It does appear that the management takes their customer's experience seriously, which I appreciate. My recent experience with MBH is anything but satisfactory. Conversation to a real person on the case is hard to get. Any promise to get certain things done by x o'clock or day y never happened on time but much later, if ever happened at all. You get these standard emails from the portal that make you feel like they just wanted you to sign everything and so they can be done with it and collect your money. This is the worst and most impersonal closing experience I have had. Will not recommend this company.

Experiencia negativa: Documents were not accurate. They chose to waive something I didn’t want waived and then was trying to charge me for an optional item that was not needed. Did not go over the documents prior to the closing date which lead to issues on the closing table. I recommend talking with your clients before charging them for things they might not need. Be about the client and not your wallet.

My remarks for constructive feedback, especially for first time home buyers, is that the back office preparation staff over communicate what is going on. They use a software called qualia and we were stuck in "steps 3 of 4 complete" without any idea what that meant. We utilized our realtor to make sure we had no issues. Once we showed up at the settlement table, Ryan was absolutely fantastic and extremely professional. He explained every document, it's purpose, and answered every question as we complete our settlement. I would recommend MBH but I would say they need to increase communication between the time a sales contract is signed and settlement day.
