Experiencia negativa: Worst real estate transaction. Poor communication potentially impacted the sale. Twice the buyers backed out. Once where no good faith money was overdue and never secured. On our side, poor communication to us throughout -agent seemed to be to busy for this transaction. Agent didn't even immediately notify us once it finally closed and we and he got paid. Won't use again!
