed on the home. Riley Heimerman laughed in our face when we asked for a compensation since we had the inconvenience of having to move our furniture delivery to a later date & also we had taken the day off work to start moving ASAP. She said we had no other option than to agree to give them more time. RIDICULOUS! Horrible and unprofessional behavior by her & Urban Cool. We had to literally give them 6 more hours after our closing to have them move out. So we didn’t get to go into the home until 7pm. The sellers left the place a mess! We had to clean out & now we have a pile of trash on the driveway that doesn’t belong to us. Urban is not taking responsibility for everything! It has been almost two weeks & we are being ignored by both the seller agent & management. Do not use them!!
