We felt like she was not on our side showed her various homes worked with her to 3 months and she only showed 3 homes. Terrible communication and once we found a home she was super unprofessional with our inspector and wasn’t listening to what I was saying either. Felt like we’re dealing with 2 seller realtors.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible real estate brokerage. Will never be using anyone from this brokerage and I certainly won’t recommend them to anyone. My husband and I are buying a house and we had our offer accepted by a woman who’s realtor is Josh. He works for this brokerage and the things they did to us through the process shouldn’t even be legal. She asked for 2 months to close on the house because she was suppose to find a new house and close in this time and be vacated, which we agreed to thinking that she would have all the repairs and be vacated by the time of the closing date. Nope. Turns out Josh wasn’t very forthcoming about her situation. She was completely unmotivated and didn’t even make any attempts at actually buying a home or even moving out, instead they ignored our realtor and barely gave us any updates. 2 weeks out from our closing date we knew she wouldn’t be able to make the repairs, move out (she’s on disability and uses a mobility scooter) and have a home of her own so our realtor telling Josh this and asks to have us released from contact early so we don’t waste anymore time on their laziness, but no, he refused to do that, so we missed out on 2 months of finding a home we could actually move into because of Josh and the brokerage. I wouldn’t use these conmen. If you’re buying a house these people are under contract with: be warned

I've seen pictures online that look like they were taken with an old, blurry 110 camera and developed in a basement... Roger has skills on the far end of the spectrum - I would definitely recommend!

The most recent call occurred today, February 17, from a realtor named Kelsey L. I ask that you cease contacting me, as I do not know, nor do I trust, you or your agency. Such actions are not an appropriate way to establish customer relationships. I request immediate discontinuation of these calls.

They were very flexible as we started our move in July 2024 but did not actually relocate (from Texas) until January 2025. Even though we had not sold our home in Texas yet and were not “ready” to buy until that happened. Jayna was very communicative and never forgot about us. She checked in every couple weeks. When it was time to start looking she was very accommodating even around the holidays. She showed (video walk throughs) us several homes even over Thanksgiving break because of our time crunch. In the end we bought a home sight unseen (due to inability to travel for house hunting) and trusted Jayna that the home we chose met our needs. She did not disappoint.
